This is a brand new location that just opened a few weeks ago, and this area really needed something new. The inside is nice and clean, the people welcome you as you walk in. The serving style is like Subway or Chipotle, you walk in, pick your food from the glass counters and pay at the end. There's a bell to hit if you liked your service too. The new staff was very informative on their items and cautious of allergies etc when giving samples. There is a separate line at the register to pick up online orders which is helpful as well. I got a plate with fried rice, orange chicken and a premium item, honey walnut shrimp, as well as 2 veggie spring rolls and a small sweet tea drink. The orange chicken was crispy and had a strong citrus flavor, the walnut shrimp was very sweet and also had a crunch. Both super delicious! Their veggie spring rolls were mushy and the only crunch was from the outer shell, personally not a fan. The only suggestion I would give them is to have their menu hanging somewhere along the entrance wall near the TV, or have their paper menus there for people to browse. The show their menu on the TV but it is a PowerPoint and shows other information, so if you miss the brief mention of the food on the TV you'll be asking the staff questions since it takes quite a while for the menu to show on the TV again... The place has been very busy in the evenings since it opened, so you'll find it loud in there but there's a decent amount of seating and it's comfortable! Walked in yesterday 6/22 asked for a mi ute to look at menu. Young lady scraping what was left of pepper steak. Asked if they had more...I was ignored.. asked again while waving my hand to get her attention. This young lady got very nasty and yelled at me saying " IM BUSY..cant you see i have this in my ear? I work the window". Ok so you have to be a nasty person because I dont know anything about how things work there?. A simple yes or no. The food here actually tastes quite good, but unfortunately, it didn't sit well with me. It seems they use a significant amount of MSG; while it adds flavor, it triggered a bad migraine for me and caused a noticeable spike in my blood sugar. If you are health-conscious or have sensitivities, you may want to be cautious. Not the best spot if you're looking for a clean or healthy meal. read more

Been here twice now. Each time, all the tables were dirty with food all over the floor under them. The staff watched me wipe my table both times with alcohol wipes. No one came out to clean tables the entire 30 minutes we were there. Everything we wanted, we waited 10 minutes to get. The noodles were stone cold as well as the cream cheese rangoon. The beef and broccoli was 70 percent broccoli. All I can ask is where's the beef? The green bean chicken was 80 percent green beans. The people working seem completely oblivious. The service here was horrible. We pulled through the drive through lane. It took 40 minutes once we pulled up to the order board. Completely ridiculous. Once we finally got to the pickup window, they took our payment and then said our food wasn't ready. Never coming here again. We could have went and had a sit down meal at a restaurant faster than this. read more

EVERY time I go in there whatever I order regardless if it's in the dining room or drive-through I am told one of my items will take at least 10 minutes. After waiting the drive-through yesterday AFTER placing my order, I get to the window and they inform us the teriyaki chicken would be a 10 minute wait? Why? When we placed our order 10 minutes ago. Without a menu insight or want to hand us, we just blindly picked an item.Then sat at the window for another five minutes, only for them to then come back and tell us the Beijing chicken would be four minutes into pull ahead. We then sat out in the parking lot waiting for our food another 13 minutes. We could've had the teriyaki chicken that we had originally ordered 20 minutes prior and the time that we sat there for four minute, Beijing beef. What's irritating is the worker they sent out was very apologetic but that should've been walked out by a manager with an explanation, why from order to getting our food in the drive-through took 22 minutes, instead of sending this young worker out to obviously irritated customers. He was very nice and very apologetic and we appreciated him only. It is ridiculous, how that store ran. This happens all the time and NOTHING is ever done about it and I mean for YEARS. You guys have had complaint but shame on me for trying it every six months and thinking something has changed. Did I mention, we asked for teriyaki sauce only to drive 30 minutes home and not to have it. Did I mention the food tasted microwaved. It was so boiling hot after a 20 minute drive home. There is no way. that is from warmers. The beef and broccoli virtually had no beef and there was absolutely no flavor, probably because it was thrown in the microwave on something that was supposed to take 4 min and took 15 min. Again, it's just irritating how complaints have been made to this company and nothing is ever done. Waited 5 minutes for a missing item, they kept looking out at me and nothing. Tried to call, no answer. So I pulled away and they immediately opened the window to help the next person. Very quick very clean and the day we were there all the employees stayed busy cleaning or cooking. Was impressed with the cook when he want cooking he was checking all the ready to go foods in the line. Good prices for a little better than fast food. read more

