Although my food was amazing, I was at the roseville the experience was crazy, very short-staffed, very, very short-staffed. There is an Asian woman and a black chef coat walking around giving orders, but never helping anybody. That's not how a general manager should work. They need to work harder than their employees. The food was great, and they did make a mistake on my bill. But when I caught it, they corrected it. So thank you for that. But look at grasshit panda, figure it out, and get more help. And have your general managers do more work read more

I don't know why this place only has 2 stars, for quick takeout it's really good and the portions are a good size. Plus it's already made so you can get your food quickly. I enjoy coming here for a quick meal. read more

I made the mistake of coming here again, against my own advice. We had an extensive wait again after we got the text that our order was ready for pickup. They lie on their tracking of time. read more

Service is terrible completely just rude and I feel so bad for the employees whoever veetoo is is completely rude to their employees and just as rude to customers i'm pretty sure that's the name I overheard. Because he wouldn't give me his name. Anyway the customer service from Vee2 was just completely terrible as a customer who comes to this location all the time because it's closer I will not be coming back. Terrible service.. read more

This location has gotten terrible. I was in yesterday evening and the wait to order inside was at least 20 minutes and no one was at the counter helping customers and employees didn't seem to care. The place was filthy. Trash was full and litter was filling up the drink station because there was no place to put it. That is the absolute last time I will be going there. read more

This location is always very slow, but the service is usually friendly and the food is good. Our last visit however will probably be our last. We waited at the window for 20 minutes, with our food sitting nearby because of a shift change! This was in addition to waiting in line 15 minutes prior to getting to the window. The girl that finally cashed us out was in disbelief that we were just left sitting at the window. I've reached out to Panda Express directly about the experience and received no response. read more

No kidding, took nearly 1 hour from drive through until receiving my order. They forced me to park and wait inside even though I used the drive through. They handed me my order the first time after 30 minutes and it was missing an item. It then took another 20 minutes to receive this item. read more

The employees were openly griping about quitting, which didn't inspire much confidence. They had no chow mein available, and we waited nearly 20 minutes for them to make more--without any sense of urgency. The food itself was fine, but nothing to write home about. This place is anything but "fast food." How do you even run out of chow mein? It's ridiculous, really. Very disappointing overall. read more

Completed the order online. When we arrived the food was ready. The order was correct, hot and well made. I like to order online because we get credit for our orders that we can use for future purchases. This is not the most authentic Asian food, but when you're hungry, it certainly fits the bill! read more

Absolutely the slowest panda express. Corporate needs to get involved. every time I go in here it's a half an hour wait with only 3 to 4 people in front of you and then when you get up to the counter, they still haven't made chow mein or fried rice and they tell you it's gonna be another 10 to 15 minutes. This place is horrendous. The owner absolutely sucks and is rude. they deserve a zero not a one star. read more

Went there for dinner tonight with me and my grandson. The food was hot and fresh. I had to wait a few minutes for fresh noodles, but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly. The manager on duty was very polite and helpful. I want to give a shout out to the manager IA for give me the heads up on the fresh noodles and also sesame seed chicken. She said if I waited a few minutes, it would be worth the weight and it was.... Thanks again and I will be back soon. Joe read more

This place is wild. Lol you roll up to the drive thru and they just don't serve you. They let you wait at the speaker for 30min. Hoping, they'll take your order next, and they just don't. You guys serve food right? read more

If I could give this dump -100 stars I would. Every time you go here it's one thing or another. I go in at my scheduled time to pick up my online order and It's always 20 minutes behind. They ignore you when you go into the lobby to pick up your food when it's sitting on the shelf (if it actually is ready) and now the newest one was today 4-12-26 when I went to go pick up my online order that I had already paid for and they had the doors locked because they didn't have enough people to open the inside of the business apparently. This place is an absolute joke, and I don't know how nothing has happened from corporate to handle the way that this location is operated in such a terrible manner. read more

