When you have 8 people in line and 4 cars in the drive thru you should be continuously cooking orange chicken which their signage stares is the number 1 seller. So I'm normally a fan of this location from a dine-in perspective. Since Covid though I've been 3 times and all 3 times have been fails. I'm not super picky about food, but quality control must be on vacation. 1st trip since Covid I ordered a large Sweet Tea with my food and when it came out it had 2 ice cubes floating in it. When I asked for more ice I was given a cup that had 6 ice cubes in it. The large cups are so large they almost won't fit in my cup holder but I didn't want to drink tea that wasn't cold. I had to throw it out. In the south we drink our tea iced! 2nd trip since Covid I just ordered Rangoons. They came out cold. 3rd trip since Covid was today. The egg roll was literally black. I don't understand how something like that ends up with a customer. That being said I hope the dining room opens again soon. We go to Panda Express more than occasionally, however, it may be a while before we go back. Here's why: we always order "the Plate" because it's a double order. The reason, "we have two meals out of one order!" 1. This one reason that I would have overlooked if the second reason had not occurred. First reason is the girl at the window talked down at me when I asked for a specific sauce. 2. Since our last visit, they reduced the size of the "entree" and side in the take-out container. We didn't notice until we got home! We buy the plate to have a second meal later. So rather than take it back, we consumed our deficient takeout, we won't soon go back to Panda Express, if ever!?! My suggestion to Panda Express, don't decrease the amount of food I expected while keeping the same price(for a lesser value product)! Simply tell me you'll have to charge more. Very rude. Placed an online order of two menu items at 11:21, email said it would be done at 11:33. We got there at 11:50 and the order wasn't even started. The staff was incredibly rude, saying that it wasn't done because they were busy. When we got there they had just started getting busy. I only had two cons from this visit; The up charge for a "premium"entree and the cashier seemed to be so uninterested in her job when I questioned the variance in my total.
