If you're looking for Chinese noodle cuisine in Waco, this is it! I'm coming from California, so it was nice to have this authentic place. We tried the stir fry sliced noodles, potstickers, pan fried meat buns (bao), soup dumplings, spicy beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. I highly recommend the pan fried meat buns which are huge! The fluffiness of the dough is the right texture. I also highly recommend the stir fry sliced noodles. This is was on point for the texture of the noodles and how this dish really should be. This is a signature dish of northern China. The spicy beef noodle soup had the spicy heat but it was not too spicy. This was more like the China version of this soup with beef pieces vs the Taiwanese version with braised beef shank slices. It had the nice addiction of bok choy, which is a staple. But also had sliced carrots and shiitake mushrooms. The hand pulled noodles of this dish was definitely the highlight and were the real deal. Long and great texture. The potstickers had wrappers that were notably thinner and a ton of meat inside. This tasted more like Korean mandu dumplings. The soup dumplings were also bigger than what is typically had in California. The wrappers were not as super thin on these (probably due to the size) and was not as super juicy, but I'm comparing to the pinnacle of soup dumplings from Ding Tai Fung in California. Staff was super friendly and checked on us a couple of times. I'd definitely would come back. read more

Okay I came here about 3 months ago and tried this place and thought I ordered the wrong thing I just didn't like what I ordered. It was the shrimp tempura and the stir fry noodles. Service was great as well and clean place. I decided to try it again and fell in love with their noodle soups, vegtable fried rice and the service was amazing!! Food was out within literally maybe 7 mins!! Staff is very nice food is amazing and reasonable pricing for the amount of food that you get!! IM IN LOVE AND WILL BE BACK!! My 12 year old loves this place! Cannot believe Waco has a Chinese restaurant with homemade noodles. The dining experience is sit down but feels more like fast food. The food comes out fast but it didn't even feel hot. Perhaps they make their food early in the day and then heat it up? Not sure. The sliced and stir fried noodles are both good: I did add some chili sauce to add flavor/spicy. The hibachi steak is delicious but chicken a little dry. Hibachi vegetables seasoned perfectly. Pan fried dumplings were also very good. General TSO chicken and fried rice good with decent flavor. The dishes are pricy but worth it if you are craving a variety of Chinese cuisine. read more

Wow. This place is incredible. Food came out fast and everything was fresh and flavorful. The fact that the noodles are handmade is unreal. I never thought I'd find an Asian restaurant that I love in Waco. This rivals what I had back home in Southern California. That takes a lot for me to say, please trust me lol. We had spicy wontons, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and the flat sliced noodles. My only critique is that the wontons had little filling and the Mongolian beef was a little too salty for my taste. Let's start with the restaurant very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The ambience is awesome. The service is prompt quick and they always keep your drinks full. The meal portions are very large so you can order one portion and you can feed up to two people easily. The noodles and are made on site which makes everything fresh. But I'm so sad to say that once I tasted the food, I was very disappointed. The edamame was great of course. The stir fried noodles and beef and the sesame chicken were just not a very good taste. They have nice service and ambiance, but taking into account the Chinese food that I'm used to in Dallas, this place was quite mediocre in comparison. Nevertheless, this place could be the best Chinese food in Waco, who knows? The dumplings were quite good, and the cucumbers were ok but the habachi was really mediocre. First time to visit. I got stir fried noodles with shrimp. Love the noodles, but wish it had more vegetables (only had a small amount of onion, bell pepper and carrots).
