I ordered the family meal with 3 sides Pepper steak Honey chicken Orange chicken Chow mein Fried rice Food taste was poor and did not taste fresh. Steak tasted as if it was reheated . Chicken was bad . Rice was ok . Chow mein was dry . Overall experience was absolutely horrible . Jasmine the manager took my complaint call and assured everything was fresh but would check the cameras to find out what happened. I was offered a partial store credit . Had the noodles,orange chicken and red pepper angus beef. Tragic. Took a skilled hand to cook the noodles and make them look uncooked. To resist the urge to give them any flavor, impressive. The orange chicken wasn't much better and was hard and dry. Not much sauce. The beef was about as tender as overcooked liver and about as appetizing. The vegetables ,especially the broccoli looked absolutely dessicated. No love,no warmth and no flavor. The cook must be afraid of fire. I sent a pic to a buddy and he thought it came from a shock site.Nope, just my lunch from Panda Express. Though it did look like the cook dug it up from a pet cemetery. Don't take my word for it,look at the pic and judge for yourself. You know it's bad when you have to post/ warn others before you finish. My reviews are honest and real. No time for pettiness. Every visit from about 4/5 have been a not so good experience. My food is always old. I order the orange chicken bowl with super greens or the kids meal. They're pretty consistent with failing to provide me with fresh food and it's pretty darn sad. I'm on my lunch break waiting in the parking lot for my food to be remade. Wasting time. read more

I placed a to-go order online yesterday around 5PM. It was Family Meal and one of the entrees ordered was Beijing Beef. When I came to pick up, I had to come inside. The restaurant was empty, so I was OK with that. When the employee handed me my order, I asked her to make sure I had the right entrees and sides. I did not want to open and check the containers before I got home due to current situation. She smiled and said yes. I checked my receipt and it looked correct. When I open the containers, I found out that they give me Beef Broccoli instead of Beijing Beef. Broccoli was overcooked. I don't understand why they still gave me wrong entree because the store was not busy at all. I was the only customer. One suggestion: please let customer pick up online order at drive thru window. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. It's completely trash and has been. Supposedly it closes at 10 pm I ask for a bigger plate to only be informed they only have enough for a regular. This was now the fourth time I had been given this excuse. It's 8 pm with a line of cars. So I ask you mean your completely out? To which I get a reply, no we are just not cooking any more. As I drive around they are cleaning and shutting everything down with two hrs left before closing. I can only imagine what the 12 cars behind me had to say. Very excited to have a Panda Express open up so close to home. I mean, there are about 200 similar delivery and dine-in options already, but sometimes you just want to drive through and grab a quick bite. Last night was one of those occasions, and Panda fit the bill. I like how I can choose multiple entrees for a variety of flavor and textures. The fried rice was on par with some of the better restaurants around town, and the main dishes were pretty darn good too. I used to manage a Chinese restaurant, so I feel as though my expectations are a little higher than most. The prices are on point with averages closer to lunch specials you find at dine-in restaurants. They provided plastic cutlery and a fortune cookie in the bag which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Thank you Panda Express and keep up the good work! read more

As many others have written about this, I LOVE panda express but I came on a Friday night to the restaurant a good 30 minutes before closing time and was told that they were out of majority of things as they did not want to cook. I understand that this can be frustrating but I had 7 cars behind me, and they were very much still open it is inappropriate to try and close early especially on a busy evening. read more

My family loves Panda Express. However, this location stops cooking entrees a WHOLE HOUR before closing. It is frustrating to get to the drive thru to be told the kitchen is closed and all that's left are a few items. I generally just leave because I don't want to pay for food items that have been sitting for probably and hour or so and are essentially leftovers or scraps. This has happened the last two visits. Employees were not friendly, no one smiled, some even appeared to have an attitude for no reason. Food looked old, like it had been sitting for awhile as sauce was dried at the bottom of the bowl. Same experience as a previous customer. Went to restaurant around 8:20pm only to be told that they had limited items which is insane because this location doesn't close until 9:30. So I opted for a medium beef broccoli and the box was so small it looked like a small size. Then to make matters worse, the small box was full of broccoli and 2 strips of beef. Horrible!!! I love Panda Express but this is by far the worst location I have visited. There was no one in line at the drive through when we arrived and the restaurant looked empty. We tried to order but were told to "hold on" several times by the cashier. When we eventually put our order in, she asked us to wait in the parking lot. We waited for more than 15 minutes for our food to come out. Since the restaurant was empty, it is ridiculous for a drive through order to take that long. We saw many orders come out for people that had arrived after us. Horrible experience. read more

We finally visited again today, during the lunch rush, and had a much better experience than our last time at this location. The food was fresh, hot, tasted very good, and the portions were great! We were impressed once more and came back again tonight for extra egg rolls for the kiddos. Great job turning a negative experience around for a more positive one. We will be back soon! read more
