I am obsessed with this coffee shop! If I lived in Kimberling City, I would totally be coming here…read moreevery day. I tried this place over Memorial Day weekend while I was vacationing in the area, and I instantly fell in love. The inside is so cute, bright, and welcoming. I LIVE for coffee shops that offer a seasonal menu, so I was delighted to see a huge sign immediately after entering that listed all their current specials. The employees who took my order and made my drinks were very friendly. I couldn't believe how quickly my order was ready to go! My partner had an iced strawberry shortcake latte, and I had an iced oatmeal cookie latte. Both tasted identical to the actual foods. I am the type of person who likes to try fun flavors but still likes a strong coffee taste, and I must say they absolutely nailed it. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming here immediately!

Despite the ruggedness of the shipping container exterior, the inside has a comfy vibe with indoor and outdoor seating with cartoons playing on tv downstairs and hockey upstairs. The service was fast and very friendly with very little wait time. I opted for the Light My Fire burger because I appreciate The Doors reference. Don't let the name or jalapeños fool you, it wasn't spicy but it was absolutely packed with flavor. Between the wagyu, peppers, cheese, and candied bacon this burger was spectacular! The fries are, well, fries. You have a choice of various aiolis to pick from. I chose the malt vinegar and my wife went for the garlic. In my opinion, they're better with hot spice or just ketchup but I didn't come here for the fries. We also got the Strawberry Fields and Oreo shakes. If you've ever had the cake shake from Chicago's Portillo's, you might like the Strawberry Fields shake that includes strawberry cake swimming in the strawberry shake. Definitely worth it! Overall, one of the better burgers I've had around the Springfield area, so if you're out for a quick burger that's a step up from the rest, head over to Black Sheep!

The blueberry crumble is still half left and it was a big cup of goodness. There was knick knack candies and gadgets - kids are going to love this place. The place is colorful and well done. The bright splashes can make any one a morning person - it will at least make you smile. There is seating if you want to meet with friends. Plenty of drink options that I will try next and the prices are fair. Yay!! Dessert!! And it's a great idea for Clever.
