Placed an order a few months ago paid for all the items didn't receive my 12 piece of rangoons the manager says please don't cancel as they will refund the whole order so I agree to call them on our next order and that they will take care of the missing rangoons. Placed an order today and they say I only had 30 days to get my Rangoons that I already paid for. I was totally ripped off trying to be nice. It's only $8 but still to be ripped off by a restaurant sucks read more

The people behind the counter always seem so bothered to do anything. I don't understand how people who work in service can be so passive and annoyed when they're literally paid (not very well, I know, but still) to do what you're asking. This particular time, the guy behind the counter was like, "what else. What else. What else." The food is mediocre at best. Cleanliness is equivalent. I guess I have too high of expectations but looking at all the reviews here, I see I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Also, how unprofessional to have employee reviews out in the lobby! We are here vacationing and because I love Panda Express, I thought to checkout the Panda Express here in TX. Needless to say, the server, Lina, was not nice at all. She was abrupt and rude. She was not very welcoming. I will make sure that I and my family will not set foot in this place. read more

I absolutely love this food but this location has become more of a pain than a provider of good Panda food. Had to wait well over 35 minutes for white rice????? Offered a full refund but then when I went to get it, I was told that my request was not "in the book"! I just don't get it. ???? Ordered the Crisp Chili Shrimp at $8.00 and an additional up charge $1.50 was added due to it being SHRIMP??????? Went to get the Cream cheese Rangoons and was told they were out!??????? I just don't get it! I won't be back! read more

Service is pretty bad. Every experience, you're either going to wait an absurd amount of time or get attitude from an employee.

Awful service, very slow inside and the drive through, staff is rude and disrespectful, ordered online and they told me I would have to wait 3 hours for my food and then when I asked for a refund some old bitch yelled at me through the speaker!!! Don't recommend it ever!!!!! Needs to be under new management or shut down! read more

Noodles are dry EVERY TIME i come here. cleanliness is okay... but twice already i have ran into this same young hispanic girl (who has a not so pleasant heart tattoo on her left cheek) in the drive thru and she was SO RUDE. first of all we couldn't hear her and she was frustrated at US that she had to repeat herself and kept saying "I SAID..." before she said something to us like we were stupid. the second time i actually witnessed her inside taking an order and she had the headset on rolling her eyes and cursing when she was muted from the person she was taking an order from in the drive thru. and i waited to see the person driving up to the window it was an older little lady and she sent her coworker to take care of her instead of her. she treats people bad in the drive thru but refuses to be this way in person? odd behavior. definitely ruined my experience. read more

My husband picked up our that we placed from door dash tonight 11/12/21. At 6:45. He went to Walmart and left there at 7:30 pm. Was not even ready. The girl who was helping him, was incredibly rude to him and was arguing with her coworkers in the back. Barely any orange chicken. She was very unprofessional and unacceptable to treat customers that way. You may want to rethink your employees because you just lost a customer. read more

Don't bother using app, they do not fill your order til you get there and go through line. Manger has attitude, front staff moves like snails. Oder was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. Don't think they started it yet. They prioritize front and drive thru and let online order stack 10 or 15 deep. Hope parent company monitors this site. read more

Worst Panda Express in the DFW area! I am done with this location. And the general manager should be ashamed and headquarters should fire them for allowing what goes on here. I came last week and the white rice was so old that it was crunchy. Today, a week later it is 6:40 at night. And they don't have any rice. Their employees are lazy, rude, and could care less about customer service. Each time I have gone to this location there are items that have not been refreshed and look very old, or out completely. No one should have to pay for subpar food. I am contacting the corporate office about this location. I am done! read more

I want everyone to know that the Panda Express in white settlement off loop 820 has a Young kid saying he is manager and saying there is no other manager district or regional they ran my card 5 times for a total of 160.00 dollars assuring me that it would not appear on my card I asked him will this appear since he could not get it to work he said no. When I went back and showed him all the charges nothing he could do and REFUSED to give me a name or number to call to discuss this. Did google panda . Com. I have it is only. Form you fill out and "someone will contact you". I am still waiting. Do not go there and sponsee there idiot behavior and lack of respect for customers. I found them on google, they should open at 10:30, got there by 10:32 and they told me that they were starting to make the food. Is that how you run a business? Worst location I have ever been to! The staff is RUDE, the food is always gross and I always wait way too long for my food. I have only been to this location 3 times because it is right by my job but I will not be back since each experience has been the same as the last. read more

