This was a take out. The food was good. However, no sauces were offered for the take-out. When I asked her for sweet and sour sauce she said 50 cents. Nope. Not doing that. After picking up and bringing back to my hotel, I tasted the fried rice, and it was horrible. I'm not a picky eater at all, and eat just about everything, but it tasted like it was 3 days old. I ended up throwing all of the fried rice away. However, the beef and broccoli/egg drop soup is phenomenal. Well since we've been in Louisiana we've tried a few Chinese restaurant and we've been quite disappointed. Until we found eastern Chinese restaurant. But the last few times we ate here, well let me tell you the food is fresh and good I might say. But, the service is crappy the women man what ever it is. By the way I'm not trans or homo bashing I once swung that way but, she has been consistently been getting our oder completely wrong mind you every item I mentioned she nodding as if she's getting all the items but no I asked for egg fo young chicken chow mien which I didn't get either what I got looked like chicken chop suey with rice my mom got ribs that were over cooked and house fried rice which was good I'm not gon lie it was good so was the chop suey I didn't want that gave that tramp repeat the order to make sure you getting what you asked for! Anytime you walk in, you'll find the two young sons diligently working the checkout counter while the adorable little daughter runs around, doing homework or watching a video on an iPad and generally making you smile. They're also quick. You call ahead and they'll have that entree whipped up for you in 15 minutes. It's about $8 or so an entree, but you get your money's worth!