We ordered for delivery. One item was supposed to be a medium size but we received only a small. The chicken egg rolls had so much of one specific spice that overpowered the flavor of the entire roll. Won't be getting the egg rolls there again! read more

Went and got the orange chicken, and the girl on the speaker tells me they are out of rice...rice?!?Seriously?!? I got 5 pieces of chicken... also, i've been to this location multiple times and every time there are multiple things out of stock, which makes the selection process super frustrating. The food is always good, but service is an issue. They all seem dead to the world like they are circus animals that have been played to the point of exhaustion only achievable in a nightmare. Very poor service. I placed an online order for pick up but realized I set it an hour earlier than I meant to. There was no where on the app to change the time or cancel it so I called the store. The girl that picked up was very rude and said there was nothing that she could do for me and when I asked what would happen if I couldn't get it canceled she just told me I wouldn't get a refund. I called customer service and got put on hold for a while so I hung up and called back to the store. When I called back someone else answered and said they could change the time for me. I went to pick up my food at the changed time and got home to eat it and it was cold. My drink was watered down with no ice left and they forgot my sauce. Would not recommend going here. Ordered my food online around 8pm they close at 9pm. Received a text that my food was ready at 8:20 and we go to the store to pickup just to find out that the kitchen closed early because they "ran out of food" (direct quote taken from the guy who was at that drive thru as the lobby doors were locked. This place is alright, alright, alright! Nothing beats orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and a side of fried rice. The line is long and they're busy because they just opened. Nothing to get upset about. Customer service is always great and everyone has been friendly every time we've gone. read more

If I could rename my daughter Panda I would. I love this place. Every time when I walk in, and that smell of sweet, delicious orange chicken smacks me right upside the head, im brought back to a simpler time. The staff there is super friendly and almost feel like a second family. When I say I could eat orange chicken for all 3 meals a day for the rest of my life, I'm not lying. To have a restaurant with excellent food for a fantastic price, is huge for this area. For 2 people to get dinner at other Chinese restaurants around here your paying at least 35 dollars for some sub-par, overly hyped up, cockamamie sorry excuse for Chinese food. I drive a semi for a living. I was delivering next door to this store. They don't offer take out at this time. I called into the store to see if I could place a order or walk up to the window. I was told they would not serve me if I walked up even though there was no one in their drive thru at this time. Was told only way I could order would be online and have it delivered(I'm currently right in front of their door parked less then 10 yards away). Very disappointed. The food was already prepared, sitting in a warming pan and a very limited menu to choose from, if you can FIND the menu( which is located halfway through the restaurant). The food was very bland, without the signature Chinese flavor, and served on cheap styrofoam plates. Wow. What terrible customer service. I made a to-go order on line. When I got home, my double order of orange chicken was missing from my order. I called back to let them know, because hey, stuff happens. They told me that their fryer was shut down for the night, and there was nothing they could do. This was at 8:30, and they are open until 9! I had picked up my order at 8:15, and it was a 15 minute drive home. No refund. No food. Will never go back again. read more

Since we are under stay at home orders due to the covid-19, the restaurants are open only for carry out . We were in the Ontario area and decided to try this new location of Panda Express. We had never been to a Panda Express before.The wait in the drive thru went quickly in spite of the fact that there were 4 or 5 cars ahead of us. The order employee was helpful and pleasant. We orders the walnut shrimp bowl with fried rice, the mushroom chicken bowl with fried rice and two chicken egg rolls. We were told there would be a five minute wait for the mushroom chicken and to pull around to the front of the building and they would bring it out . No problem, and they did with apologies for the wait . We proceeded home where we hungrily opened our food containers. We were dismayed to find huge portions of the fried rice and very small portions of the main entrees. I had a scant half cup of the mushroom chicken, mostly mushrooms and zucchini, very little chicken . My husband fared a little better with the walnut shrimp which he had paid more for, 6 shrimp. When we have orders from any of the other local places, we have always had very generous portions of the entree in a combination meal, such as we ordered. The food was good. My mushroom chicken had a nice flavor and my husband let me try one of his shrimp, which was lightly sweet and tasty. The fried rice was tasty and there was lots of it. The chicken egg rolls were not crispy and rather bland. Considering how much more food we have always received from other Chinese places in the area for comparable price, we felt as if we had been short changed.