Do not come here unless you are African American, even if you are a minority (I am a POC minority). African American girl behind the counter literally waited on Mom and son (African American), then without making eye contact or saying hello, switched to drive through. Came back to counter still no eye contact or hello. Other white girl behind counter replenishing dishes, did not say hello either. They don't want your business unless you got their racial profile. I left after being ignored for 3 minutes. African American girl literally saw me standing next to the prior customer. Had happened before at other locations. Time was 3:00p on 9-19-2025. Terrible atmosphere unless you fit the profile. Steer clear of this place. Can't add photos because they have the workers in the photos. I informed the white girl I was leaving and she gave me a deer in headlights look as if to say "why are you telling me this?" and the African American girl continued to ignore me (I said I was leaving loud enough for everyone to hear). For Panda Express management. I have a photo of the employees involved. read more

I love Panda Express and was in the mood for some Saturday night so I dragged the date here for some Orange Chicken goodness. I've never been to this particular location, but it appears to be new just from what I can tell so far. Walking in, the place was jammin with a busy line at the drive thru window. We wanted to dine in so we walked inside and reviewed the menu and food to see what they had going on. There wasn't any one else dining in, but loads of delivery drivers (door dashers) at the register waiting for their order. The staff seemed to be handling it well, and were working at full speed even from our side of the counter. The poor lady behind the counter seemed to be busy as all get out and could have used some additional help. They were pretty wiped out on some of their regular dishes but we got the same thing which made it easier. I was going to try a sample but due to the staff being overwhelmed I didn't ask. Also, when I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my rangoon, they told me it was an extra 50 cents. really. Anyway, I will come back here but hopefully they get more staff soon. read more

I ordered from this location this evening around seven 730. The food was horrible. I ordered the orange chicken the special orange chicken. It was hard had no flavor. I also ordered the noodles which were dried out. This is not what I expect when I'm spending almost $19 for a meal. I've ordered from panda express in the past and never have I ever gotten anything like this very disappointed. read more

I ordered from doordash. Doordash said my order was ready so I went up there and the lady was a real b word. She didn't even know who I was and said my order wasn't ready. I had to show her my order from my phone. She then scoffed at me and was very rude. I ordered the large 12 piece crab rangoon and she threw three in a bag and handed it to me. I tried to call and speak to a manager and of course no one answers the phone. Will not be going back read more

I hope you like cabbage! The last 5 or 6 times I got food from this location, I hoped would be better, they have with perfect consistency, given me 90%cabbage 10%noodles when I order the chow mein. I have to assume the cabbage is cheaper but come on, this is getting out of hand. I have been to this Panda Express many many times, I will not be going back anymore! read more

Very dissatisfied, I visited this location on Friday about 530 pm, I was in the drive thru for over 20 mins for a restaurant that has buffet style serving. That's ridiculous, I was the person in from of me hold of the line with a huge family size meal, then do add one at the window for a drink. My food was lukewarm, crazy small portions and I did get my ragoons. I've never had this experience at this location. Dissatisfied! read more

Really really bad experience, walked in and had 2 total entrees available, workers completely ignored me for 5 minutes until I spoke up.

I returned the food after one taste it was very cold and the rice was soggy. The food in the picture is what I returned. I was told by the manager who said her name was Chelsea they did not have a refund option in their pos system. I returned the whole meal. I know why they don't give refunds because if they did they would not have even a penny left in their till. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT . read more

Panda Express - The worst food ever!!!! look great tasted the opposite - Chinese Near Me - Roseville, Michigan

Came in and redeemed my T-mobile Tuesday prize. It was the orange chicken and fried rice. I had to order on line no big deal it was easy. When I got there, there was sign reading order at register. That was nice to have it made fresh. The lady at the counter was pleasant and treated me like a paying customer not a free loader. The food itself was OK, the rice tasted fresh but the chicken was a little rubbery. The veggies in the rice were frozen carrot and peas. The orange sauce was mild. It was a nice portion for being free. So all in all an Ok experience. read more

