The food is pretty good but this is not a kid friendly restaurant. They do not have a changing table in the restroom. They also do not have high chairs for toddlers. We had to have our order made to go because they did not have enough seating. read more

I will start this review by stating this location is brand new. The store was clean and parking was ample however, over 8 bucks for what you normally get for 5 bucks at a non-chain. The line was moving very slow when I had a late lunch around 3. There were over a dozen workers who all had a "what do I do" look on their faces. If your staff is not ready than don't open the doors! I have never had an issue with Panda Express until this visit. The staff lacks majorly in the communication department- Josh (the man who served us) was very rude and unprofessional, and he even argued with other employees with customers all around. He got many customers orders wrong, which I understand every once in a while, but seeing multiple orders wrong in one 30 minute visit is a little concerning. When we initially walked in, we waited 8 minutes to be served with only one customer ahead of us. Then after our food was made, I stood at the register waiting for 5 minutes just to pay. When we asked to pay, he became very agitated and hastily said sure. It made my boyfriend and I very uncomfortable and we will definitely not be returning. Also, my orange chicken had a strange gray spot and tasted off. Maybe come to this location for entertainment, but definitely not food. read more

They called me thinking that I was going to pick up.Since it was supposed to be delivery, they said they'd get it right out. I called 25 minutes later and they said another 15 minutes. They at least got that part right. All the food was lukewarm at best.I ordered egg rolls, but there was not one pack of soy sauce, just mustard. The quesadilla was limp and greasy. I love Panda, besides Pei Wei this is my second favorite good fast food type Chinese restaurant. The drive thru can be slow but I have never had bad food or service here. I like that they have a coupon if you do the survey on your receipt. I would like to see more soup options eventually though! read more

Great flavor, much better than you would expect from fast food Chinese. The cream cheese ran goons are great! Minus two stars because you cannot customize your bowl/plate. With this franchise, the brand is the only reason there's two stars instead of one. It's always a very long wait and you look inside and there's a large amount of employees doing little work. I always seem to experience bad service. I'm a biz consultant for a franchise service company and if I had this business I would be disappointed beyond belief. They don't have any seats available for my 2 year old, lied to me and said they NEVER allow a kid to have a side of half rice and half veggies and that you have to order two sides or kids, which is not true because I'm here often (not for long). my expectations were low. apparently I expect too much when I go out and then post negativity on YELP. hahahaha love the ONLINE ordering. except it kept saying that beef/broccoli wasn't available at this location ? it is pictured on the drivethru menu but whatever. didn't this used to be mall food? food court food? I was doing business in the area and thought i'd give it a try. I ordered online. paid. and went through the drivethru 15 minutes later to pickup on my way home. drive thru lady was very polite. I did sit in drive thru quite awhile. I don't know what the vehicle 2 ahead of me ordered, but it took a LONG TIME ! finally cruising through, picked up with a smile. got home and everything was good. food packaged well. all necessary condiments, fork, spring roll, etc. yes, the food is typical. but it was easy, fast, and good. I got 2 meals out of it. not bad prices either. I will eat here again !!!!! read more

I'm not really a Chinese food person, but my son wanted some so we went through the drive thru. He got Chicken and rice and loved it. So I went back around and got beef and broccoli. The first time around we were first in line so it only took a few minutes. The second time took a bit more. I'd say at least 10 to 15 minutes. But the service was good. The workers were nice and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be going back soon. read more

Stopped here with the family for a quick snack and the service was ok, food was cold and the egg rolls where terrible, cleanliness was okay but the menu was extremely limited all the trays where pretty much empty, the orange chicken was very spicy hot and was not advertised as being hot, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

I always have excellent experiences here. The food is top notch, & the service is stupendous. I've been going here for years & I've never had a problem with my food. Price is worth it for the amount of food you get & the quality of taste, it's absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend going here for any time of the day. read more

The food is good. However, the day I was there, the customer experience was BAD. If you are going into a fast food restaurant to spend anywhere from 10 to 15 dollars for a quick lunch... the service should be better and faster. The One Hundred Oaks Panda Express location is much better. (And by the way, I don't work there).They give a friendly greeting and they serve you quickly. The people for some reason at the Rivergate location act as though they don't want to be there.And it DOES show. I hope this is not an example of how it is all the time. In my case... Just stopped by with my son to grab lunch. Every employee was extremely friendly and welcoming. Cashier was very courteous and even asked my son how he was. Service was quick and we were helped as soon as we walked in. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. Overall...could not ask for a better experience. Service varies greatly from visit to visit. I have been there when they didn't have forks, only spoons. Try eating noodles with a spoon! I have tried to go through the drive thru three times, twice I had to pull out of line before ordering due to the wait. read more
