It's Panda Express, so you know what to expect - okay food but not mind-blowing. Location is convenient, parking us tight though. Prices are pretty high for what you get. read more

So disappointing! Chow Mein is actually cooked noodles, not crunchy chow mein noodles) they don't offer any other noodles). Spring rolls weren't bad. Actually, they were the only thing I ate from the order. There is zero consistency or quality control. Hit or miss! If drunk, starving, and only place open, I would take my chances. If sober and hungry I would NEVER order from Panda! read more

Stopped by today to get a mushroom chicken bowl through the drive thru. Drove back to work without checking it, shame on me. After I got back to work, I pulled it out of the bag to find it to be orange chicken. I had to rush back to get the order corrected and saw them take the one I brought back and place it under the heat lamp where all the entrees were. WTH! I honestly hope they aren't planning to serve it to someone else. Do they know that is a health violation? Now, it hadn't even been opened by me, but they did not know if I had opened it or not. Regardless, any food establishment should not take it back once it leaves the business. This experience cost me 40 minutes of my lunch break. read more

We like Panda because their ingredients are always fresh. The new Spicy Orange Chickin and the Super Greens are my favorite

I get off a long day at work and order Panda Express, so excited about it until a few bites into my noodles I pull a long red ish brown hair out of my food it's still good and warm tho, idc because I'm hungry asf read more

My husband and I always get the big plate and share it . It's getting less and less food every time we go. But if you will notice the employees when they go to lunch they get there own food that plate is loaded down and you can tell it's heavy. I wish they would fix the customer's plate like they do ours. If we get the grilled chicken and they always knock some off your plate. I believe that is very rude. The last time we eat there the girl gave us on cup of rice one cup of noodles. There going to start losing customers if they keep that up. It was more like a sample plate. Unbelievable. But the employees plats staked full which is so wrong. They act like they hate there job. No one smiles are speaks. I hope they will get better if not they may be the next restaurant closing. How said they treat customers. We had to go somewhere else after eating there because we hardly got any food. read more

This food is absolute dog sh*t. I would love to see a list of chemicals it's made of. Overpriced and underwhelming. I'll Never understand the hype. It's no where near real Chinese food. It's many steps below a low quality buffet, which I would consider eat at it. read more

Horrible. It was not even 10:00 pm and they were closed, wouldn't open the door and were very rude.

The lady working at 3:30pm at this location completely messed up my order. I asked for a singular order of orange chicken and a singular order of shrimp and she charges me the price of a "bigger plate" then proceeds to give me cream cheese wonton when I ordered an egg roll. The staff was completely incompetent and seemed to not know which was was up or down. read more

It never fails at this location. They forget at least 1 food item or mess up the drink every time through their drive through. Then go in to get it taken care of and see the place is dirty. read more

Good food, drive thru was fast and easy. The only issue was that the little container of chicken and mushroom leaked all over the rest of my order. Everything was covered in sauce! read more

Very good. Every time I go here I am very pleased with my meal. Everyone should give it a try. It is a great place to get food for your family. read more

Worst place ever! Disappointing food, dry, had to wait 20 minutes for something to be prepared. Sad customer service. Avoid this one.

I love panda so this isn't against the business but against this specific location. Horrible customer service and stingy. The food is inconsistent and almost every time i have to wait. Whenever i get two plates they refuse to give me more than 2 soy sauce packets and it wouldn't be a problem but the fried rice tastes like they mixed some veggies into some white rice and called it a day. read more

Don't go past 7. We all ordered chow mein and it was hard and dry. We had to wait on the shrimp but the chow mein was old and they did not make fresh. read more

Big fan of the orange chicken & the string bean chicken. Instead of picking one side, they let me have half chow mein and half fried rice. Best of both worlds. There's usually a little lag in drive-thru. Loved Junior in the drive-thru though. Awesome attitude & great service. read more

food is great but they always close the doors way earlier that 9:30.

