Now that I'm no longer with Panda Express let me give a backstory on the employee side. ITS HORRIBLE. We have such a time limit on so many things our own self is on the back burner. I give a salute to all the employees that work there because its NOT easy. The conditions are horrid tbh. I am not complaining about my last am because she did her best and had a lot of health issues BECAUSE of panda not helping her. My first GM Jimmy, was AMAZING he gave me a desire to work there, but when I went back it was so downhill! There were times I was told to come in and still work WITH A FEVER (which is a BIG health violation) and told to medicate myself after an accident and still come or I'd be given consequences. I even had dr notes, but that didnt matter. My final limit, to cut it short, was to leave early because i was pregnant and wasnt given breaks or allowed to eat as often as needed because THE ENVIRONMENT is so toxic and I started going into early labor issues! I went through so many gms its ridiculous. Not counting the abuse we had to deal with from customers because we have to stick to policy. WE were the heat if things were late yet at the same time we also got the heat if we didnt leave the building on time, but they dont want customers to hear about that. We got so much blame and so much "you're at fault" it was insane. I LOVED panda, but it was a complete mess. Not because of the employees. Because their policies didnt care about who worked, only about the money they got. ‍ Would I work there again? Probably not if that's how all pandas are made to be. Not to mention I wanted to move up there! I worked my ass off to learn everything I needed, but again i had to leave because my mental and my babies and my physical health was at jeopardy. I was told I'd get medical leave, just to find out they DIDNT give me any because there was "no medical reason" however I gave dr notes to say otherwise as well as maternal leave. I only eat here because it is close to my home and normally quickly recieve my food. The food is not the best but not the worst. One thing that annoys me is being asked everytime do I want to donate to the Children's hospital. I'm usually a nice person and donate to charities but I don't like feeling guilty for saying no every time I order my food or being judged or have to explain that I have already donated. Sorry, Panda, but my experience was an awful one. The only thing good about this place was the rice and cleanliness, which is saving this review from being a one star. I ordered the beef and broccoli, and barely received any beef in my order. When I mentioned this the employee was going to charge me for another side for $4, instead of giving me more than 4 pieces of small beef. Maybe the employee was new? 3rd time I've been here and NO BROWN RICE ! If you're a Chinese restaurant you should probably make sure you gave rice . Evidently customers like brown rice or you wouldn't run out at noon. I go to Panda Express every two or three years, just to see if it's gotten better, but it's always consistently average.

There is no benefit to online ordering or ordering ahead. You still have to take your chance with the drive through which can be very long and slow. I do not recommend this restaurant until they change their online food order process. read more

I went through the drive thru at 6:40PM to place my order. I was told they were out of steamed rice for the day. They had rice but we're not going to make any more today. That is just lazy employees. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. I was excited to get a Chinese place near my house but sadly, my excitement was ruined. This place looks fantastic from the outside... The food was horrible! You could get frozen Chinese food from Walmart, pay $3.00, and that would be same food you got from Panda Express. I got 2 entrees for about $20, which extremely over-priced for the quality of their food. When it first opened, the drive thru and parking lot was always jam packed. I'm done with this location. Employee Bonnie who stated she was the manager(however this was not on her name tag) was extremely rude and acted as if I did something wrong. We went through the drive thru around 920 pm. The store closes at ten. Made an order sat in drive thru about ten minutes until we pulled up to window. After about seven minutes the young lady comes and tells me it will be about ten minutes until food is ready because the cook was in the back prepping for the next day. I said I would wait on my food. After about five minutes the employee Bonnie came and asked could I pull up because the lady behind me was waiting on food. I stated I am waiting on food also and no I can't pull up. She then slammed the drive thru window. After a few minutes she handed me a receipt that said voided. I then went inside and was told I was being refused service. Let's be real. Y'all didn't have the food cooked that I ordered and were cleaning the grill when I walked in and food was never started because the employees are not concerned with good customer service only getting out on time. I was also told at drive thru they were out of walnut shrimp for the day..lol obviously they didn't want to cook any fresh. I went inside to ask about the voided receipt and again the drive thru girl stated my food wasn't cooked because the cook.was closing and prepping and getting ready for next day. Went here for first time on 12/26/18. Food was good. But soda machine not working, no salt/pepper out for customers. Overall inside dining room was gross!!! I went there today and the cashier, I believe his name was Jaden, was really nice and respectful. He was especially patient when I had him running back and forth for egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, and teriyaki sauce. The food was also really good.
