Longest drive through wait EVER..!!!!!! These people had the line backed up. They claim they had a big catering order. I had a lunch delivery to make. They need to do better. Some people have a job to get back to. They stuffed 4 meals into one bag. With the kids meal open on top. They didn't even bother closing it right. The poor lady at the drive through window seemed very overwhelmed. Wasn't even paying attention to our condiments request. read more

I drove nearly 15 minutes to get there. I ordered online so they had plenty of time to package my order. I get all the way back to work open my plate and I have no meat in my plate. I call the restaurant and get "Jose" apparently he is the General Manager. I told them I wanted a full refund for both of my plates that I ordered. He told me he would not do that because the other plate wasn't messed up. I told him that I drove 30 minutes round trip and that was what I expected but he told me too bad. I will only replace on plate. read more

Normally, I don't place reviews for fast food chains. This place is an exemption. I will drive only to this location because of their service. I have been here on different days and times. Dine in or drive thru. Same great service. I have never received negativity from others reviews. Thanks! read more

Always messing up orders ! Not hard to take an order. It's every time I come here smh.

Went up there today on Saint Patrick's day was in the drive through for 20 minutes while the rep was laughing and burning time last time I'm coming up here read more

Came in around 7pm on a Sunday and several items were being waited in to be refilled. Myself and a few other guests had to wait for orders to be completed. Customers can definitely be rude here as well; pressuring staff to give extra servings and not charge, as well as the demeanor and tone in their voices. Staff is super nice and I was welcomed in by almost everyone that was working. Waiting for fast food is always an annoyance but I give it to the ladies working the line, they stay positive and look to solve issues. read more

So much better than the next closest one. My most recent purchase drownedy entree in undrained super greens at the other location. This one is usually busy, but that means the food is always fresh. I've never had a bad experience at this location. read more

Service absolutely sucks. If you walk in to place an order -- they don't even bother to acknowledge you even when you walk to the front counter. They continue to fix the to go order foods and make you wait. I simply walked out -- why give them my money. This occurred today between 2:30-3:00 pm. Do better!! If there were 0 stars -- that is what I would give them. read more

I have eaten Panda Express teriyaki chicken for years but not lately. I stopped in to get a quick bite before grocery shopping for my parents. I was highly disappointed. The staff was nice enough, nothing negative about that service, timely and courteous. But the food was AWFUL! The chicken was pale fatty chicken thighs (I think). It looked nothing like what I have had in the past. I prefer steamed rice and it was crispy in areas. I'm hoping that I don't get sick bc the chicken actually had an off taste despite me smothering it in the sauce. I asked for an extra pack and I'm glad that l did bc that puny package would not been enough for the chicken & dry rice.. read more

Ordered a plate; 2 entrees and 1 side. I chose half chow mein and ĥalf fried rice. Food was being bottomed in steam table. Old dried out food was not discarded simply poured on top of fresher food. Chow mein was not fresh nor hot. Waited for fresh beef and broccoli as what was left in steam tables was just bits ànd pieces. Broccoli was crunchy but raw. Beef was very, very little. Nothing special as far service. Entire restaurant was filthy. Food all over serving table, drunk stand was filthy, tables not clean and food on floor! read more

Even with 6 employees working the food there was a much longer wait to place my order than there should have been. My son wanted Panda Express so Panda Express it was. Having read all the bad reviews I wasn't expecting much. I figured as long as no one got sick, we were good. And no one got sick. :) We ordered 1) orange chicken and Beijing beef with noodles and 2) orange chicken and broccoli beef with rice to go. The food was hot, tasted good, and the portions were more than generous. The employees were constantly cooking new food, always a good thing. :) Although we ordered our food to go, I checked out the inside of the restaurant. It was clean but not the bathroom. The staff didn't go out of their way to be friendly but they weren't rude or hostile, just ambivalent. read more

