I have been going your own and off once a week sometimes twice a week and I have not been disappointed yet. Food is always hot. Taste fresh and full of flavor. Definitely my go to when I'm in the area coming off of Work from Jason's Deli. Service is also very quick and good very friendly. The lady and her husband are very friendly. I've talked with him a few times and the ambience is overall calm and relaxing when they're playing music. read more

So much to say about this shity place they deserve no stars. The place is overpriced I was charged 30 bucks for lo mein and dumplings crazy. I'm not sure if you guys see the young kid that works there never have him touch your food. I watched him dig in his nose and put it in his mouth fucking discussing . I asked for my money back and the owner questioned and I told him. I also saw the lady sweeping trash by the food the guys were preparing and dropped a food togue on the floor and picked it up and put it back on that counter unsanitary, I will never eat at this place if it were the only Chinese restaurant in all of SC I'll make my own lo mein fuck it. read more

Mongolian beef and rice is delicious and the house lo mein is superb me and the family will be ordering Chinese food this weekend if I can wait that long read more

This is a tiny place with three tables. The ambiance is not great BUT everything i have eaten from there has been delicious. You can use their online ordering feature, call in your order, or order in the restaurant. They are always pretty quick. I have never waited more than 20 minutes. I always order the Pan Fried Wontons with Garlic Sauce. The wontons are so delicious and i love the Garlic Sauce too. I think it is made with ground pork but it might be a beef/pork mixture. These wontons are homemade...not the frozen kind. The steamed or fried dumplings are also great. They are also homemade. I have not ordered many of their entrees so i really cannot review them. I will take pictures of the food next time and add to this review. read more

Oh my goodness what a great small business restaurant. We always order our food for delivery and it always comes hot. More than enough food at a very fair price. There is a delivery fee but its more than reasonable. Give them a try you'll enjoy it read more

The food is great. The delivery guy is very polite. I've never eaten inside I always order from work. But the ones that I've spoken with have been very polite. read more

I ordered the General Tso with mixed vegetables instead of rice ($2 up-charge for veggies, which I think is a little crazy). Anyway, the food was good, hot, seemed fresh and the employees were nice. Will be back! read more

Great food with excellent variety offered. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Always ready and tasty! 5 Stars!!

How can anyone give this place a negative review? The food is as good as it gets for takeout Chinese. The portions are more than enough. As a bonus the place is clean and the employees are really courteous. What in the hell do you expect for ten or fifteen bucks? read more

Food is always great. They are fast, food ready in 20 min or less. My fav Chinese food in the area

Made a call in order, last minute, and it was the best decision!! Service was incredible over the phone and the man who took my order was so sweet! Food was amazing even after the 15 minute drive!! I got their chicken chow mei fun and asked for spicy oil and they gave me two big cups!! My boyfriend got the general tsos combo platter and we both had plenty of leftovers and the price was amazing! We'll be back again. read more

This place is delicious. I got the pork and vegetables and the sauce is very good. 好吃的 The spicy chicken and zucchini is really good if you like something with a kick. I will definitely be back read more

The food was over cooked and they passed off Orange Chicken as General Tso. I will never try this place again.

Excellent made to order food! Try the Wontons with meat, they have some heat! Great salmon. Fresh veggies cooked perfectly. Tso chicken was fantastic, as was the wonton soup. read more

I always have a good experience when I order Chinese from here. Fast delivery too. They are on Reidville Road but they delivered to me at BMW in Greer. My go-to place for Chinese. read more

Great portions, very fresh. Friendly and quick service. I had the pork with garlic sauce and it was very good. They also had some very nice artwork on the walls that the owner's daughter had made. Will definitely be back for more! read more

Owner went on to tell me what I paid for my food was not a lot after waiting 2 hrs for delivery to get cold food!! Horrible customer service skills food was garbage! Should have went to Hunan K read more

We've been coming here since they opened. Favorite Chinese restaurant in Spartanburg. Always delicious and always friendly.

My family and I have been eating Panda Garden since the day we moved to Spartanburg 4 years ago. I know a lot of people say that if you've eaten at one Chinese takeout restaurant, you've eaten at all of them, but my opinion is that when you find a good one, you stick with it because they are most definitely not all the same. We used to order delivery when we lived across the street from them. The food was always hot, and our order was always right. I'm a creature of habit and have always eaten sweet n sour chicken/pork, beef and broccoli, and lo mein, and they all taste great from here (believe me, I've had some stinkers). When ordering delivery, I always ask for the sweet n sour sauce on the side because I only like a little, and they have always gotten that right. When we moved to Inman about a year later, we could not find a Chinese delivery restaurant near us. There are a couple of places that we can pick up from, but they are downright awful. So whenever my daughter has a Girl Scout meeting (every other Sunday off of Camelot Drive), we stop at Panda Garden afterwards and order takeout for the family. We usually order enough for a few days, because the portions are huge for the price. I have to add that I adore John and his family. His girls went to school with my oldest daughter for a few years, so it is nice that she gets to see them whenever we are in the store waiting for our food. Incidentally, though we typically order when we get there, and we rarely have to wait very long for our order to be ready, and it is always fresh and hot even after I make the trek back home to Inman. Love this place and will continue to eat here every other week for as long as it is around. read more

Very understandable on the phone; Polite and Processional! The Driver was also equally as friendly. The food was awesome! I ordered General Tso and it was good and spicy!!! Definitely adding this to my call list when I want some takeout/delivery! read more

Delivery sucks , I ordered at 530 didn't get food till 7. Ordered food for my daughter PAID online . And the delivery driver didn't want to leave food with her , because she was black. FYI black people have debit cards too. Do your job ! Deliver the food! read more