It was 4 of us on our lunch break from work and we all are deaf. We usually order food at the window. We have one person that can speak and hear with hearing devices. Well, she asked if we could speak at the window. Then when we pulled up. They said we can't order food at window and we have to go inside. They weren't be willing to accommodate us at the window order, We felt discriminated!!! We were not happy and we wanted equal access as other hearing people. Also the lady who was at the window from between 12:10 pm to 12:20 she was being very rude. Now that place made us feel very discriminated. read more

Young girl working the drive thru on 1/07/24 at 9:15pm needs an attitude check. My receipt says her name is "Daisy B". Super impatient/rude and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that she had to take my order. COOL, but maybe elaborate?? & learn how to interact with costumers ;) read more

I didn't even order food from here I was picking up for doordash. The cashier was unbelievably rude not just with me but with the people that she was ringing up on the line. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I didn't think anything of it and played it off. But today I went back for another order and the same female that was cashier was now on the grill was walking off when her coworkers would ask her for things rolling her eyes. A customer asked for fresh food and she pointed at the food on the line and was SUPER rude. I will NEVER spend my money somewhere that a employee is allowed to be so rude to folks. She is gonna make the wrong folks mad and it's not gonna be pretty. The food smelled great but some people's nasty attitudes can ruin someone's appetite. read more

The customer service was beyond awful. It was super frustrating to have some obnoxious lady scream at me as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru. "We see you. We see you." Went in here with wife and daughter. They had 8 people working so they weren't short staffed. Gave my daughter the scraps of cold teriyaki chicken for her kids meal. My wife wanted teriyaki chicken but they said it would be 20 minutes until they had more. When we realized the teriyaki for my daughter was cold and just the last bits, we asked for something else and they would not replace it but charged us for a small entree. Poor service all the way around. We weren't the only ones in there at the time who did not have a good experience. It's one thing to be short staffed but they had plenty of people working and still couldn't get it together. read more

Wouldn't recommend. Always randomly will close the lobby doors because they say they are short staffed. We are in an ambulance and can't go through the drive through but staff doesn't seem to care about first responders . Talked to Diana on the phone very rude. This is the 4th time I've tried this location. I'm a fan of Panda Express and understand that sometimes you have to wait for food to be prepared but EVERY time I've visited this location I have to wait for Teriyaki chicken and Super Greens. Again, it's not a biggie to have to wait but it seems like this location only makes more once they've already run out. My latest visit they didn't have ice in the beverage machine in the dining area (only the drive thru). Again, no big deal but why would you give me a cup and not offer me any ice? *Did I mention the heat index is currently 102 degrees?!* So my order took 25 minutes (after I ordered it) and nobody apologized or even acted like there was anything wrong. When I've run into similar delays at other locations, they apologize for the inconvenience and typically ask if I'd like a complimentary soft drink or something. (Again not expecting this but at least acknowledging the service was less than stellar makes a customer feel like their business is important). So I'm not going to return to this location and will instead drive a little longer to the Saginaw location which has better customer service, food that typically doesn't make you wait almost a half hour to get it and if there's a delay, they try to make it right instead of acting like it's normal. Sorry Panda, I know this isn't the normal for the majority of your restaurants, just this location needs a little extra training from district management perhaps. read more

I sat at the sign to order in the drive thru for a long time and they didn't say anything so I drove to the window thinking it might be broken,, i told her why i just drove up and said she couldn't take my order at the window, i would have to drive around and get in line again, that is absolutely absurd that I'd have to wait in line again. I will not go back to this location. read more

The reason I gave them two stars is because every time I order Chicken Teriyaki either from the drive thru or through a 3rd party app, (Uber eats), they always, ALWAYS forget the teriyaki sauce. Even if I tell them, add an extra cup for me. They always forget. After the first few times I would think, okay simple mistake, no big deal they're probably busy and just got rushed. But when this has been happening more than four times you start to get frustrated then upset. The most recent time I ordered from them they forgot my fortune cookie almost to say, your not worth a fortune cookie. I really enjoy their food but it seems if your not hovering over them as they make it your bound to get something missing. I really like using a delivery service to provide me the food from this place but now I've lost all confidence in this establishment to provide adequate service. Remember to always check your food if you go through the drive thru. If you use a third party app like Uber eats, make sure to call the establishment and explain your order and what you want added. read more

Hands down the most poorly managed Panda Express I have ever been to. Eight cars in the drive thru so I went in, half of the items on the serving line were empty & only one person cooking. Horrible, They have 9 people inside of restaurant working and have dining room closed now for 5 days. You can sit and watch the staff large enough to open the dining room only if you want to sit in line of 10 cars deep! I need to go back to FL where they know how to stay open! read more
