It was a basic question any customer would ask, yet she responded with an unnecessary tone and dismissive behavior. I was polite the entire time, so there was no reason for the attitude. What made it worse was when I brought the situation to the manager, Lesie. Instead of listening and handling it professionally, she laughed in my face as if my concern was ridiculous. This is my Favorite panda! I come here so much they know me by name and order :) Food is always fresh cause they don't cook mounds of the same dish at a time and let it sit. When you come during lunch/dinner rush they are really fast moving the line and if a dish is out it usually a 6min cook/wait which is great in comparison to 15/20 min elsewhere.
