The food was what you'd expect from Panda Express. It was fresh and tasty. The staff seemed annoyed to be there. The guy helping us was slamming utensils and was generally unfriendly. He also didn't give us fortune cookies or the apples that come with the Cub Meals. We had to ask for both, which prompted eye rolls and more annoyed behavior. We always order as take away, usually on a Sunday evening if we think about it early enough. If we wait until close to 7 or later they have had limited items remaining. Headed there at 5:30 today, plenty of options and everything was hot and tasty. If you are limiting carbs, highly recommend the super greens, they are a delicious alternative to the lo main and rice. read more

Service was good. The man working the drive thru was nice enough. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was the nastiest sh*t i've ever eaten. It was gummy and slippery. I came here for the first time recently through the drive-thru. I never been to a place like this before. Being an Asian fast food place that is. They have pretty good deals on their plates. And the food is pretty decent. Doesn't replace the fact that it is not authentic Asian food but it is mediocre at best. The staff works quickly which is great. This location has parking and indoor seating (not sure during Covid) . My boyfriends family really enjoys it here so we will defiantly be returning. read more

Sat at drive thru speaker for over 6 minutes before being greeted. When I got to the window, it was another 4 minutes before being acknowledged. I got home and they had given me rice instead of chow mein and didn't give me the chicken egg roll I paid for. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they get new management. read more

This Panda Express location has to be the worst panda express experience I've ever had. Specifically asked for sauces when I placed my order in drive thru just to get home and find out I was given no sauces, not even the sweet abc sour which should have come with my crab Rangoon. Fried rice was hard and undercooked, beef with broccoli consisted of only broccoli, zero beef to be found. To Top it off my food was cold. So yea, will not be returning. read more

These guys have done a fantastic job turning the place around in the past couple of months. The staff is friendly and the food is up to snuff. There is still room for improvement, mostly in the area of serving speed, but I think they're doing a bang up job getting the store to be everything you'd expect from Panda--an excellent atmosphere and great food at a reasonable price. read more

3rd time's the charm. I'm usually a positive review guy, and I know everyone has an off night, but this place is consistently off. My order of mushroom chicken had 3... yes 3 tiny pieces of chicken on top of what amounted to a bowl of dry noodles. There were a few more mushrooms but not many, and some cucumbers. the actual portion of the entrée couldnt have been much more than a tablespoon. My wifes entrée was orange chicken. There was a fair amount on top of her rice, but the temperature was lukewarm at best. The rangoons, ironically were burnt, but basically room temperature. The service was very fast at the drive through, which leads to the food sitting, waiting to be dished up. We did eat, and it was Ok, but nowhere near what we thought it should have been at this price point. We will likely not return to the Panda Express in Quincy Illinois. Out of fairness the service was good, kudos to the very polite young man at the window ! Not a complete disappointment, but this also wasn't an isolated experience... seems to be the norm here ! read more

Food is very hit or miss, most of the time it's good but sometimes it tastes like it's been sitting for hours.

We were at Panda Express tonight with our 3 young children. They really enjoy the food and atmosphere here. We were in line waiting for chow mein to be replenished as it was rather busy, especially the drive thru. We went to our table after ordering and took a number to be served later. 20 minutes later after watching multiple people and 19 drive through customers be served my wife went to the counter and asked about our order status. They had forgotten us and we're almost again out of chow mein as they were getting the drive thru covered before internal orders. The manager wasn't as concerned about our order, which had been forgotten and was more concerned about covering drive thru. I've never left a review in 41 years and always tip and am polite even with poor service or food. Probably my worst dining experience in my life. Young man serving was fine, manager was not a fit for his role in my opinion. read more

Typically my wife and I love the food at Panda and we can allow for some time to wait for our food to be cooked if they are running behind on a menu item. However, tonight's visit something happened that I'm starting to notice is a trend for this location. I went through the drive-thru and noticed 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window, the 3 cars that were ahead of me were parked out front, waiting for their order(s). I paid and was instructed to also use the parking lot as my food was not ready. No vehicles were behind me however. And I waited...and waited...and waited. I was told that the item I was waiting to be cooked (string bean chicken) would take 6-7 minutes. Eventually, I had enough. After 20 minutes had gone by, I went inside to find out what was going on. My wife later told me that at one point she used the drive-thru, was instructed to park, and was forgotten about...she even called them to figure out what was going on! Anyway, upon entering I could see the employees were at least busy. But I was disappointed to see my order grouped together, not bagged, flapping in the breeze when the drive-thru lady opened the window, and not under a warming lamp!! I have no idea how long that was all sitting there, but it was definitely not hot by the time I got home. Of course they forgot the cookie that comes with the kids meal too...but they do that a LOT. read more

The manager, Tim, is VERY nice - he is very personable & doesn't make anyone rush when making their decision about what to order. ALL the staff here are extremely friendly. This is NOT how other companies handle customer service. I can't tell you the last time I heard "thank you" at another restaurant - the standard reply at most places today is "there ya go".....I HATE that! At this Panda Express they always welcome you to the restaurant when you walk in, ask if you want to sample anything & when they try to upsell (do you want the plate instead of the bowl for just $1.10 more, do you want a drink with that, etc...) they are really nice about it and not pushy and when you check out they say "thank you!" The crew is overall pretty young so it's rare to find this many employees that seem to genuinely like their job. We prefer to go inside instead of drive thru because the staff is so friendly. (Another upside is when you go inside to order, either eat-in or take-out, you get more. We have felt like when using the drive thru the portion size was much smaller.) read more
