Well, first of all you're paying a very expensive price and then they have all these up charges if you get a certain dish. And of course, my husband didn't read and he up charged. the chow mein is dry, hardly has sauce too because some noodles looked like they were just missed when it was drizzled on. the nissan chow mein is better, thicker noodles too instead of a ramen type of noodle. the orange chicken and walnut shrimp were fine but again, the sauce for the orange chicken is lacking. read more

I like Panda Express!. My favorite menu item is Beijing Beef, but I will not order unless it was recently prepared. The same is true for the Orange Chicken. The breaded deep-fried meat dishes get soggy and lose a lot if they have been sitting for more than 15 minutes. If the Beijing Beef is not fresh & crispy, I order the Honey Walnut Shrimp or Kung Pao chicken which is always good. The restaurant is always sparkling clean, staff is always friendly. read more

Just picked up a broccoli beef bowl, 1/2 of the broc was spoiled and overcooked, and there was 3 tiny pieces of beef....to add insult to injury, the "new" mango tea, cost as much as good Canadian Whiskey, in my local bar.... Can't imagine a Panda Express running out of rice??? It's like Disneyland without Mickey Mouse! On my first visit here, the server announced right away at drive through that they ran out of rice! That would be been a first red flag but I couldn't back out so went ahead and order a kong pao chicken bowl with chow mein. When I opened the bowl, it was only 3/4 full--what the heck!! I paid full price but only got 3/4 of food! The entree was overly greasy and drenched in sauce with mostly veggies and only specks of chicken. Thoroughly disappointed at this location. I used to work at Panda Express and know the high standards each location has to uphold. Having said that, management really need to step up and straighten things out before they lose more customers. They are only counting on being the only Panda Express in the area but eventually people will realize the subpar service. read more

This is probably THE WORST Panda Express ever. It looked new and clean from outside but the food quality was below acceptable. I ordered a Plate which is just 2 entrees and 1 side. I got myself Orange Chicken & Honey Walnut Shrimp with the side of half Chow Mein and Half Mixed Veggies. I dont know where to start really but my mixed veggies was just kale, broccoli and cabbage. Really? Wheres my squash? carrot? It looked so unappetizing because it was just GREEN. Oh, and these mixed veggies that I had in other Panda Express locations never were seasoned. Theyre supposed to be simply 'steamed veggies'. Well, this had lots of flavor and I could see soooo much minced garlic over it. My Orange Chicken was nasty. Batter was all separated from the meat and it was just soooo unappetizing. Sweetness was overpowering and upon opening my container, you can smell that tangy/sweet flavor getting into your olfactory senses, it was definitely not a pleasant experience. Even my Honey Walnut Shrimp, you can see black burnt residues stuck to my shrimp batter and it was too SOGGY. Because of its thick batter, it did not execute any fresh shrimp flavor whatsoever. I paid $9 for my food and I should have just gone to McDonalds and get a burger there instead. This location also offers a minimal selection of drinks/tea. I wanted to get a Boba Milk Tea and the boba/pearls were so soggy and it had weird texture. Whats worse was how extremely, overly sweet these pearls were. I took a sip and ate ONE PEARL and I thought I was going to die of sugar rush and diabetes. Sigh, I now know why it has such a low rating. So disappointing and I am just so mad how they can take peoples' money for horrible and inedible food. read more

Honey walnut shrimp, Sweet fire chicken and Orange Chicken. I love them all. Everything was perfect! Our wait staff was great and the food! We had great service all around! It's a little busy and loud to bring kids but great if your out with friends! You can hear the music and each other at the table so you should be fine! The team are almost always pretty good with meal prep, cleaning, and taking orders. I normally frequent this restaurant for the occasional lunches, but I will usually go for the milk. The food is good so I always recommend it to my friends and family, but management needs to train all of the workers on how to make milk teas as of recently those have not been sweet at all. read more

Visited drive thru 11:45 am today in Rib Mountain Bigger plate white rice and orange chicken, 6-8 minute wait (kinda long wait for fast food NOT made to order, but it's what my son wanted) 9 minutes later and no apology. Drop off food by my son and back to work. My son texts me he got fried rice(WTF?)..... So, not the first time this has happened, but I was able to go back and get the order corrected, but not an option to bail out the employee this time. So, I call and the manager has her corporate head up your corporate's a$$ too far to see her restaurant has some issues with little to no customer service..... I am not going to hold my breath that anyone at corporate actually gives a $hit, but getting contacted back would go a long way to discuss and try to resolve this....... Food is ok; typical Panda fare. Service always spotty. Brown rice is NEVER ready to serve before 1 or 1:30, so you can't have it for lunch. Would it really be that hard to put it in the rice cooker a little earlier? All tables are almost always filthy gross, even when it's not that busy. Beware of this place or CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME! This place is ridiculous for being incompetent. Today was no different. I ordered my food through the drive through and specifically requested teriyaki sauce for my entree. I pull up to the window and address with the employee to make sure that my sauce is in the bag because every single time I order food I have to ask the employee bringing out my food to go back in and get it because it's not in the bag. The guy tells me, "We already have your sauce ready to go by your bag". So I am then told there's a 5-6 minute wait on one of my items and to pull around. That's another issue with them...the inability to food plan accordingly...but I will move onto the rest of this experience. So I pull around to wait. The girl employee with colored hair brings my bag out tied up. I ask her are my teriyaki sauces in the bag? She looks at my bag and points yeah they are right there. I should have known better to check EVERY TIME, because I drive 20 minutes home to find my sauce that I literally requestrd and triple checked on being in my bag GONE. I am livid....wth is wrong with this place????? I called to thank these morons for not giving a sh*t to be competent when checking the orders going out of the building. To hell with this place, everyone I know is going to hear about this. It may be missing sauce, but it's the principal and a 100% rate of missing items. Probably the worst Panda we've ever been to. The employee was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They were out of a lot of things even though it was only 11:30am. Our only choice for a side were the fried rice or noodles. We asked if we could just get the broccoli chicken and no side and she said no ???? We also had to ask multiple times for a spring roll. The ordering process was made so complicated by the employee and we felt we didn't get what we ordered but instead had to eat what she wanted us to... 0/10 for this Panda. Not sure what management is thinking by the awful way they are running this location but it's unacceptable. Restaurants that have a drive up window means it's fast food, but not here. Last night I came through the drive thru once again and nothing is made! Went to order honey walnut shrimp. The speaker taking my order says we don't have any of that up right now is it ok to wait 5-8 minutes? I wasn't enthused about the wait but said yes. Then I order my next entree, teriyaki chicken. The first question is do you want teriyaki sauce on it. Excuse me, but of course I want it- it's the only friggin thing making it teriyaki. Then she says, we don't have that up right now, are you ok with waiting about 20 minutes for it to come up. At this point it's a big fat NO. I am not ok with wait times in a drive through that is more of a wait than most sit down restaurants are. So Panda you have lost two more customers. I think this wait time and claiming to make things "fresh" is nothing but an excuse for laziness. Your people are already cleaning up and getting ready to go home hours before your restaurant closes. There's no excuse for no food being available at the time of ordering, and if it is the case it's because management is not ordering the proper amount of food. Although I have been disappointed at other Panda Expresses, this one was actually ok. I ordered the Mushroom Chicken and Orange Chicken both of which were good. I had the white rice as my sides and it was undercooked. Other than that the service was friendly and fast. read more

We arrived almost to closing time. Restaurant was clean. They made some of our food fresh since there was none left. Loved the tea bar. Never once did we feel rushed to eat quickly since it was past closing. Food was delicious. read more
