I really like this place I go here all the time and I enjoy the food. The customer service is amazing and they are all faced paced workers. One thing I love is the coconut shrimp and king poa chicken. And for the workers giving a good amount of food, the plate is cheap. I've been going here for a long time and they have never disappointed me. I highly recommend and love bringing friends and family. read more

Went in today and I almost passed out. The racial of the portions with the price is outrageous just outrageous. When I asked the server if that was the amount that I was receiving she proceeds to tell me if I wanted to I could add the three items I thought that was very rude . read more

I bought 7 items, food was terrible. They are not following safe food handling, I have worked in food Industry for more than 40 yrs. Threw out my food after taking a bite of each item. The only thing that tasted good was the fortune cookie. read more

Panda Express - The hours that were told - Chinese Near Me - Porterville, California

Probably not the worst 40 dollars I've ever spent but pretty damn close! This place sucks! The honey walnut shrimp literally tasted like they just pulled them out of a fish tank in the back and slapped some sugar on them. Not to mention I almost broke a tooth trying to chew the extremely raw and hard broccoli from the beef and broccoli... It's so sad at this place even regular Coca-Cola tastes wrong. I give this place a big thumbs down! An a negative five stars if I could. I mean I guess things could always be worse I didn't die from a horrible case of food poisoning or something like that , well atleast I hope I don't! read more

Awful customer service. Rude and disrespectful staff. Subpar food. I used to like eating here, but I have no desire to return.

Here I am again for maybe the fourth time addressing the same and similar issues. The photos say it all. But do you want to know the trick? Open the thing right there and ask for more. Do not take this utter b s from them!!! Your money is worth more than dog scraps worth of food! read more

Hardly any chicken, and the rice is hard. Even at 6pm, a customer should be able to get fresh rice! The chicken is very good, just not enough. And the employees are made to ask way too many questions. The Vandalia store needs to step it up a little better. read more

I usually don't post about places I eat at, but this is ridiculous and I'm really annoyed! I drove to panda at the drive through and specifically told the lady to be light on the broccoli because this is the third time I ordered this on the menu and always filled my plate with all broccoli and tiny pieces of beef. Well long story short. I gave them the benefit of doubt so I waited til I got home and this is what I found. Maybe two 1/2 pieces of beef and all broccoli. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. Never again! read more

THANK YOU! Legit 5 stars! Super clean bathrooms, friendly staff literally 'welcoming' customers in (we dined in so was able to witness consistently). Fresh food and perfect portions, just consistently what you expect from Panda! We stopped by on a road trip and were all so happy to enjoy a quick meal on the road! read more

Who in the hell is the manager? I went back thinking they corrected the cabbage issue. Your chow main is garbage! Nothing but raw cabbage and a very little noodle. I took out most of the noodle but you must not know what the hell you are doing. Get your shit together! I am still not sure why I even went there. read more

We just picked up Panda yesterday and it was ready within minutes and online order was a breeze!

Every time I go in the afternoon between 7pm and 830 they don't have any food cooked, they tell us 18 min Wait for beef and broccoli and 30min wait for teriyaki chicken every time it never fails never. What's the point of fast food Chinese food, this is an usual thing for this place I literally go once a month and it always happens. Never ever going back so over it. I wouldn't mind waiting either but the employees have no sympathy, it almost feels like they add extra time so that you leave. read more

Aren't disability friendly. Due to clients with disabilities in my vehicle I asked to make 2 separate transactions in the drive thru. They denied the second transaction stating we could go inside, I explained to them my situation that I could not leave them unattended due to safety concerns. They again were not understanding. read more

Ordered two plates of food for lunch today. One had an order of beef and broccoli. Unfortunately, to my surprise, there was only two tiny pieces of beef(see attached picture). Unacceptable for paying full price for a meal. read more