I was in a rush to get back to work since I work on the nearby base and this was close by. Ordered a medium side of chow mein and medium side of honey walnut. $16 total. The menu said $4 for medium size. Gave the cashier my card and she was like $16 and I was like wtffff, if I wasn't in a hurry I would have just left it. Looked at the receipt and it was $10 just for the honey walnut shrimp. How we go from $4 for the shrimp. I don't know it's usually like a $1 and some change extra when you add it on to a meal but damnnn as a side it's $10?? That's ridiculous absolutely ridiculous and the boxes are both the same size read more

Really bad service 07/24/23 Really bad service. Young female in cash register really in experience for customer service given to customers. She kept repeating herself over and over after I let her know their was a error on their end. Order was for 2 people not just 1 person. After waiting a long time in drive thru. They need to have better employees hired. An employee willing to fix the issues not a young kid with a smirk on her face being clueless about errors and customers orders. Really dissapointed with service. Canceled order they could not get corrected properly and went somewhere else where we can get better service. read more

super great people I placed an order for party trays although the mistake was on my part that I didn't understand they took the time to explain to me and again although it was my fault they still worked hard to resolve my problem and had my party tray sized food out in less than 10 mins so I'm so grateful! it was super hot and fresh. read more

SO SLOWWWWWW! Don't come if you're in a rush or need legit FAST food. Go inside if you absolutely need to and DO NOT do drive thru. I don't ever put a bad review anywhere but literally have been sitting in this line for 38 minutes read more

Ordered online and I couldn't pick up my order from the drive through. I asked why and they said it was policy. I went inside and asked to pick up my order and they just handed it to me already packed up and ready. I asked why did I have to walk inside to pick it up if they don't even ask for any ID. She said 'they wouldnt know your name' as if somehow drive through people can't also lie about a name. Critical thinking and logic were not applied whenever this policy was created. Edit: As I am home eating my food that wasn't allowed to be handed outside a window, my mind is running in circles trying to understand the reason of this policy. If you're worried about people lying on who they are, not allowing them to pickup from the drive through window will not mitigate this security risk. If anything, forcing people to go inside is more of a security risk. There were two bags right by the cashier. One was mine, another was for some other lady. They had the receipts outside the bags flapping in the breeze and could easily read the names. A drive through customer would not be able to see this information. Another reason for the policy I was thinking was maybe it's taking up the drive through lane? But if the order is already ready and prepared, there would be practically zero delay since: 1. they drive up to the window, 2. tell them a name (only form of verification), and 3. pickup the goods. In fact, I took up more of the employees time by driving up to the drive through, attempt to pick up my order, try to understand why they couldn't just pick up the bag and hand it over through the window. I then go inside and take up time from another employee to pickup my order and again trying to figure out why I couldn't just pick it up at the window. There was a total net loss of convenience and employee time. I suggest an incredibly rash and new idea to them.. ask for an ID or a screenshot of the order or email receipt to pick up their order from either inside AND the drive through! I know.. my genius literally has no bounds. I'd bet this would qualify for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Also, don't order online. The food was already cold when I got home. Better to just order via the drive through. read more

Never again! I'm done with this Panda. Kids meal portions keep getting smaller and smaller. This was the 3rd time in 2 mo & it's is the last straw. I'm tired of going back and complaining. Five -- count them -- 5 pieces of chicken in my daughters kids meal and the smallest amount of rice I've ever seen from this place. That's $1 for each piddly piece of chicken. Portions suck - see ya Panda! read more

Use to enjoy eating at this location (Valley Hi ) but this will be the last. The quality of food has gone down. It's no longer good or enjoyable. The egg rolls were over fried and you could taste it. The fried rice was hard and cold. We had the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and Kai Pao chicken, it was cold and flavorless. We didn't even finish out food. Really disappointed because this was our go to for fast food Chinese. Even the fortune cookies were stale. read more

So apparently common sense isn't so common. You'd think if your card machines were down, and you're only taking cash, you'd tell people that before they wait 20 minutes in line to get their food...Sadly, that wasn't the case. Never eating here again. Thanks for wasting my time. read more
