I really enjoyed my dinner from Panda Express recently. It was a quick decision because I was hungry and it was on my way home. The employee at the drive thru was funny and polite and got my order correct and it was ready when i got to the window. Food was ok, but there were no sauces in my bag when i got home. Couldn't be a more disappointed eating experience. EVERY TIME the order is wrong at the drive through. You can count on the fact they will miss something wrong. The food is not go on top of that, you go out of desperation because there is nothing anywhere around within a 30 minute drive. No matter what you order they are still operating as they did when COVD hit it's always "can you pull around and wait for 10 minutes?" The wait is always 20 minutes and then of course your order is wrong, you go inside to get the missing items and then it's a 10 to 15 additional wait to get that addressed. Tried to get Beijing Beef and Green Bean Chicken at Panda again. ‍ We walked in and 3 girls ignored us except to say we couldn't eat in there - not a problem for us - we just wanted to see all the selections. Sadly this just keeps getting worse for me. Panda Express has always been my absolute favorite quick asian food! The Ennis location near where I live always tells me they are out of everything every single time. Today wasn't any different! No shrimp and was told if I wanted any cream cheese rangoon thar I had to wait 10 minutes. That can't be possible. 10 minutes in the deep fry and those things would be burnt unedible. That was my last attempt at Panda. I have a feeling the workers just don't want to do the work to cook the items. This wasn't just before close either.. 5:30pm... dinner! read more

Asked for Green Bean Chicken and they said they were out and would be 6 mins, I said no thank you ok give me Mushroom Chicken, nope out of that as well. She said would you like Broccoli Beef and I said no I am allergic and she laughed so I said never mind and left. Will not return and it's a shame, I love the food. read more
