Just fix the problem. Another staff member spent time in the washroom complaining to her friend on the phone she didn't want to be there. While my wife was in there. A customer. Just no. When we got home we were one sandwich short, so one of us did not get dinner. We called and spoke to a very nice man who identified himself as the manager, Joe. He said they were aware that the sandwich was left out of the bag and that they would make up for it and wrote down that we were coming back in today to make up for the sandwich. When my husband got there today he was told that not only was "Joe" not working last night but that no one wrote anything down. At this point I feel that we had money stolen from us by this company as well as them ruining our "dinner" last night. This is completely shameful on behalf of everyone that works there.

The website says it is open until ten and yet they were out of roast beef at nine o clock? The employee working the drive through bluntly informed us that they were out of roast beef and would not be making any more until the morning. Judging from the attitude of the employee and my past attempts to order roast beef, I am assuming it is much easier for the employees to get paid for driving off customer's than actually serving them.
