I have never written a review on anything before, so yeah get ready for this. The first time I went through the drive through a couple weeks ago, my order was correct on the screen, but when I got home and looked it was the wrong order (I ordered the Bigger Plate and some how got a bowl). Hey, I should have checked and that stuff happens. So I decided to give it another shot. So I went through the drive through again, they took my order and it was correct on the screen. There was a car already at the window and it took 5 - 10 minutes to get their food. A little annoying, and yeah you're probably thinking "oh they got his order wrong again," but NOPE!!! I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up my food, and THEY LITERALLY NEVER CAME TO THE WINDOW?!?!? So after about 3 minutes I get out of my car and knock on the window and all the employees just stare at me. Then after a minute of four employees looking confused they finally opened the window and said "Hi, can we help you?!?!!" What in the literal F*CK?!? A person took my order, it showed up on the drive thru screen and they told me how much it cost and somehow forgot someone ordered?!? The drive thru and restaurant were dead, it looked like they only had a few DoorDash orders they were prepping. Like how does that even happen?!? Well, if I was you I would drive an extra couple miles and go to a different Panda (I love that MSG) or another fast food restaurant all together. read more

The family from time to time craves inauthentic Chinese food over the real deal. When there is no Mom and Pop American Chinese food shack close by, our fall back option is Panda Express. My wife and I decided to give this location a try. We order two plates to go at $10.99 per plate. We received two proteins with Chow mein as our carb. For the carb, we had an option of rice or noodles which was not standard practice at real deal Chinese American shacks. Each plate was filled with good amount of foods, more than we could eat in one seating. The foods itself was pretty good, not saturated with MSG. The taste was similar to authentic Chinese American restaurants. However no fortune cookie, soup, and egg roll came with the plate. This prices were high considering that there were no soup and egg roll. Counter service was friendly and quick. Panda Express will never be our first choice, but it is a good back up. read more

The phrase "You get what you pay for" could not be more true. Stopped by on the way home to pickup dinner for the family . I ordered the family meal with 3 sides Pepper steak Honey chicken Orange chicken Chow mein Fried rice Food taste was poor and did not taste fresh. Steak tasted as if it was reheated . Chicken was bad . Rice was ok . Chow mein was dry . Overall experience was absolutely horrible . Jasmine the manager took my complaint call and assured everything was fresh but would check the cameras to find out what happened. I was offered a partial store credit . I've never sent anything back ever but this was that bad . Very disappointed. Very nice looking fast food restaurant and clean interior . Unfortunately the food did not match. read more

Every visit from about 4/5 have been a not so good experience. My food is always old. I order the orange chicken bowl with super greens or the kids meal. They're pretty consistent with failing to provide me with fresh food and it's pretty darn sad. I'm on my lunch break waiting in the parking lot for my food to be remade. Wasting time. read more

Had the noodles,orange chicken and red pepper angus beef. Tragic. Took a skilled hand to cook the noodles and make them look uncooked. To resist the urge to give them any flavor, impressive. The orange chicken wasn't much better and was hard and dry. Not much sauce. The beef was about as tender as overcooked liver and about as appetizing. The vegetables ,especially the broccoli looked absolutely dessicated. No love,no warmth and no flavor. The cook must be afraid of fire. I sent a pic to a buddy and he thought it came from a shock site.Nope, just my lunch from Panda Express. Though it did look like the cook dug it up from a pet cemetery. Don't take my word for it,look at the pic and judge for yourself. You know it's bad when you have to post/ warn others before you finish. My reviews are honest and real. No time for pettiness. Just hoping I can keep others from falling into this trap. This was my first and last Panda Express ever. Trust this and other reviews and avoid this location like the plague. I placed a to-go order online yesterday around 5PM. It was Family Meal and one of the entrees ordered was Beijing Beef. When I came to pick up, I had to come inside. The restaurant was empty, so I was OK with that. When the employee handed me my order, I asked her to make sure I had the right entrees and sides. I did not want to open and check the containers before I got home due to current situation. She smiled and said yes. I checked my receipt and it looked correct. When I open the containers, I found out that they give me Beef Broccoli instead of Beijing Beef. Broccoli was overcooked. I don't understand why they still gave me wrong entree because the store was not busy at all. I was the only customer. One suggestion: please let customer pick up online order at drive thru window. Very excited to have a Panda Express open up so close to home. I mean, there are about 200 similar delivery and dine-in options already, but sometimes you just want to drive through and grab a quick bite. Last night was one of those occasions, and Panda fit the bill. I like how I can choose multiple entrees for a variety of flavor and textures. The fried rice was on par with some of the better restaurants around town, and the main dishes were pretty darn good too. I used to manage a Chinese restaurant, so I feel as though my expectations are a little higher than most. The prices are on point with averages closer to lunch specials you find at dine-in restaurants. They provided plastic cutlery and a fortune cookie in the bag which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Thank you Panda Express and keep up the good work! read more

As many others have written about this, I LOVE panda express but I came on a Friday night to the restaurant a good 30 minutes before closing time and was told that they were out of majority of things as they did not want to cook. I understand that this can be frustrating but I had 7 cars behind me, and they were very much still open it is inappropriate to try and close early especially on a busy evening. read more

I ordered the 3 entree meal, the guy at the window repeated my order (correctly), when I got home I was missing one of the entrees. Moral to the story, check your order before driving off. I called them to let them know that I was missing part of my meal and they said I could come back and get it. They gave me a scoop of chicken at a later date. read more

Supposedly it closes at 10 pm I ask for a bigger plate to only be informed they only have enough for a regular. This was now the fourth time I had been given this excuse. My family loves Panda Express. However, this location stops cooking entrees a WHOLE HOUR before closing. It is frustrating to get to the drive thru to be told the kitchen is closed and all that's left are a few items. I generally just leave because I don't want to pay for food items that have been sitting for probably and hour or so and are essentially leftovers or scraps. This has happened the last two visits. So I opted for a medium beef broccoli and the box was so small it looked like a small size. Then to make matters worse, the small box was full of broccoli and 2 strips of beef. Horrible!!! In comparison to other Panda Express stores this one is below average. Customer service needs improvement. Employees were not friendly, no one smiled, some even appeared to have an attitude for no reason. Food looked old, like it had been sitting for awhile as sauce was dried at the bottom of the bowl. everytime we come, it's an 8-10 minute wait for food, that turns into waiting for 30. tonight we waited for 30 minutes, while all the other cars around us got food quickly, we go in to see where our food is & they tell us that they threw away our ticket. so we've been sitting here. waiting for food that was ultimately forgotten about the minute we pulled away from the drive thru. :) read more

We finally visited again today, during the lunch rush, and had a much better experience than our last time at this location. The food was fresh, hot, tasted very good, and the portions were great! We were impressed once more and came back again tonight for extra egg rolls for the kiddos. Great job turning a negative experience around for a more positive one. We will be back soon! read more

I love Panda Express but this is by far the worst location I have visited. There was no one in line at the drive through when we arrived and the restaurant looked empty. We tried to order but were told to "hold on" several times by the cashier. When we eventually put our order in, she asked us to wait in the parking lot. We waited for more than 15 minutes for our food to come out. Since the restaurant was empty, it is ridiculous for a drive through order to take that long. We saw many orders come out for people that had arrived after us. Horrible experience. read more

went here with some friends and ordered the large chicken egg rolls (come with 5) and an order of the veggie spring rolls (comes with 2) and both were so delicious! the service was quick and the employees were very polite. would definitely recommend coming here! read more
