She continued cleaning with a ​white cloth, red bucket cleaning solution sat on the counter while we placed our order. I approached the employee, asked,​ "why are you cleaning while the clean food is underneath of the protection glass?" She didn't reply​ but continued cleaning until her co-worker​ signals​ her to stop. I wasn't happy, ​thinking​ we should not buy the food. I asked the employee who waited on us at the end of checkout, "why did your co-worker​ cleaning the glass while clean food is underneath?" She replied, "I forgot to tell her to stop." She thought her co-worker was in our way. No, that wasn't it. She wiped down the glass with a ​cleaning solution while clean food is underneath of it! Dust flying, and possibly cleaning solution landed on the food below. Disgusting. The red​ bucket was sitting on the counter when we left. I didn't record the employee while she was cleaning, but I have the photo of the red bucket sitting on the counter. It appeared that she had been cleaning the glass for a while​​ because the sneeze protection glass was shining and some area of the glass still had marks wipe​ to the glass. The health​ department needs​ to step in before she poisons​ their customers with the cleaning solution. DISAPPOINTED today, but I will be back to see if the problem has improved​​. I've been to this panda Express location the most because it is closest to where I live. Unfortunately this location, out of the many other ones that I've tried, has been the least satisfying. Customer service is fine but the food quality... I always seem to get a scoop of the last stuff that's been sitting there for half a day. 4 out 5 times this will happen. If I recall correctly I don't think I've had this kind of experience at any other location, it's always relatively fresh everywhere else. Hope this changes soon. read more

This is the Panda Express that we frequent because it's close to our house, but the last few visits have been very displeasing. My Husband and I were just in there 30 min ago for take out and got home to eat only to find the Chow Main noodles not cooked completely and no flavor. I had green beans with chicken only to find the green beans almost raw and chewy. I've never had a problem until now! I called the phone number listed and no answer. My wife and I used Panda Express to cater our wedding. The manager, Jack, invited me to the restaurant for a meeting to discuss details and sample some options before making a decision. He was very helpful and accommodating. He brought a few staff members to the venue and they served our guests. Afterwords, they packed up the leftovers for us which was awesome. The food was delicious and a perfect fit for feeding our vietnamese/white guests. I would recommend using this panda express for any catering event :) read more

Really good food, decent service and frequently the food is fresh. Worth going in rather than the drive-thru and if you ask for it to be fresh, they will make some for you. The Szechuan chicken is amazing I wish it was not a special and would stay year-round. Three horrible experiences in a row. The first time they gave me the bottom of the bowl of rice and noodles not gave my hubby the fresh from the kitchen stuff and told me they couldn't give me the fresh stuff fur my order since they already had it packed to go. Made sure we had all the necessary condiments. I appreciate his attention to customer service. Also note this was during their dinner rush hour and they were super packed. Also their cashier was super polite, noted we were military and pointed out their military discount. I appreciate her attention to detail and customer service as well. I've recently discovered Panda Express (yes, I may have been living under a rock), and I have to say the food is pretty decent for a fast food chinese place, so much so that my family has eaten here three times in the last four days. And we provably would've eaten there Sunday too had it not been Fathers Day. Anyways, with that being said, the reason for the 2 stars is the employees at this location, they are SO rude and their portion sizes are very inconsistent. I seriously could do without the eye rolls and the pushy behavior. As a matter of fact, I have a solution, if you hate your job or people in general so much, find a different job! I haven't encountered one pleasant employee here and that's sad. I ordered around 5 (knowing the dinner rush was starting) my confirmation told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When i got there they had not even looked at the stack of online orders and her excuse was "it JUST came in". The food itself was terrible, I realize it is a fast food restaurant but it was just gross. My brown rice was so soggy it was almost the consistency of mashed potatoes. The egg rolls were overcooked and old, as was the cream cheese rangoon. Our entrees were not fresh either which was surprising considering how busy they were. Panda Express is delectable. Well -- let me clarify -- the Orange Chicken and some of the random new entrees that they cycle through are excellent. Most of the rest of the menu is pretty lousy. But then again, I don't ORDER the other items. If you want excellent Orange Chicken at a good price, try Panda Express. The staff are friendly, you typically get a free entree for filling out a survey online and it's a good price. It's kind of a "one-hit wonder". If you're looking for variety, try somewhere else. So I am this redneck girl from Kentucky, and I wouldn't know what "Real" Chinese food looks or tastes like. However, I know what I like, and I know what a clean, pleasant, well-run restaurant looks like. My Mom & I went there for lunch today. We had Chow Meine noodles, String Bean Chicken, and I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp. All the employees behind the counter were neat in appearance, friendly, and busy working. The food was appealing in appearance as well as fresh. The steam table was also well maintained. This was my second visit to this location, and it was just as good as the first time. The shrimp was Yummy delicious! I truly enjoyed my meal, the atmosphere was nice. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that is served. Cheaper than McDonald's or Burger King. Great service! My server was Myrna L. and she was super cheerful and sunny. The store was rather busy with both the drive thru and counter customers, but rather than having an air of being pressured or rushed, she still managed to be engaging and friendly and was all smiles while still being very quick with the orders.
