If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. Not because the food is bad but whoever runs this location is a horrible manager. Working in the service industry, I understand EVERYTHING revolves around your customer and if it doesn't, you don't have any and go out of of business. I have attempted to eat at this location five times. Each time, when I check their online hours, it says they are open. Each time when I arrive, I will pull on the door and find it locked. Sometimes, the drive-through is open. Sometimes nothing is. It boggles the mind that a national brand can be so inept. To top that off, when you bang on the door to try to get an explanation, the one or two workers that are actually inside. totally ignore you. They will often look up at you and then look back down and go about their business. I have learned my lesson. I got back in my car and drove the 2 miles to the next closest Panda Express. I added their chili sauce and enjoyed, the rice lacked flavor but a sprinkle of soy sauce helped. The drink station was a bit of a mess and the refuse bins full. I usually like Panda Express but not today. I ordered a plate rice orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. When I got home. I can smell a gas smell in the food didn't think much about it. Then I sniffed the rice it had some burn parts in it. The rice had a weird gas smell so I threw it away. I called the restaurant five times nobody picked up the phone to warn them about the rice. I left a message with the main office. Mistakes happens but idk how they could sell that somebody there had to have noticed. Food is usually good for a fast food restaurant. However, service is bad 90% of the time. I come to this location often as it is conveniently located near my job, but, almost every time I come here I speak with the same rude woman in the drive through who always seems to be annoyed that there are customers. Today I went and spoke with a man that was wearing glasses and when I originally pulled up to the drive thru for my mobile order, I said my name and he said "for who??" in a rude tone and then proceeded to tell me my order wasn't ready and asked me to "come back in 3-5 minutes" (which I have also been asked on multiple other visits) after I had already waited 6 minutes since I placed my order to even pull into the drive thru. I am wondering what would have happened if I had just ordered directly at the drive thru speaker. My order consisted of one bowl and one plate. I used to work in the service industry and couldn't imagine telling a customer to "come back" when their order was complete. Not happy with the service here. read more

Today, my friend and I ordered lunch and the "controlled Panda Express"portion size are ridiculous. They load you up with fried rice or Low Mien, but when it comes to the entree get out you microscope. Asked Dylan your joking right and received the deer in the headlight stare. Said no thanks, Luke brings the order to the register and I stated I did not want it. Instead of throwing it out they placed it back into the buffet. Lost the customer behind us for she was not pleased with what she saw. If your looking for tofu they do not have any. Also, when ask for double veggies because my fried is a vegan, again we are looked at like we have three heads. My friend stated, she wanted the meal to go and again, was asked if she wanted it a la cart. The server wanted to put her meal into 2 individual takeout boxes. How is she to enjoy her meal at the table when they want to do it their way. She stated several times double veggies in a takeout dinner box. Finally, they gave her what she asked for. After I said no thank you on my meal. I started to compose this review. Only at this time did the two servers tell someone else what happened. She came to where we were sitting and asked what the problem was: explained again, brought things to her attention and gives me the Panda Express "controlled portions", no problem. If you are doing "controlled portion size" then they should all be equal in size. Why do you get a mountain of rice or low mein and 1 cup entree? Why would you want to pay $6.90 for rice???
