This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. It is a bit pricey but it is worth the price because the food is delicious. Great service, everyone was nice, food was very fresh and tasted much better than I've ever had it before! It's the best experience I've had at Panda Express, I wish this one was closer to me but it's about an hour and a half away from where I live. I love Panda Express! However, this location is very hit or miss. Some days the food is hot and fresh and other days it's like leftovers. The cashiers are usually friendly, but the drive thru can be slow at times. There are also only two child seats in this establishment and they need at least 4-6. There's never any tofu eggplant and they took away the best item on the menu, the pacific chili shrimp. Overall I gave them 3 stars because I think the drive thru time and the food temperature could be more efficient. Was a very long time since I'd eaten at this chain restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! This USED to be the BEST Panda Express I've ever been to. The past three visits over the past two months or so have been a disaster. The usual woman at the window has been replaced with a downgrade, in my opinion, and my order is always sloppy now. Came to grab some lunch before work with a new co worker. I've been to panda express numerous times on the west coast. This is my first time at one on the east coast. I'm definitely a Lil disappointed. The food is eh. We both got the two entrée meal. It has been over a year since I been to one but to me, the price for the meal was not worth it. Me and her got the same two entrées. As if it wasn't already pricey they charged us an extra 1.50 each for the shrimp. So we paid for two entrées but really only got one cause the extra for the shrimp. $13 each meal is a bit extreme in my opion for what we got. read more

We went through the drive thru and was told our food would take 10 minutes so they offered us free drinks.We didn't mind waiting so we parked on the side of the building and sipped our free drinks. I've seen Panda Express multiple times but my intuition always told me to keep driving pass. My friend wanted to get food from here so that's how I ended up at this place. I'm not even sure how he finished it. This was literally the first time I did not eat my food. The noodles were extremely dry, there was no amount of soy sauce that could fix the problem, and the vegetables tasted like they were once frozen. I know it's fast food but they could do better. Ok so I have to eat crow....So my fiancee' and daughter love this place but I ALWAYS said it was a knock off of a regular Chinese spot and that everything they prepared was frozen and not prepared fresh. well either way it went fresh or frozen my experience changed my opinion of Panda Express. They're food was Exceptionally delightful and the freshness was what really won me over. They're service was also great. Their employees were very friendly and patient. The store was very clean. And overall the quality and quantity of the food was what hit it out of the park for me. This is a place that the family and my self will definitely return to. I see this Panda Express as my future date spot. I must say thank you very much. It really takes a lot for me to approve of a place to eat. Waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes and ordered one entree and still managed to get it wrong

This Panda is a struggle. Granted, tonight we came in about thirty minutes before the dining room closed (and an hour before the drive thru closed), but there were some aggravating issues. They were out of most of popular dishes. A manager yelled at the cooks because orders had been waiting ten minutes for orange chicken and none was being cooked, making the total wait for orange chicken over twenty minutes. They were out of white rice. I ordered teriyaki chicken and they didn't tell me until after the chicken was served that they were out of the sauce. They were also out of spring rolls that we ordered. Now, some of this can of course be attributed to it being near the end of the night. But the drive thru was lined around the building and the line inside was long with another hour of business. There was an obvious need for more food to be prepared. I will say that the girl at the head of the serving line was a hero of the day. She was really polite and tried to be helpful. She kept good track on the line of people waiting for orange chicken. They were totally turning over the dining room before people could finish their meals. It was all in all a stressful trip. The food we had was of normal quality for Panda Express, I would say, when the pieces of our meal were finally assembled. read more

I love Panda Express. This location has failed me tooooo many times. They are always out of everything. I went at 6:30 on a Saturday which is prime dinner time and they were out of the only thing I wanted there. I really do not understand how they don't order/make enough to cover an entire day? I went one Sunday night and waited in line for 15 minutes until they tell me they are out of almost everything. Why not put up a sign that says "we are idiots and ran out of everything" instead of making you wait. Then I went there at 9:40 on a Sunday and sat at the drive thru for five minutes before I found out they closed at 9:30. There was a girl that was throwing stuff in a dumpster across from me and she saw me, walked inside, and said NOTHING. When you are craving Chinese food but are anti the hole-in-the-wall Chinese food establishmenys; Panda Express to the rescue. On this rainy Sat night, Panda Express was very busy. They were fully staffed, however, and really taking and processing orders quickly. I ordered the Plate (2 entrees and 1 side) and chose broccoli beef and black pepper chicken for my entrees and 1/2 fried rice1/2 chow mein for my sides. I was happy to hear I could half up the sides as I love both rice and noodles. The plate was packed with my food and everything was hot (well, some of the noodles were cold so I just stared them up well to blend in with the hotter noodles). The broccoli beef is more broccoli than beef but it was tasty. The black pepper chicken is loaded with onions and peppers, but there was a good mix of chicken in there. Also, very flavorful. Overall, a very tasty meal and the service was very expedient. Be sure to complete the survey at the bottom of your receipt for a free etntree item on your return visit. I will not be going back to this location or any other location again. I went inside because I like to see the food I am being served to make sure it is fresh. When it was ready, Nikayla took the freshly cooked and mixed in the old which is not acceptable. i didn't stand there for 10 minutes for them to cook fresh steak to be given the old steak. when I called out on what she had did, she got an attitude, raised her voice that I was complaining so I just got her name and walked out. She is not worth me going to jail for and with covid I am not trying to spend time in jail. I came home and sent a message to corporate about the incident. I have frequent this establishment at least twice a month. The service is pretty decent the food is decent also but, tonight I'm truly disgusted. Now normally I would just call and talk to someone but I have tried calling for the last 20 minutes to no avail. No one is answering the phone they say you can't get through to anybody. I spent $40 tonight and I'm pissed off. In one of the kids meals there was literally 2 bites Of noodles and three pieces of orange chicken. And one of the adult entrées I upgraded to the Angus steak and there was only two pieces of steak. Now, the other adult meal had a regular portion size so maybe they ran out and they figured well they don't feel like waiting for more or whatever. I will not be going to this establishment again Unless someone reaches out to me because I have no idea what went wrong there.