This review is our experience at this locations' drive thru. When we arrived there was no line at the drive thru, so we were able to order and get our food quickly. I ordered half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice. For the entree, I ordered the Orange Chicken and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. All the food was good, hot and fresh. The service was friendly and double checked the order before we pulled up to the pick up window. So overall, Panda Express has decent food and quick service. For a fast food place, Panda Express is a good option for a satisfying Chinese meal. read more

Horrible food, they changed their portions to way smaller than the normal size. Under cooked food and cold chickennever again

Ordered online, food was ready on time to be picked up. My food was inedible. The chow main noodles were hard and dry. My orange chicken was so salty and tangy the flavor was definitely off. I picked up my food at 12:30 on Memorial day, I don't know if it's because it wasn't busy or what that my food was absolutely disgusting. The portion was also super tiny for ordering the bigger plate which includes 3 entrees and a side. In the past the food here was delicious, not sure what happened. Sadly I won't be recommending this place. My guess is they reheated food the food they didn't sell out of yesterday. read more

I've been coming here since it opened and my experience has been very consistent: Tasty, hot, well flavored, and a good variety and rotation of food including vegetarian and low calorie options, HOWEVER, the service is always very slow. My usual wait in line is between 8-15mins. This IMO, is due to a lean staffing model and a busy drive through. It's hard to recommend this place is you want "fast" food. Don't expect fine handcrafted Chinese cuisine. Expect better than fast food, with a Chinese spin and similar approach to a Qdoba, Chipotle, etc. The food: no matter what I've had, I've always enjoyed it. I stay away from the high calorie fried varieties usually, so barring those everything else is great. Note: Sometimes the broccoli beef is about 95% broccoli and very light on the meat. Also the Walmart shrimp are really good, even though they are fried. read more

Drive threw is open but please prepare for a wait... not that they are slow necessarily but the fact that they are always packed... either that or everyone else is craving the same thing as me all the time. Word of advise, order ahead... This location has really stepped up. Food was good, hot & fresh and alot better than my first attempt at this place. Last time I was here food was cold and they gave me the wrong order. I always order the egg rolls the honey sesame chicken and the spicy Beijing beef. They seem to know what there doing. But I would say that they still are a hit or miss. read more

Well, I didn't go inside and chose the drive through instead. The menu was pretty clear to understand. This wasn't my first time to a Panda Express, but my first time at this new location. I ordered something different and went for the pepper chicken with chow Mein. As well as the kung pow chicken on friend rice, because they were out of white. Which I don't understand with chain restaurants, like how do you run out of something you know you perpetually sell. So fried rice it was! The pepper chicken had a good flavor and complimented the chow Mein, but I will say the chow Mein isn't that flavorful. So I would recommend the pepper chicken with it. Also wish there was more chicken in the pepper chicken, but the flavor was really good. The con pow chicken was not that great, no flavor! I do not recommend it. I usually just get the Orange chicken with fried rice, and I always enjoy it. So trying the pepper chicken was a win, the kung pow was not a win. So a win and lost. I will say the drive through was pretty fast, but I did see a line inside. Total came to 13.57 for two bowls. read more

Super delicious in a simple, 'mall food court Chinese' sort of way! (Pics included of all nutritional information) I actually really liked it a lot to my surprise! I didn't hear great things about it but decided to give it a try. The last time I ate this kind of Chinese was probably about 16 years ago at Lakeside Mall on my lunch break!!! Needless to say, I was happy I stopped. I ordered mushroom chicken with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 super greens with vegetable spring rolls, chili sauce packet and soy sauce packet. The dining area was very clean, well-lit, inviting, and decorated very nice. The buffet line was kept clean, fresh, and hot. I will definitely return to try the tea bar and firecracker shrimp! read more
