Aaron Cochran of Hydroflex charged me $2000 (plus tax) for 6 hours work. I agreed to pay $1500 to…read morehave about 950 sq ft of exposed aggregate pressure washed and sealed, and another $500 for a soft wash on my 2-story house, windows and all. He claimed he had sealed exposed aggregate like mine hundreds of times, yet had no photos of past aggregate work which was a red flag. He had one recent reference who I contacted. She gave him a very positive report so I proceeded. When I pushed back on the specific sealant he planned to use, he searched online with his phone and found a more appropriate exterior sealant designed for exposed aggregate, available at Home Depot. He claimed it was more expensive until I proved this was not true, then asked for more money for additional labor because he'd have to apply with a roller instead of spray. I said no. He spent 4 hours onsite the first day, pressure washing aggregate and 3 sides of my house until his generator ran out of gas. He came back two sunny days later and spent 2 hours onsite applying sealant and washing the 4th side of my house. He claimed he applied 2 coats of sealant, even though the manufacturer recommends waiting 4 hours between coats. I will admit the driveway looks good. The house wash is a scam in my opinion. He lightly pressure washed top to bottom with detergent but did not thoroughly rinse, leaving a clearly visible film on my windows. When he said he was finished and asked for payment, I pointed this out to him. He said I can have someone come and clean my windows for a couple hundred dollars. Windows included is the reason I said yes to the house wash in the first place. In hindsight, I should have withheld $200 to pay for the window cleaning. I also think it's strange he would not accept payment addressed to Hydroflex. It had to be addressed to Aaron Cochran via Zelle or check.

Aaron Cochran(AC) from Hydroflex Pressure Pros was all happy and cheerful when he showed up to give…read moreme a bid which was way more than he quoted me over the phone. He made fun of the man pressure washing the neighbors driveway with a wand. AC told me he has a crew of 32 guys working all over the Seattle area. The bid was for p-washing the driveway, sidewalks, asphalt driveway and 4-rail white vinyl fence. AC wanted half up-front, so I wrote the check out to his company and he wouldn't accept it, said it had to be in his name. Bells were going off in my head but I thought I would try him. His equipment broke so he was delayed doing my job. Shows up with a buddy, Oz, who AC yelled at every time he spoke to him and treated very poorly. Oz was washing the fence and told Aaron it wasn't coming as clean as it should be. I called AC before he arrived and told him I had done the prep work for the driveway of cleaning moss out of the seams, and he laughed at me saying why would I do that. I told him I did NOT want all the moss from the aggregate driveway in my lawn. He gave me no credit for doing this. He quit at 3:30 pm and when I asked why he said very angrily he had to go get his son. The AC that showed up to do the job had a very different attitude than the AC that bid the job. The one day job turned into a two day job and when AC showed up the next day he was in a foul mood. He said he was in a good mood all the while abusing his equipment and throwing his stuff to the ground. One of the things I was specific about was cleaning the underside of the rails of the fence. I was going to be gone the next day so I said I would check things out when I got home. His nasty reply to me was "of course you do!" When I did get home I walked over to my fence and saw the underside had not been washed. So I told him "we talked about this and that it was important to me". He proceeded to talk over me and actually said, "most of my clients say 'Wow what a great job you did Aaron, looks really nice Aaron', but not YOU! You are a very mean woman!" My jaw dropped! I documented before and after photos. He left debris all over my rock garden (I have photos) and down my driveway that now I have to clean up. At this point AC told me to pay him so he could be done. I regret that I did pay asking price for such shoddy work, not to mention being yelled at and insulted on top of that! I was shocked that AC talked to me like that. Also Oz told me he did NOT have a crew of 32 guys, only a couple people, mostly it was just Oz and AC. So AC is also a liar and a fraud. I also just looked him up on the BBB (something I should've done BEFORE hiring him), he has an F rating for not having a license. I wish I had paid attention to my intuition! Because of the way he attempted to intimidate me and how physically violent he was with his gear, I'm afraid he will come back to damage my property in retaliation if he sees this, but I don't want anyone else wasting their money on this guy. DO NOT hire this man!!! He will demand your money like he has a right to it, do half of what he says he will, and insult you in the process. Would give 0 stars if I could. 0/10
