First time dining in at Fazoli's. It's one of my partner's go-to childhood restaurants. They offer free breadsticks with all orders. 6.99 for lunch on 2 items, we ordered kids' pizza and Alfredo pasta, and we ordered a pizza baked pasta, a pasta has pizza toppings. The food is cheap and served quickly. Taking off a star because the cashier was not the most friendly. There is a breadstick lady passing along the breadsticks around was super friendly and nice. read more

FOOD....my salad tasted old almost musty like. Fettuccine Alfredo w/Chicken was extremely bland and tasteless. Breadstix were ok. My son had a slice of pizza with his and he said the pizza was ok. I usually have spaghetti with extra sauce every week, Chelsey is always very friendly and serves me with a smile. Get the mozzarella on top of your pasta, more cheese makes everything better! The place is always clean and if I go through the drive thru on my lunch break from Camping World it looks clean in the kitchen too where it really counts. read more

Sat in drive thru for 30+ minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Bags tied tightly shut when I finally got my order. That should have been my clue! Got home and order was completely wrong. Ordered two meals, both entrees were no where close to what I ordered. Prices higher than ever and service and expectations worse than ever. Sad. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in waited at the counter for five minutes, workers in the back looked at me and my family more then once but no one came to take our order. Tried to call to talk to a manager and they don't even answer their phone! Barely any people there to eat, can't imagine why, they could have at least said something like hi, I'll be right there. We waited 36 minutes for our food. Our receipt said we ordered at 1:19pm, & our food was ready at 1:55. In that time of waiting, someone came around offering breadsticks. We weren't offered any. Then, when our food came, they ran out of breadsticks so we didn't get any. When I walked up to order some once they had some again, I had to wait until the long line of people who were ordering were done ordering before the cashier even looked at me. By the time I got back to my food, it was cold. I will NEVER come here again. I do NOT recommend this place to anybody. Going to the Olive Garden is worth the extra price. First off, I don't usually write reviews for common, popular restaurants that my family and I visit often but I recently went to our local, Rib Mountain Fazoli's and had such and great experience I had to share it. I was sent out to get food for my family from a restaurant that we visit often because of the inexpensive Italian food that is served hot and quickly. My cashier was Coua Y, and I could not have been more impressed with his customer service. Although I am young and he was older than me, he treated with a respect level that made me stop and appreciate it. That is how all cashiers should strive to be. As I was waiting, he offered me a breadstick and politely handed it over just out of kindness. Fazoli's and all other restaurants should be competing for employees like Coua Y. I'm still impressed as I'm writing this. I recommend that he be promoted or given a raise or something. Well done. Waited in line forever which was fine until I realized they made our order wrong. I went in to get it fixed. Still wrong & actually worse. Last time I went here they messed up too. We ordered at 8:06 pm central standard time. It has been well over 10 minutes now and we still do not have any food at all. We already paid so leaving to find food elsewhere to get in a reasonable time is not an option. It would be understandable if there were a lot of people eating and ordering, but there is nobody in line. People inside have already gotten their food and are sitting. Party of two for a late lunch. We both got the baked ultimate combo meal. Salads sent to the table with us, pasta dishes and bread sticks delivered to table side. Food was served hot and exceeded our expectations in taste. This is after all a fast food take on Italian. They cover those bases reasonably well. read more

Apparently i cant leave it with no stars. The cashier didn't speak clearly. She seemed annoyed that there was 5 in our party, ordering food ,keeping her at work longer. She struggled with the register. Not friendly to say the least. We were the only guest at the time in building. The drink station was un stocked,dirty,sticky and rotting lemons at station. One ice machine was out.(mind you noone there when we came in) Food came quick...well noodles were hard ,some of the guest in our group looked as though food sat under heat lamp hoping to be ordered and eaten. Came here after skiing at granite peak. When they say fast food Italian, they mean FAST! The food came out like 5 min after ordering. Love their garlic bread. They had real silverware versus plastic. Their prices were reasonable. For 10 of us it was about $60. Their chicken parmigiano was good but it tasted fast food. Kinda like they just took it out frozen and microwaved it. My daughter liked her fetuccini alfredo and my friends liked their basil chicken with penne pasta. Nice clean place. Well let's just say I've had better spaghetti out of a can . Not sure how they can screw up spaghetti but they did . It was terrible. I had baked spaghetti and it had very little cheese and very little sauce. Bread sticks way salty . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

We were traveling through this area to Canada and my husband surprised me for lunch by driving here. It was a delight! The Fazoli's in Las Vegas shuttered after a few years much to our dismay. I had the spicy red pepper sauce with whole grain rotini. Delicious . The breadsticks were so much better than Olive Garden's. I don't eat cheese which is sheer blasphemy in WI so I asked for a cheese free salad. They gladly made it for me too. The staff was very accommodating and patient with us. We ordered, this is our frequent Fazoli's and it normally isn't this bad, there were a few people we didn't recognize. After ordering the behind the counter workers were arguing over who "had" to serve the breadsticks. They, after a while, came to the conclusion that they were out. We got to the drink fountains and they were out of all silverware and cup lids. We sat down with no breadsticks or lids and waits for 20 minuets for our food. It finally came when we asked. We recognized the filth covering the floor. Also the garage piling out of the can and all over the fountains. We are very disappointed in one of our favorite restaurants and will avoid it for a while. read more

This was the first and last time I'll stop here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't eat at this place ever or even another franchise this food is worse than burgers. Everything has too much salt in it. Had chicken parm hardly any sauce for the pasta and chicken was absolutely tasteless couldn't even finish it. Save your money go somewhere else!! Visited this fazolis at 5 in the afternoon. I ordered a meatball sub. While waiting for food to come out the kitchen staff came out to inform me that there was no buns for subs and asked me to chose something else. I chose the baked chicken parm which I have had in the past and was also good at one time. Upon receiving my chicken parm, what I got was a super dry piece of chicken on top of spaghetti. I would have to say this is probably the last time me and my family will eat at this restaurant again. I will save the time and effort and go to mcdonalds down the road. Fazolis is a fast food Italian restaurant that while is eatable is still fast food. It's not the best, but the noodles aren't soggy or mush and if you eat in, it has a good atmosphere. It is family friendly and not as expensive as some but not as cheap as others. read more

I went to Fazoli's with family for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not completely filled, and it was only a minute or two of waiting before putting in our orders. Pros: Well lit, located in a good area (near lots of other businesses ), free breadsticks. Delicious food, and a good selection of sodas and teas. The food was served within about five minutes. Cons: Somewhat dirty, unfriendly staff - especially the lady who was manager! I questioned the price of an item and the manager was very aggressive in her response.
