Showed up with a college golf team of 8 guys at about 6:30 pm on a Monday. Even though the dinner rush was in full swing, the whole staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. A couple of our guys hadn't been to Panda Express before and the staff helped them order without making them feel bad for taking their time. There were a few orders that required a short wait, and the staff were nice enough to let us go sit down then they brought it out to us once it was done. I love Panda. Though it's not authentic, it tastes good and fresh (usually). It's hard to complain about their restaurants, but specifically the person at the drive-thru was clearly having a bad day. He was tethered to his script, and when I asked for a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein he very sarcastically stated, "What side can I start you with?" I knew what he was doing, so when I made the next order for the plate, I led with the entrées again... "orange chicken and Beijing beef, please!" They gave the side when I came up to ask. The mobile orders coming into the business really interrupt in person customer service. Almost no beef, see picture. The beef was way, way too salty and the broccoli wasn't fully cooked. There were 5-6 employees on the line and I still had to wait 5+ minutes staring at my food getting cold in its box while I was waiting to pay, with no one ahead of me and one person behind me. They were all concentrating on drive-thru. Even with a dozen people working there, no one was cleaning tables. Every single table, most were empty, was covered in food. The staff at this location is friendly and the line moves quickly. There isn't a lot of seating but I love the large tables since they're suitable for bigger parties or individuals who can table share. The real winner here is the building itself. Lots of natural light and the ventilation is ACE. Some restaurants struggle with the smell of cooking oil when the dining and kitchen areas are in the same room. We stopped in tonight road weary and sore. We were greeted as we walked in by a smiling young man (whose name I failed to get). We went to the counter and Andy took our orders and made them quickly. Now I don't mind it being freshly made, and my order was small, but what is the point of ordering online if it's not even gonna be ready by the time I get there? Downloaded the Panda Express App and ordered again a few days later, same exact thing except my order was bigger now so I had to wait longer for it to be made. So much so that I've visited the Innovation Kitchen in Pasadena, CA several times just to try what might be coming soon to locations across the US. (Also, who wouldn't go out of their way to get an Orange Chicken "burrito" wrapped in a scallion pancake?!) I've been to this location a handful of times. In my experience, it provides the same fresh, quality, and delicious Chinese/Asian American dishes that I've tasted across Panda Express locations. The staff at this location has always been friendly and helpful. On a recent visit, I asked for the Power Greens (kale, broccoli, and cabbage), which they were out of at the time. They immediately fired up a fresh batch, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. I have a handful of go-to dishes, but I truly enjoy them all. And, if you're curious about one, you are (almost) always greeted with an offer to sample a dish or you can just ask. You can also try out the Panda Express app to place an order. My husband stopped to get our dinner on Saturday night. He asked for Orange Chicken and teriyaki chicken. They said they were out of teriyaki chicken. My husband got beef and broccoli instead. We get food at least 3 times at Panda and expect good quality service. The orange chicken was smaller than usual and I thought they gave us the beyond chicken. It also didn't taste the same. I went back to see if they could replace my orange chicken. I told the lady we originally wanted teriyaki chicken. She said they now had teriyaki chicken but she couldn't exchange it because I didn't pay for it. I said just give me a fresh Orange chicken and I would keep the rest. She said that she couldn't do that because she would have to pay for it. I think that is horrible customer service. They should have replaced my meal. I don't know why there aren't more good reviews for this place. I've always gotten good food and great service. This last visit we got the plate, which is three entrees and either rice or noodles. We got brown rice as our side and along with that we got the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chicken with Mushrooms, and Sweet Fire chicken. They were all very good and very plentiful. Service was very fast and friendly. The gal at the window was wearing a mask, and she was wearing it properly. When you eat at Panda Express you are able to take a survey and receive a code for a free entre with the purchase of two. We always do this and it makes it a very affordable meal, especially since my husband and I always split a three entre plate. We will continue to support this restaurant. read more

Food was good but the customer service just isn't there! We went through the drive thru and we ordered 2 meals and a drink. We asked for a cup of the teriyaki sauce, because the packets just don't taste the same! When we got home our drink tasted like carbonated water with no sprite syrup, happens not really a huge deal. We just the packets of sauce, which again is NO biggie, honestly! We called to let them know our drink was carbonated water so it didn't happen to others, and I received the biggest attitude, I was polite and still don't understand why, she was so rude to me. She answered the phone miserably to start off with. I simply told her about what happen and said goes "what would you like from that" followed by we don't do refunds over the phone. I didn't necessarily want anything out of it, I was just more informing her the soda machine was out to help them out.
