Dont go here. We order through the app to get points, and we were regulars at a different location before we moved. We had a much different experience at the other panda. We have tried ordering ahead 2x here, and both times we ended up waiting for 20 min plus. Today, it took awhile sitting at the menu in the drive thru to check in. They said they were out of teriyaki chicken, and it would be 20 min. They knew our order came in and didn't plan ahead. While I was waiting, they marked the order as ready, and I got a text. It was probably another 15 min until the order was finally ready. While I was in the drive thru, I saw them serving many people in line while not helping anyone in the drive thru. If I could give this dump -100 stars I would. Every time you go here it's one thing or another. I go in at my scheduled time to pick up my online order and It's always 20 minutes behind. They ignore you when you go into the lobby to pick up your food when it's sitting on the shelf (if it actually is ready) and now the newest one was today 4-12-26 when I went to go pick up my online order that I had already paid for and they had the doors locked because they didn't have enough people to open the inside of the business apparently. Went there for dinner tonight with me and my grandson. The food was hot and fresh. I had to wait a few minutes for fresh noodles, but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly. The manager on duty was very polite and helpful. I want to give a shout out to the manager IA for give me the heads up on the fresh noodles and also sesame seed chicken. Do not come here unless you are African American, even if you are a minority (I am a POC minority). African American girl behind the counter literally waited on Mom and son (African American), then without making eye contact or saying hello, switched to drive through. Came back to counter still no eye contact or hello. Other white girl behind counter replenishing dishes, did not say hello either. They don't want your business unless you got their racial profile. I left after being ignored for 3 minutes. African American girl literally saw me standing next to the prior customer. Had happened before at other locations. Time was 3:00p on 9-19-2025. Terrible atmosphere unless you fit the profile. Steer clear of this place. Can't add photos because they have the workers in the photos. I informed the white girl I was leaving and she gave me a deer in headlights look as if to say "why are you telling me this?" and the African American girl continued to ignore me (I said I was leaving loud enough for everyone to hear). I love Panda Express and was in the mood for some Saturday night so I dragged the date here for some Orange Chicken goodness. I've never been to this particular location, but it appears to be new just from what I can tell so far. Walking in, the place was jammin with a busy line at the drive thru window. We wanted to dine in so we walked inside and reviewed the menu and food to see what they had going on. There wasn't any one else dining in, but loads of delivery drivers (door dashers) at the register waiting for their order. The staff seemed to be handling it well, and were working at full speed even from our side of the counter. The poor lady behind the counter seemed to be busy as all get out and could have used some additional help. They were pretty wiped out on some of their regular dishes but we got the same thing which made it easier. I was going to try a sample but due to the staff being overwhelmed I didn't ask. Also, when I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my rangoon, they told me it was an extra 50 cents. really. Anyway, I will come back here but hopefully they get more staff soon. read more

Very dissatisfied, I visited this location on Friday about 530 pm, I was in the drive thru for over 20 mins for a restaurant that has buffet style serving. That's ridiculous, I was the person in from of me hold of the line with a huge family size meal, then do add one at the window for a drink. I ordered from doordash. Doordash said my order was ready so I went up there and the lady was a real b word. She didn't even know who I was and said my order wasn't ready. I had to show her my order from my phone. She then scoffed at me and was very rude. I ordered the large 12 piece crab rangoon and she threw three in a bag and handed it to me. Came in and redeemed my T-mobile Tuesday prize. It was the orange chicken and fried rice. I had to order on line no big deal it was easy. When I got there, there was sign reading order at register. That was nice to have it made fresh. The lady at the counter was pleasant and treated me like a paying customer not a free loader. The food itself was OK, the rice tasted fresh but the chicken was a little rubbery. The veggies in the rice were frozen carrot and peas. The orange sauce was mild. This review is our experience at this locations' drive thru. When we arrived there was no line at the drive thru, so we were able to order and get our food quickly. I ordered half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice. For the entree, I ordered the Orange Chicken and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. All the food was good, hot and fresh. The service was friendly and double checked the order before we pulled up to the pick up window. So overall, Panda Express has decent food and quick service. I picked up my food at 12:30 on Memorial day, I don't know if it's because it wasn't busy or what that my food was absolutely disgusting. The portion was also super tiny for ordering the bigger plate which includes 3 entrees and a side. In the past the food here was delicious, not sure what happened. I've been coming here since it opened and my experience has been very consistent: Tasty, hot, well flavored, and a good variety and rotation of food including vegetarian and low calorie options, HOWEVER, the service is always very slow. My usual wait in line is between 8-15mins. This IMO, is due to a lean staffing model and a busy drive through. It's hard to recommend this place is you want "fast" food. Don't expect fine handcrafted Chinese cuisine. Expect better than fast food, with a Chinese spin and similar approach to a Qdoba, Chipotle, etc. The food: no matter what I've had, I've always enjoyed it. I stay away from the high calorie fried varieties usually, so barring those everything else is great. Note: Sometimes the broccoli beef is about 95% broccoli and very light on the meat. Well, I didn't go inside and chose the drive through instead. The menu was pretty clear to understand. This wasn't my first time to a Panda Express, but my first time at this new location. I ordered something different and went for the pepper chicken with chow Mein. As well as the kung pow chicken on friend rice, because they were out of white. Which I don't understand with chain restaurants, like how do you run out of something you know you perpetually sell. So fried rice it was! The pepper chicken had a good flavor and complimented the chow Mein, but I will say the chow Mein isn't that flavorful. So I would recommend the pepper chicken with it. Also wish there was more chicken in the pepper chicken, but the flavor was really good. The con pow chicken was not that great, no flavor! I do not recommend it. I usually just get the Orange chicken with fried rice, and I always enjoy it. So trying the pepper chicken was a win, the kung pow was not a win. So a win and lost. Super delicious in a simple, 'mall food court Chinese' sort of way! (Pics included of all nutritional information) I actually really liked it a lot to my surprise! I didn't hear great things about it but decided to give it a try. The last time I ate this kind of Chinese was probably about 16 years ago at Lakeside Mall on my lunch break!!! Needless to say, I was happy I stopped. I ordered mushroom chicken with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 super greens with vegetable spring rolls, chili sauce packet and soy sauce packet. The dining area was very clean, well-lit, inviting, and decorated very nice. The buffet line was kept clean, fresh, and hot. They locked the door and hour early and were seen sitting around, they didn't have white fricken rice! And they took forever.

This place was HORRIBLE! There were at least 10 employees standing around laughing and talking while my fiance and I waited to place an order. There was 1 couple in front of us getting painfully slow service as they ordered a carry out, meanwhile 10 minutes go by and no staff even acknowledge us in line let alone ask to take our order. By the time I finally asked to place an order (and received no response from the employee to whom I was speaking) my fiance decided it was time to leave. Inexcusable poor customer service, no management presence or direction of any kind. We tried supporting what we thought would be a fun, new restaurant in town and ended up being so appalled by our lack of service that we left before we wasted not only our time, but our money too. P.S. When I called later on and asked to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold and then informed the manager was conveniently not available to speak. That was your chance to make it right! So I've been here three times now at this location and each time now they have forgotten or messed up my order.