Do not order here if you want takeout, the last 2 times I ordered from here it took over 3 hours to get my order. The first time I was lenient and understanding but happening two times in a row is unacceptable. read more

As a driver for Panda Garden, I would like to say we are a small restaurant that sometimes becomes overwhelmed by the amount of calls we get.We strive to get your food to you,hot and fresh,in a timely manner. We cook orders as they received. So,if your delivery takes a little longer, please understand that we are doing our best. read more

I hate to give them one star of there was some way to give negative Bayard I would. Egg roll and crab ragoon burnt. Singapore chow mei fun tasted like spicy soy sauce no flavor except salty. A total waste of money!!!!! read more

The Food is ok. The service is another story. We order alot due to there not being very many delivery in the area. They are always late, messing up. This is the third time I have ordered white rice and got fried rice which my kids wont eat. Just frustrating read more

The chicken here was disgusting. I gave 2 stars cause delivery was pretty quick but the food wasn't worth it. At first it looked good but as soon as I took a bite of that chicken I gagged. The chicken and vegetables were super slimy and the rice was dry. I just threw it out entirely. They charged me an extra $1 just cause you have to have a minimum of $15 per delivery, which was dumb but oh well. I won't ever be ordering from here again. It was my first and last time. read more

I cannot even begin to describe how terrible the service is. I ordered simple fried rice, and the first time was over an hour late for delivery. Second time (decided to give them another chance) was 1 1/2 hours late, and the man told me he called the driver and they don't know where they are, or where the food is. Food is not good to be that late. DONT BOTHER!!!!!! read more

My friends parents work here, I haven't really tasted it, but I believe my friend for it being good!! This place would probably be good if you are craving Chinese... read more

Today I made an on line order for the first time. When I receive my food and check the receipt, they charged me $1 more for under minimum ($15) fee, how this is impossible, they did not put any of this information on their website. And when I call the manager he just thanked me and not even apologize. Not happy at all. read more

I'm a customer a loyal customer but seems I'm going to have to go try another Chinese restaurant !! I called 3 hours ago and my food still haven't been delivered. That's not right panda garden. Need more help start hiring more drivers or something I've been waiting for ever! read more

Panda Garden - They want even answer my call!! This is totally some b.s. Get better - Chinese Near Me - Spartanburg, South Carolina

I hate to leave a bad review, especially since this is the only Chinese restaurant that delivers. Maybe we both just got the wrong thing, but I doubt it. He got the orange chicken, very different from orange chicken at other Chinese restaurants.. Rubbery chicken, I got the bourbon chicken, rubbery chicken. To be fair, the only good bourbon chicken I love is China star and the place in Haywood mall. But, that doesn't justify the meat being so rubbery. Me nor my husband could stomach his orange chicken and I am not a picky eater at all and I love Chinese. The flavor is good, but the texture is just awful. I will continue to go to Hunan K. read more

I ordered a meal at 4:45 on Thursday. I received the order at 5:40. I ordered two pepsis to come with it and they were left out. I called back immediately and spoke to john who said he'd have the driver come back. Forty minutes later I called back wondering where the driver was. John said the driver had to make a delivery. In this time frame I could have driven from Spartanburg to Greenville and back for a Pepsi. John then seemed agitated in my disappointment and asked if I "needed it real bad" at which point I told him to keep it and I wouldn't be back. Until this point I had been a devout customer of Panda Garden, but this lapse in customer service makes me feel it is going downhill. Next time I'll drive to Uncle Poon's downtown. read more

This place is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The service is professional and courteous (which is rare among the other Chinese restaurants in the area). The food fresh and tasty. And the price is appropriate. I've lived in this county for about a year now and good Chinese is hard to find here. Panda Garden is my go to place. I've never ordered delivery, so I can't speak about that service but it only takes about 10 minutes of you order in person. read more

I am going to be honest. I have been waiting for over 2 hours for a delivery order for two and am not exactly happy. My family has just moved to Spartanburg and are used to smaller city delivery but if you can't handle the process you shouldn't offer it!! We have ordered food here twice and the first time they got the order incorrect. After speaking with them we got a credit for their error and figured we would try them again tonight. BIG MISTAKE!!! The food is ok for Chinese delivery but don't order if you expect to get your food! We will continue to look for a solid Chinese delivery but this isn't it! read more

The food here is consistently good. I especially like their curry shrimp. The only downside that we have experienced is when their terribly misbehaved young son is there, throwing tantrums. Otherwise, the food is enjoyable. read more

I've seen several poor reviews and wanted to let everyone.....I didn't believe the reviews and decided to try it myself. Great decision. I work nearby and order delivery often. My food is ALWAYS hot. The drivers are courteous and it's always a great meal. read more

I have eaten here twice over the past few months, mostly because it's located beside the nail salon I've been going to for over a year. Unfortunately, the food here is far from good. The bourbon chicken was breaded and defrosted and quite honestly tasted more like sesame chicken than anything. The rice is poor quality, the meat is frozen and the wontons are about the only thing worth eating. The service isn't bad, but it's not amazing either. I won't be spending my money here for a third meal. read more

bones in sesame chicken pieces bit down and hurt like h**, and taste wasn't fully there not worth the price

A man came out with my order and sat it on the counter. He could have ask the woman who took my order who's food it was but he didn't. The lady could've looked and let me know it was mine. My food sat there for 5 mins. While 3 of them just talked to each other. Hand me my food then talk to each other. You weren't busy. I have 2 other chinese places closer to me but I like Panda Garden's low mein. So rude. read more
