This adventure takes us to Panda Express over by Walmart. I had a in app coupon to redeem for $8.00 off on a family meal. So after we ran an errand, we took a couple minutes to check out the offerings for the coupon. We ended up picking out steamed white rice, fried rice, 2 portions of of honey walnut shrimp, a portion of string bean chicken, and a portion of honey sesame chicken with sweet and sour and hot mustard on the side with the extra instruction of No Soy Sauce in the Bag. We waited in the parking lot until time to get into the drive thru for picking up our order, so we got on our phones to play games and get stuff done while we waited. We got pinged via text to pick up our order and took it home to have. When we got home we disassembled the box and portioned out what we wanted and the rest was put in the fridge for leftovers. read more

Absolute worst Panda Express location in the entirety of Oklahoma. I've been to this location a handful of times, always leaving disappointed. Either the food is cold and clearly old or concerningly rubbery. Chow mien is my favorite side dish at Panda. And at every location other than this one, I've been more than pleased. Here, they just give you a heaping pile of ninety percent lukewarm cabbage and decide it's good enough. Can't express enough how much you should avoid this location. read more

It's getting worse and we're through. Tonight, I ordered fried rice and it was NOT fried rice. Just boiled rice with a few chunks of carrot - no egg, no peas, no sauce and it never hit the grill. We ordered egg rolls and got won tons. This is just the latest screw up. My hubby ordered the shrimp meal and the only thing that had been cooked was the shrimp and it was cold. You can't have sauteed cabbage if it's raw. This seems to be a continuing problem. I would think that food ordered at 6pm would be prepared correctly. No more. read more

Ordered from here today and the food was gross, and cold. I ordered the beef and broccoli with fried rice, the rice was cold and super bland and they didn't give me any soy to try and make it taste like something lol. The broccoli was super crunchy and if broccoli is cooked all the way it should be soft not like biting into a fully uncooked piece of broccoli. The beef tasted like it was cooked in soap. Stopped by yesterday and got stuff for supper. Got the walnut shrimp, orange chicken, 2 veggie rolls and noodles. Shrimp good, noodles fair not really done, veggie rolls had little or no filling and tough. I leave the chicken for last, big chunks all cooked together, over cooked and tough. The person taking my order didn't know what vegetarian options were and suggested chicken although I asked what was made without meat, The broccoli on my plate was clearly rotten , and I had the most unpleasant debate with the "manager "about giving me a refund vs. letting him make it over. Although I said no thank you repeatedly, he continued to offer me other options, gift certificates and acted as though he could not give me a refund. This was a horrible customer service experience . Stopped in on the way home from the airport, it was late. Close to their closing time. Yet they made pepper steak because my husband requested it. We were very hungry and the service was fast. Most importantly the customer service was outstanding. The folks working behind the counter didn't stop once. One guy (Robert I think) walked us out asking about the food quality and inviting us back. It was a great experience for a tired and hungry traveling family. They could have been frustrated with out last minute arrival and request for food that had to be made, but instead they welcomed us. read more

This Panda has gone down. The serving size are horrible and I found a hair in my bowl today. I eat here for lunch regularly and I never had any problems till within the last few months. I came here more times than I'd like. I'm glad that they post calories now because wow, that chow mien with double sesame chicken you just got might be why you're fat. I got the broccoli beef once and saw the fresh green beans for another chicken dish right on the counter. I don't know why I'm surprised by this - I guess because I see the chain with items in grocery frozen aisles. I was happy with my meal and waited for fresh new ingredients once and it was totally worth it. Very disappointed. Was driving through, and wanted a quick dinner. Was told to wait for my meal in the parking lot for four minutes or so and, just sat there and finally had to ask them to cancel. My little family loves this place. However, seems they're always running out of the good stuff. One day it was orange chicken, the next rangoon, and then the chicken. I heard a lot of people complain that they run out a lot of stuff FAST. Is it not possible to be constantly stocked? Seems ridiculous to always be without something especially the good stuff. The staff are always friendly; however, today, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. My orange chicken was dry and did not seem to have enough sauce on it, and my chow mien was not good either. I only ate the order of Rangoons. Updated review: went to Panda at 11:20 am thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Wrong!!! The fried rice was tasteless and cold. Really at 11:20 am the food is all cold and tasted like pure crap. This is the worst Panda I have ever been to and I will never go back to any Panda ever. I will be calling Panda Corp to complain over today's visit. Total waste of money and time. We winded up going to the better Chinese restaurant by Wal Mart and got real food that was hot not cold crap. Very little choices menu wise at this PE compared to Tulsa locations. Husband at drive thru ordered 1 beef dinner and 1 chic dinner he noticed only one box and the person said the 2 are combined. Got home no chicken combined just the beef. He paid for two dinners. We ordered black pepper chicken, and sweet fire chicken with white steamed rice. Ideal for a cold wet day. We have eaten many times at PE in different states and enjoyed it. However, after two mouthfuls we discovered our food was cold! As this was chicken as well, we didn't want to risk it. They offered to reheat it all but had no microwave. My daughter works as an RN and I often bring her dinner for the evening shift. Tonight is July 4 and at 7:30 I entered the panda express drive-through. There were no cars in the line and about three cars in the parking lot. As soon as I got to the speaker this is verbatim what I was told. "Hi my name is Haley; since it's a holiday we are cooked to order and anything we don't have ready will be a 15-20 min wait or more. I'll be with you in a minute.." Then silence for 5 min until I said "Haley are u ready? " at which point she replied, "Yeah, I'm ready." I asked for chicken teriyaki and an order of Rangoon,, at which point she interrupted me to say, "Let you know teriyaki will be a 20-30 min wait and same with Rangoon." No apology; , no "but we'll get that for you as fast as we can." At that point I let her know I would be going elsewhere, not because I would need to wait, which I wouldn't mind, but because she made obvious she did not want the business, which made me understandably nervous as to how well she would prepare my order if I did indeed choose to order.. Haley clearly didn't want to work today. Sidenote, I have ordered here many times to go in the past and the service has been much better than this. read more
