I don't know if this place is under different mgmt but it has gotten a raw deal with these reviews. Everything was fresh and amazing. Best meal from a Panda Express anywhere I have been. In addition I asked to sample the new hot orange chicken. They let me which resulted in a sale. I loved it. The one on Glenstone/Chestnut wouldn't let me. Said it was against the rules. They lost my sale and it will be my last visit there. This location in Republic was very clean too unlike the one in town. That means a lot. Thanks for making the visit worth the drive. Terrible place and not going back anymore. Always get old food, never get the sauces I ask for. Employees are young and don't seem to care. Tired of getting little pebbles of fried nothing with one piece of orange chicken. Never get the teriyaki sauce to go with the teriyaki chicken even when specifically asking. This place needs a lot of improvement. read more

My family and I have had good luck with Panda Express. Food is good and always fresh. I do agree with the previous review that the bowl has more rice than meat. My husband and I have solved this by ordering a plate size and splitting it. Customer service could be a bit better, but there are a lot of teens who work here and I think this is their first job. Ordered Orange Chicken from the drive thru, received Teriyaki Chicken. No big deal, I like their Teriyaki Chicken, so I tried to eat it. The taste was off, soured. I was afraid the food was bad, so I took it back and requested a refund. Was refused a refund, was only offered food, which I didn't want in fear of receiving bad food. No food, no refund. Was refused any phone number to call other than the number on the receipt, which when my husband tried to call from the store there was no one to talk to. The staff were extremely rude to both my husband and myself, to the point of us both being extremely upset, physically shaking. Said to me, "We tried to fix it by giving you food, what else do you want from us." I went to this location at least weekly, will never return to any Panda Express, and will be sharing this experience with anyone who will listen. read more

I was just in there and about to order there honey walnut shrimp but they were out and making a new batch, I saw the cook in the back not wearing gloves and he dug out the walnuts with his bare hands and sprinkled them in the shrimp, DISGUSTING! read more

Compared to the other Panda Express restaurants I've been to this ones food was not good. The rice is flavorless and bland, the crab rangoons were inedible(whatever was inside tasted sour), and the orange chicken didnt taste like it does at the other ones (I normally always get orange chicken but would never order it from this one again). I dont know if it's because you are new and haven't gotten the recipes down or what? I'm hoping the food gets better with time because I've always enjoyed Panda. read more

Very unimpressed with this place. First time was ok but all downhill after that. Second time they were out of stir fry vegetables and everything was cold. Last and final time a sign on the door staff that due to equipment problems they had no stir fry at all. Why didn't they just close up? Send to be nothing but a bunch of kids running it and not been well. Won't be going back. read more

This is the worst Panda Express that ever been to in my entire life. They were completely out of EVERYTHING at 12:00 on a Sunday before Church had even been let out. They only called food to be made when someone asked for it... not when they ran out. I waited over 15 minutes before getting a refund and leaving. Go to another Chinese place in Republic, don't waste your time or money here. read more
