Wow. We ordered here one night and the food was so on point that two days later, when we had company, we insisted on ordered lunch here. We ordered online and got two orders of chow mein. Our food comes and both orders are completely devoid of any noodles and are just a bland soupy cabbage mess. I called to ask what it was that we received and the man on the phone was very rude, telling me lunch never comes with crispy noodles. I have never heard of this and no where on the menu does it say this. Wound up tossing two meals and finding another Chinese place to get decent food from. I'm giving three stars because the food is almost always on point. However, their timing is awful, and I've had to wait twenty minutes and more for orders I'd placed a half hour before I arrived. They also don't always honor requests made, such as leaving out certain ingredients, or placing egg foo young sauce in a separate container, when you place your order online. I always order from here, well today they decided to give me a free 2liter pepsi when I took it out the bag the bag was filled with soda and on the actual bottle was a piece of tape to cover the leak. They got our phone order wrong but we didn't realize this until after we had handed over our credit card. The woman we spoke to insisted we were wrong, over and over. She even started talking over us when we were having our own discussion of what to do next. We asked if we could have a refund. First she said she needed a reason. When we repeated that the order was wrong, she refused the refund entirely. She offered to make the correct food, but wanted us to pay for it. This is without refunding us for the incorrect order. Since this made no sense, we just took what we had paid for and left so we wouldn't leave empty handed. Poor customer service. While this wasn't our first time ordering here, it is now our last. read more

Some great stuff, but the bad stuff is truly horrible. DO NOT order the Honey Chicken. It's just some pale, drippy chicken in a slightly sweet water sauce. Don't order the shredded pork, because it's just a watery tub of onions with no flavor and hardly any pork. The pork that IS there is just spongy, white, and nasty, like worms at the bottom of a puddle. Sesame noodles? Peanut butter with salt thrown in. Find a favorite and stick with it, because trying something new here is not even remotely worth it. Good chicken & broccoli, good sweet & sour chicken, great moo shu stuff, great chow fun. But god dammit is this other stuff nasty. Paid ten dollars to drive twenty minutes to just take a microwave pizza from the fridge. Used to be a lot better with the previous owners. read more

Unfortunately, the food is delicious. And I say "unfortunately" because their delivery times are horrendous. I ordered over $90 worth of food and it took over an hour to arrive. I understand it was a lot of food so I wasn't too upset about the time it took, however there were items missing from our order that we got charged for. When I called back, they acknowledged that some things were missing and said they'll deliver the missing food. They're literally around the corner from me, practically walking distance. After a half hour I called to check on the order, they completely forgot I was missing food. After 45 minutes I had to go there and get the food myself. They only offered me a 2 liter soda for my troubles. Today I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered two simple items. Chicken wings and beef on a stick. It took an hour. On a Wednesday night. I will have to find another place to order from. There's another place that's further away but delivers in 20 minutes or less but of course the food isn't as good. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is because of the taste of the food once you finally get it. But maybe it just tastes better because they starve me out while I'm waiting for it to be delivered read more

Great spare ribs . i love the chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce. Customer service is better than most restaurants especially the lady. I usually never have to wait long unless if its a really busy night. If you are looking for an affordable place to get some high quality food I definitely recommend panda garden. read more

I ordered chinese because I have not had in over a year. Very very disappointed. The Dim sum was so salty inedible. The dinner was shrimp gung bao the vegetables were like they were not cooked. I asked for them to be soft. The worst part was when I called I told them about order and I was told they put oyster salt or an oyster on top of Dim Sum. Thank God I called because I am highly allergic to oysters, and was not understanding why my lips were tingling and my chest was feeling tight. Had to immediately do my emergency meds. I have never had this appetizer with oyster salt on it. Owner was nice, but all said was sorry, and if I order again she would give me a free eggroll. I will not order again. Solid food everytime. I've never had an issue with long waits or a bad attitude. My order is always correct as well.

I've eaten this food since 1989 and usually without an issue. I do have to say that the last few times have been rendered with incorrect food deliveries and most recently a 2 hour wait for my meal. Perhaps taking stock by first having someone double check outgoing orders before delivery and then either hiring more drivers or reighning in your delivery area is times cannot be more reasonably met. Hasty business practices is one sure fire way to shut doors forever. read more

Food poisoning!!!!! I ordered vegetable lo mein from them and there we're these green things in it. I tried to pick most of them out but there was sooo much. After I ate I instantly felt sick. I thought maybe I had a stomach bug but my father had said he had gotten the same thing a few months back and he was sick and throwing up as well. Pretty good food here. You really have to try to mess up a Chicken with Broccoli; these guys are doing just fine. I also tried their General Tso's chicken and it was equally as good as the Chicken with Broccoli. A solid choice for some Chinese take-out. read more
