This was the worst experience i've ever had at a panda express. we were told to wait for 13 minutes until our teriyaki chicken and it took them almost 30 minutes for our food to get to us. they were also very rude when they brought us our food. read more

This restaurant was my favrotie but recently I have gone a couple of times their chow mein and kunpao in three occasions it was raw. I stopped by yesterday before closing I got a panda bowl with chow mein and honey walnut shrimp lead me to be sick. read more

I entered the restaurant and ordered take out for two. After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were not given any soy sauce. I reentered the restaurant and requested a few packets and was informed that they were out of soy sauce. "Sorry" Had I known the restaurant was out of soy sauce it would have had a significant impact on the menu items I selected. It may have in fact, changed my mind about dining with Panda Express. When I dine at a Chinese restaurant, I expect soy sauce to be a significant ingredient. I must admit, I do not know if it was the fact that I was not provided soy sauce or not but I felt that my entree was most distasteful. read more

During my visit today I wasn't greeted properly - no smiles! Prior to ordering, I told the lady I had a code for a free entree yet she still charged me. When I told her, she replied, "oh I didn't charge you for your drink upgrade adding that the difference was $0.40" but owes me $1.25+tax. Then, while speaking to the boss, what does she do, hands him the $1.25 to give to me, right in front of me. So DAMNN disrespectful!!! Anyway, I didn't take my money. I guess she needed the money?? You never know what people will do for money these days!! On a side note, I didn't know Panda Express was willing to put out promotions & have "their" employees not honor it. I'm done with this restaurant & WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! If you must drive-thru is better but I'll never do it. Good Luck! **P.S. This store doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! read more

I don't understand how do you come to a restaurant at 8:30 and they have hardly any thing on the menu ,yet The restaurant closes at 10. Is this more backwards Selma service? I do have to admit the people that work at fast food restaurants in the town of Selma California are not very good at what they do. I'm not sure if this has to do with the education level that they decided to stop at, or they're just all around not very bright. we first started stopping in a Panda Express about 6 months ago since we have ordered any where from their specialty bowls to full dinners. I can't say we've had any problem with them. The food is good,if you go on off hours some times as in all Chinese restaurants the noodles do ten to be a bit greasy. Mostly for us it's a quick place to get a decent meal at, their fried rice is very good, and they do have a good variety for just about anyone's liking. The portion size is large and very tasty, I'm surprised to hear someone complaining about soy sauce :) Over all good food and would recommend you giving them a try. read more

This is my favorite place to come and eat and I was having a great day until I heard a women named Julia was yelling at the worker named odaliz she was really nice and sweet and she didn't deserve to be talked to the way that she was being talked to by Julia it just made me feel very uncomfortable to watch something like that go on in front of me I definitely will be coming back as long as odaliz is still working here she just makes my day. read more

When I went to order our food through the machine, Lizette S was extremely rude. Had to keep repeating our order. Gave attitude and rushing us to complete our order. Didn't ask us if we wanted drinks, so we had to go else where to get them, and when we asked if we could have hot honey mustard, we couldn't even finish our sentence before she cut us off to tell us to "just go to the window" we also waited 13 minutes to get our food when we were told it was going to be a 3 min wait. My sister and I went to grab four bowls just 20 minutes ago and they messed up our order not once, but twice and at the intercom we were rushed and yelled at by two employees who still were not able to get our order correctly, over the intercom AND at the window. We were even more disappointed when we got home and saw that each bowl only had five pieces of chicken and chow mein that was mostly vegetables. My sister and I hardly ever complain about restaurants and employees because we understand the struggles of working in the food industry but to the both of us this is ridiculous and would never happen at our places of employment. We will never go back and we hope that the employees get better training on not only customer service but also on how to serve food. To top it off, there were only three cars in the drive thru at the time so there was absolutely no need to rush or completely neglect our serving portions. read more

I haven't been to Selma in a while and I noticed a panda express. It was a hit and delicious. destiny was very helpful and extremely nice. Food was nice and hot. Even I'm craving panda I'll make sure I'll stop by here next time I'm in town. read more
