Messed up my order bad even though the receipt had everything I asked for in it. Will not be getting a burger from here again.

Not impressed at all. Had maybe 5 sips of my beverage and it was out. Made a small complaint and asked for a refill, they declined. Overhyped crappy fast food joint. The playground was mindbogglingly disgusting with a sign right at the front saying "regularly maintained". Yeah right..... trash EVERYWHERE in the eating area and sand playground/volleyball court. The food was great! Definitely a 10/10 would eat here again kinda situation. Also, the manager is hot!!

I was not pleased with our experience here tonight. It was busy but after pressing the button we waited for 15 mins while other vehicles (who arrived after us) got their order taken. Finally just placed my order through the app. But my route 44 drink was completely filled with ice. I got 4 drinks out of it before it was gone and the manager decided since I drank the little bit of actual tea I got. I couldn't have a properly filled drink. read more

It should have been obvious when the diet Dr Pepper I ordered was dispensing CLEAR that there was an issue but instead it was delivered to me. After pushing the red button and telling them I was told, "I will look at it" and they took my stall number. Silly me thought they would be bringing me a new one but after waiting for 15 min I just left and called customer service for a refund so I would not be late for work. I order thru a delivery service because I cannot go to Sonic myself, I order coffee and it's either cold or luke warm...I've requested several times for them to make it fresh so it will be hot...and yet it's still cold.......half the time I order unsweet tea and it's sweet tea when it's delivered...... read more

Let's be completely honest, the majority of people who go here go to play a game we in Republic like to call "Sonic-Roulette". The objective of this game is to try and find the easiest thing on the menu to order. Normally you'll have two or three people with you and make three clearly different choices. Then, when you open your bag you will be surprised as they just give you what ever the hell they decide to make at the time. I've ordered a chocolate shake and received a peanut butter one. I've had a Crispy chicken wrap turn into a hamburger and more! I don't know if this is a marketing ploy to allow you to try out different things on the menu when you just thought you knew what you wanted or what but, I've never received the right order yet. read more

I ordered ahead with the app and I still waited for 30 minutes. I had to call the store while I was waiting because I still wasn't getting my order. It was a very simple order to say the least. 1 medium limeade and a mini blast. This is the 3rd time it's happened. I'm not 1 to leave bad reviews but this was just totally unexceptable. read more

Absolutely horrible. Ordered through the drive thru and got a medium number 1 and it was stone cold. Went back and parked in one of the stalls bc the line was really long. I pressed the button and had to wait a while, it was really busy so I understood. Finally got someone and told them the situation and I wanted them to make another one. They said ok, waited for about 25 to 30 min and still no number 1. I pressed the button again and had to wait another 10 min. They finally answered. I asked about the number 1 and they had no clue what I was talking about. Obviously I'm fuming at this point so I tell the to just refund me. So it takes another 5 to 10 min for someone to get their butt outside and take the stupid receipt. Once they did right before they went inside they said ok hang on I'll be right back. I waited for another 10 min and called in again to see what the holdup was with a simple refund just for them to tell me I didn't need anything and that I was good to go. 100% never coming here again and telling everyone I know to do the same read more

I have ordered food from this particular sonic multiple times, and every single time the food was soggy (to the point of dripping moisture) or burned to the point of being inedible. I feel confident to order a drink from here and maybe get it right but avoid ordering food as it will be soggy and/or burnt. read more

My wife got breakfast there this morning and it was bad. The bread was hard. The sausage was cold. The eggs were overdone. This is one extremely consistent problem with Sonic in general. The bread, be it Texas toast or hamburger buns or even their tortillas for their burritoes are rarely if ever fresh. I love their tots and that is the main reason I go. I expect much better from a chain than mediocrity. Improvements have to be made period or the customers can and will find other choices. To be blunt, you aren't the only fast food in town. read more

Never had a bad experience here. I even came with a car load of kids one time for slushes & needed to split the check (about 80/20) on 2 cards & they just took it off my bill instead of charging both cards. That meant a lot to me. It was just a couple dollars but still... I like that I can come here during happy hour & get my kids slushes & I'm Supermom :) at least for a little while! read more
