Some of the best takeout Chinese I've had in Greenville. I ordered delivery at work and was not disappointed. The lunch special was only 5.75 but was plenty for me ! I work at the hospital and called to place a take out order and the lady on phone was the most disrespectful and the rudest individual I have ever spoken to when ordering food. The rudest customer service EVER!!!! I do not know how they are still open to be honest! She literally stated "How many times do you need me to repeat for you" when she was very hard to understand. Called back and was told it would be an hour and a half wait for the other half of the meal or I would be credited for only the food that was missing and not the meal that I can't eat. Sat down, got my food, started eating. Needed more to tea to drink, went to counter and was told no refills. They wanted $.80 for a tea refill. Told them to forget it. Not pulling out plastic for 80 cents. Seems to me they do more delivery than having people sit down to eat. Don't think I've ever had to pay for a tea refill and not starting now. I lost their number, so I had to hunt for a new place. After calling around asking if places delivered, I found this wonderful place! I ordered my usual favorites, and the young lady on the phone was very patient with me and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of which I received my delivery, and I was impressed when they verified my ID and credit card were really me upon arrival. That extra security measure was a "wow" factor, definitely. However, the REAL "WOW" came when I took my first few bites of my age-old favorites.
