The employees were trying their absolute best to get the food out as soon as possible! While the food doesn't top some of my favorite Panda Express locations but it does hit the spot! I love Panda Express, and I like this location. However, I will admit they have their good and bad days... what do I mean by this? Some days the food is really on point, and then on other days the food doesn't taste as good. Sometimes it's not as fresh or seasoned. Besides the food, the service is quick even if there is an enormous crowd in the store. The staff are usually patient and kind regardless of the long lines and attitudes they may receive from guests. This panda express is even worse than any of the others, they'll let two people in the restaurant to order while everyone else waits outside and you have to have a muzzle to even be on the property. FYI, this is the only restaurant that is not allowing inside seating, everything is to go, you have to wait in line to get in, and then exit and wait outside for your order. read more

Don't bother ordering online. My pick up time was 2:15PM. I was there at 2:10 PM. I was told that they were waiting on the chicken to complete my order. The rest of my order was already made and sitting on the counter top . I watched the guy put the chicken on the grill, cook it and pass it to a guy who then cut it & placed it in containers. Those orders were passed out and mine was still sitting there. At 2:30 a lady came over and, once again told me that they're waiting on the chicken for one of my plates And that it would be another 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes, she told me it would be another five. I like this location. They have been good about protecting staff and customers regarding the wearing masks. I happen to think this is a good thing. I have seen the staff at the other location - CTM - not wear a mask while cooking and preparing the food. Sometimes, they run out of things - totally not the fault of the cook staff etc - so, whoever schedules the food/purchasing should be a little more proactive to make sure the staff have everything they need. read more

My husband and I eat here once a week. Every time I go there is some type of issue. In the past I have experienced them being completely"out" of certain items and not anywhere near closing time. Every other time I go they forget to give me the fortune cookies and I have to ask for them. During the busy times there does not seem to be enough people working to keep up with the long lines. The customer service is below average.The serving sizes are smaller than the other Pandas we have visited. Tonight I was leaving with my order and went to get some napkins and the dispenser was empty. I asked one of the girls behind the counter for some napkins and she said she would fill the dispenser as she continued to wait on the line of customers. I get that right now most businesses are requiring masks however the staff were very rude and condescending about it to everyone. They were paying more attention to literally yelling at customers- yes , most of them not just 1, employees and customers, to keep the mask fully over mouth and nose than listening to and fulfilling your order. Once the food got down to the cashier I was asking her for extra soy and chopsticks and as I was speaking she yelled across the restaurant to the door at someone to put a mask on & cover their face..and as I continued to repeat my request my mask slipped to the tip of my nose- not even under it (no nostrils showing) she interrupted me told me to pull my mask up as I was in the process of doing. I tried it again a few times recently, and I see all new faces actually moving along quickly :) It wonder if they have new management. Oh yeah, the food. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are always good, if a little too sweet. The Kung Pow chicken is tasty and spicy enough. Usually very happy with Panda Express but the last two times I've been to this location I've been very disappointed. Wait staff was very rude and pushy and not very interested in serving customers. They're always shorthanded with people trying to cook and wait on customers at the same time. They also were very rude about mask telling you to talk louder but don't remove your mask. My biggest gripe was that I got Kong pow chicken that had only 4 small bits of chicken in the entire entree. I Don't think I'm going back to this location. Audi is a completely rude associate at this location. No one greeted any customers as they walked in and everyone just continued on with whatever they were doing as I walked in and people walked in behind me. The other night this place was a mad house full of delivery drivers and customers in two huge crowds outside. No social distancing, no masks on most of the crowds. If they give your order away to the wrong person, then won't remake it for you. The manager (Miguel) claimed that someone verified that they were ME, verified they had MY phone number, and verified MY order confirmation #. Then, AFTER showing him my Drivers License, the confirmation email on my phone, and offering to prove MY phone number, he still proceeds to tell me that they will not make MY order again, since someone "already picked it up". I told him, "Stop saying someone picked it up. Your employees GAVE MY ORDER AWAY. This is y'all's mistake." He again said they won't make my order again, but they will give me a refund. Really?!? Then a woman who witnessed the whole thing told me, "Watch them not ask to see my email." And sure enough, they handed her an online order without even asking what her order confirmation # was! Didn't ask to see an email, didn't ask her phone number. So, I told the manager, "Your employees just gave an order away without verifying a name, confirmation #, or phone number, so I know they lied about giving my order away." Then after I left, I realized he only gave me a copy of the grill receipt that does not show a dollar amount or say "refund" anywhere on it! I had to call corporate and they were very apologetic and helpful. But it wasn't until I called corporate that the process for my refund had actually been started. read more

They didn't have enough and had to make more. We were told it would take 12 minutes. 40 MINUTES LATER our food was handed to us!!! Unacceptable!!! In Colorado at least they offer free drinks and spring rolls if they get lengthily on your wait. This crew had no regard for our wait and it was rude! I will not return! read more
