These fags always rush the order and mess it up and just throw pure white rice and they have done this multiple times

My bowl. Supposed to be beef broccoli and Chowmein. Only got broccoli and two bits of beef. Rly sad

Uhm I paid for beef broccoli not straight up broccoli. I only got like 5 tiny pieces of beef. I want my money back for this bowl. It was super cold too.

Why skimp on the mushroom chicken?

I've been to this location a few different times and each time it's always busy. They do move quickly, but that also may be the problem. Ordered a 3 item combo to-go double chow mein with orange chicken, mushroom chicken and walnut shrimp. Also added 3 chicken egg rolls. Everything was delicious, no problem there. Not only is your food sloppily put together, but the portion size in the meal container is often lacking. The picture is what my meal looked like when I first opened it and you can clearly see that stingy is an understatement. Orange chicken is clearly their most popular dish and they're quite generous with it, then why are you so stingy with the mushroom chicken? You would think after spending over 25$ they could include at least a single pack of soy sauce. Nope, not one. It may be my fault for not asking but next time I'll know to not expect anything as a courtesy. For the tea drinkers don't expect to get anything out of this spot. Completely bone dry and I don't even think they're bothering to make it. Maybe instead of working so quickly you should either hire more employees to ease the pace or retrain employees to take their time so they can still provide good service.

Being Beef with Chicken

Came the other day for lunch. Tried the Bejing Beef and Shrimp combo. A bit Spicy. Had Dried chili peppers in it. ***Mainly the beef was too crispy and chewy. So changed the meat order to Sesame Chicken.

Tried to add hot sauce but still no taste! Fake chicken!

Not good anymore! Fake chicken, not cooked all the way, no taste. Orange chicken not good either. Do better SM Panda! Smh..

We're driving down HWY 101 north when we decided to have a quick lunch around Pismo Beach or San Luis Obispo. We came across this town, Santa Maria, and noticed several eateries. We stopped at Panda Express and took their bowl lunch of orange chicken and noodles. The food is good considering it's a fast-food chain. The portion is generous and the service is fast. The only negative I can say about this establishment is that when I used their restroom, they don't have any hand wash at all. I'm worried about the workers who use this restroom and don't wash their hands and use their hands to handle the food they serve. As a customer, I'm worried about the hygiene of workers who work behind the food counter. Management should correct this immediately for everybody's safety. I would have given them a higher star, not for this violation.

Great food and great time! The food has improved over time! The noodles, broccoli and beef and honey glazed chicken was all great! The wait was short, the place was packed, but it wasn't uncomfortable. I recommend!

Asked for half and half. This isn't half rice and half noodles more like 3/4 rice and a 1/4 of noodles

We were promptly greeted upon entering and directed to our requested booth. We chose their buffet which, at around 12 noon on a Wednesday, is $16.45 per person. There is no senior discount (at least not posted). Buffet is a nice size with a variety of common dishes like orange chicken, kung pao chicken, chow menu, sweet and sour pork, pot stickers, egg rolls, and mushroom chicken. My favorites were the tangerine beef and, orange chicken, and green beans. There was also a dessert section with soft serve and assorted cookies, cakes, and fruit. Staff was welcoming and friendly and bussed our table often. Ambiance is simple and fine. Their buffet is a great value and I'll definitely be back when I have a craving for Chinese food especially if ,I'm really hungry like this time.

The buffet was well stocked and had all of the Chinese staples people love. The orange chicken was so good. They had green beans cooked up in a super flavorful sauce that were also delicious. The egg rolls were great and they even have a selection of soups. The service was great and the buffet was only $15.95/person.

This is the weirdest Chinese buffet I've ever been to. It looked so nice when you walked in, with…read morethe fountain with the koi fish in it. It was $23 per person with a 2 hour limit. We were walked to our booth and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for a coke and Diet Coke. We were brought a coke and a sprite. 10 minutes later he took the sprite back and switched it out with the correct drink I asked. I was surprised that they used styrofoam plates...making so much waste. The buffet was...odd. Random Chinese food with American food and taquitos. The food didn't have proper name plates for them so it was kind of a guessing game, and the ones that did weren't even labeled correctly. The food was okay. Not the best Chinese food I've had. They were all cold by the time I went back to my booth. They had steamed bao buns with NOTHING in it. It was just the bun. The only good thing there was the sesame balls. The sushi bar seemed sketch, so I didn't get the sashimi. They had a kid probably 10 years old, working at the sushi bar, playing on his iPad. Is that even legal? It was just so random and all over the place. Random stars on the walls and in the bathroom. I won't come back and I won't recommend this place to anyone. I should have read the reviews before I came here. Not worth $23.

Most of the food was Cold or luke warm at best! When I told a staff member, she said I will tell…read morethem to turn the heat back on. What?!? Why was the heat turned off? After that several employees kept looking over at me and seemed to be annoyed. I went back through food line and this time I could see steam rising from the buffet line but it wasn't heating the cold food very fast. I went back multiple times taking a small spoonful of dishes I was hoping would be hot but to no avail, at least not the whole time we were there. I ate very little for their $28 price. And most of the food either had no label or was mislabeled. I couldn't figure out what alot of the dishes were or what was in them so I asked an employee and she didn't come over, she just tried to guess from where she was at behind the counter. I served myself something that she said was teriyaki chicken but when I took a bite, it was spicy! Definitely NOT teriyaki AND it wasn't hot either. Every time I asked her what a food dish was she seemed annoyed. If they had labels AND properly labeled items, I wouldn't have to ask! The food wasn't that good either, but let's face it, food that is supposed to be hot, doesn't taste good cold or luke warm!! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!!!