I have never once had a good experience at this panda express. i always ask for extra soy sauce and the lady at the window is always rude about having to give it to me. most the time she still doesn't give enough maybe like 3 pacs and i always order 2 bowls so i have to go inside to get more. the manager is never there to talk about employees attitudes and i never really complain bc i work at fast food but that is TERRIBLE service. read more

My name is Mae and I am a manager at one of the local businesses here in Sulphur Springs Texas, I often want to visit our panda express store #2353 But every time I go there they disappoint me. they have very low standards, They chage $9.26 for plate, and if you go through the drive through they give you very little food! and 8 out of 10 times you have to wait 7 to 10 minutes for the food to cook, I don't understand how a food chain that sells to main courses ,chow mein and fried rice could run out of chow mein. Really do they have to wait until they are totally out before they can cook more..... And the employees at this location are very rude to customers and they don't offer any compensation for your inconvenience of having to wait on them. Mae read more

Fantastic service and yummy food. We stopped in here on our way to Canada... yes, I said Canada !! And we didn't want burgers or fries. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff and especially Jesus! He made some food items fresh for us and checked back to make sure all was deelish! It was such a pleasant experience thanks to Jesus and his team! Bravo! read more

We order take out from here about once per month. It seems you have to go right at the right time for fresh food. They seem to be short handed some of the time and tend to forget to put things in your bag that you've asked for. When you go at a good time (when the food is fresh), the food is great. I like seeing all the fresh veggies through the glass door of the fridge. Among my favorites are the ribs, honey walnut shrimp, grilled chicken (without the teriyaki sauce), honey sesame chicken, and the steak. Unfortunately several of those are either seasonal (meaning they come and go) or specialty (meaning they cost more). The dining room is sometimes a mess with trash on the floor and dirty tables, but not always. They have a great flavored tea (passion fruit, I think). I like to mix the unsweetened flavored tea with the peach tea from the fountain. But I'm odd like that. Try it, you may like it too. read more

Do not waste your time at this location. They have charged my card twice before and refused to refund the order later. They are always out of food and never plan to make anymore. Came tonight with 45 minutes to close and they only had white rice and a couple of food options. they like to close the grills early so they can clean up and get out of there. So sad no one wants to work these days. read more

I always try to go when a guy name "Brandon" is cooking because it just taste so dang good! If I go and he's not cooking it just taste nasty. I don't know what it is but that boy can cook! I like getting the rice when he cooks it, anybody else it's bits of burnt and hard pieces. But every time I go there's not a line and I have to wait 5-10 minutes before I get served. There's not many people In the back which makes it a lil slow. read more

There is a production issue at this restaurant. I've been there a few times and you usually have to wait for them to prepare part of your order. Tonight for example, we selected six items and they were out of three of them. Waited about 6 minutes or so. I don't ever have this issue with Panda Express anywhere else. I spoke to the manager and he said he was sorry. I believed him. read more

Great food. The best orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Not so express though. Waited for more than 30 mins for teriyaki chicken to be ready. Great food but sometime have really long waits for the food. read more

Me love it long time!!!! Best Asian Food in Paris. Almost everything on the menu is good. Not sure if you like one of their selections....just ask to sample it first. How many other restaurants will let you do that? Not too many that I know of. read more

Every time that we visit Panda Express, their food is fast, delicious, and priced right.

Great service. The person who helped us Madi, was awesome. Will return. Made recommendations and was friendly. I assume she's the manager because she seemed like she cared that we had a good experience ordering. If she's not make her GM read more

Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants. However, today's visit was very disappointing. My wife and I were standing in line. My wife's order was taken. I was ignored as the server was exclusively attending to the drive through customers. My wife's order was sitting on the counter and getting cold. The cashier did not attend to her because the cashier abruptly began filling a take-out party pack order for another customer. In that I was not getting waited on and the cashier ignored my wife, we told the staff that we were leaving because Panda's attention was exclusively on the drive through customers. read more

Great service always nice and and the food is better then most I have been to. This place always has fresh food no of that setting under heat lamps all day read more

I love Panda Express. It is always clean! I really hope the rude dude is gone. I love orange chicken the most. Kung Pow super spicy. The Rangoon were hot & fresh just like I like my men. read more

This Panda Express is below average. It is always dirty. I always have to wait for food to be cooked and half the time they forget to bring it to me once it is cooked. Today they did bring it to us in a timely manner. read more

Well, the customer service was great and the food was delicious, but what impressed me the most was what happened when I was almost finished with my meal. A bad storm was blowing into town with a possible tornado, and the warning sirens started going off. They started closing the restaurant but the manager came to us customers and told us we were welcome to stay until it was safe to leave. Later he informed us more about what he had heard about the storm and said if need be we could all go into the cooler for safety if a tornado was detected in town. The staff was cortious, kind, and helpful. Kudos! read more