I've had gift cards from this shit hole for 2 years because I know the food and service is crap. No surprise ordered teriyaki chicken bowl. Thtas it. May I please have teriyaki sauce to go with that please? I guess no All I got was cold burnt chicken on spaghetti like shit. Spring roll's I ordered were the best part because I didn't even get them. The absolute worst place to spend money. read more

I like Panda Express because it's good fast Chinese food. My favorite is their Kung Pao chicken. Nobody makes it like them. Beijing beef is also good. I have been hesitant on ordering beef and broccoli because I have always predicted that I would be scammed. Why? Because they give you all broccoli and hardly beef. Guess what, that is what happened today. Very disappointed. read more

I went through the drive through and ordered and either I didn't hear say the card system is down or she plainly didn't tell me through the speaker. I went up there and was told "The card machine is down she told you that" with attitude. I wasn't trying to cause an inconvenience but having that attitude didn't sit well with me at all especially when I was not giving any. Customer Service is bad and definitely not sure if I'm ever coming here again. read more

I ordered the bigger plate and when ask for rice and noodles I ask for just noodles... My wife got the same but with brown rice. What we got was two plates with just noodles. My wife plate had a full size of small thin noodles and my plate had half her serving but was spread out to make it look full. The noodles didn't taste fresh but I will tell you this...the reason why this review is a 3 star and not a 1 is because it was the fastest drive through service I ever been in. read more

Drive through line is always long in the afternoons/evenings. Closing shift NEVER has any entree options available even if there's 45 mins til closing , they just don't plan effectively & make more to last til closing Also, you have to ask for the teriyaki sauce when you order teriyaki chicken - shouldn't be like that Quality of service has gone down even though demand has increased dramatically .... read more

Panda Express in this location was not what it should have been. I am a big fan of Panda, especially their orange chicken, but the taste of this orange chicken was not good at all. The meat felt old and rubbery while the sauce was too sweet and sticky. The staff was young and seemed uninterested in their job at all so I did not complain or go back. I can understand that everyone has bad days, which is okay, but the energy from this location was just not it. I would hope that their service got better as this happened years ago, but my first experience here was not good. read more

Disorganized and very bad customer service !!! And to top it off food is very salty. The worst Panda Express ever !!!

This porterville location sucks portions are way to small and the management there also sucks they will literally want to fight u when u ask them for sauce or anything else like that. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had at any panda express. I waited 15 minutes before losing patience to go inside from my phone. Server spent a few extra minutes locating my food which was sitting by the drive-through window. Was given my food cold. Spent another five minutes waiting around for the manager to give me a refund. My lunch was wasted. I want to be eating Chinese food there again read more

Love Panda Express! Right around the corner from my cave. Dinner for 5 once a month. Jireh and Ezra Love the orange chicken. Price has gone up to about $13 a large serving. Make sure you get your fortune cookie! Tip: Ask for more soy sauce, they be tight with it! read more

"We are not in any way forcing you to donate your change to us." Well what do you call not having a single penny in your drawer to give change back?! Then saying hey would you like to donate it's not like you GIVE US A DAMN CHOICE. It's crazy how business are having troubles but not one has ever kept my change or forced me to donate it. I go to the gas station and grocery store constantly and always have change back Walmart so something is not adding up. Do you not see the problem with no having a single penny in the drawer to give back?!? You need to have change in the drawer if your taking cash. You can't expect everyone to donate. read more

Like most panda expresses, cookie cutter franchise the food taste the same at most of these chains, however it is always great tasting and the Covid protocol is very good and clean. I would eat here at this location again for sure read more

Okay so dont really come here often but when i decided to come 2 weeks ago went there around 6-7pm, food was not that great, i got the plate with chow mein and walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. The noodles taste and looked like they had been there all day. And walnut shrimp was not freshly made either. Wished i could of taken a picture...Anyways was very disappointed, i decided to give it another try, went several days ago around noon, it was a much better experience. I ordered the same as before, everything was fresh, i was very satisfy. I guess just depends what time you go...i did take a pic, this last time:) read more
