There has never been a single day in a 4 year history of this place getting an order right. 2-1-22, ordered a chicken sandwich combo with no Mayo, no tomatoes, with two tacos, and a 3 piece stuffed jalapeños. Girl taking my order asked if I wanted fries with my combo. I replied I did want fries with my combo, hence the combo order. Didn't get fries, and there was Mayo on my sandwich. Trash service. Manger was rude. The lady at the window repeated the order back to me and still got it wrong. I went back inside to try to change it and they told me I had the pay the difference for sauces THAT were supposed to be with the meal! Had a $61 dollar drive thru order and was missing a few items and the condiments I requested for my kid's nugget meal were not provided. No big deal, but when I went in to get this corrected and showed my receipt I was met with rude employees, including the manager. The manager handed me my missing item like I was inconveniencing her. Went to jack in the box, usually pretty good if it's not this one apparently. I've eaten here a few times and every time it's horrible, but this particular time made me want to leave a review. I went and ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with NO sauce, the sauce cause bowel problems for me, they got it wrong the first time and thankfully re did it, or so I thought. Turns out they just slapped a piece of cheese on it and sent it back still loaded with sauce. Absolutely horrible, will not eat from there ever again. read more

Every. Single. Time. I have gone to this location (recently remodeled) I have been extremely dissatisfied. From the time I was 4 tacos deep to find a hair, or the time we had to wait 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us. Tonight they have neglected to include any and all sauces that come with the meal. So my dad and I went to Jack In The Box last night and ordered two Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburgers and the new Cluck chicken sandwich. We got our order and saw that the Cluck sandwich (almost $6) was the dollar chicken sandwich with nothing on it but bread and chicken and one of the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburgers has no bacon on it. The other Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger looked fine. We went back for them to correct our order and when we received our new food, one of the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburgers still had no bacon on it and the Cluck sandwich was very basic compared to what is advertised. The last several times I've been here, they're been out of a ton of stuff, which I don't hold against them since their restocking trucks are sometimes late, but ordering food and n the evening with 8 people working and then they screw up our order TWICE is unacceptable. The staff were nice enough, but the really need more training to learn to do their job better. This was just pathetic, AFTER they were supposed to correct their mistake, it was equally as bad the second time as it was the first. read more

I'm never leaving. I ordered 40 minutes ago. It's a sandwich and 2 tacos! There's seriously a line of people waiting to order but nobody is there to take their order. Not that it will do them any good. I waited 10 minutes to order myself. I could have ordered, eaten and left at Chili's in the time it's taken me to eat here. When my order finally did come out...after they somehow skipped my number...it wasn't even the right food. And it was cold and burned! That's talent. Tables are dirty. Seats have food on them. I think I'll skip this place from now on. Seriously eat anywhere else if you have anything else to do the same day. read more

It's a joke in Ennis, and it goes like this: There is nothing slower than the Jack in the Crack here. It takes about 30 minutes to get 4 tacos. And I'm not kidding. Like you have got to try to be that bad. That takes skills! Plus you always have to count your 4 or 6 tacos because they do short you an awful lot. If you order more than 3 things you are luck to get at least 2 of them in the bag. Being correct is another story. read more

Even the new rebuilt place sucks. You have to sit in line for an hour just to get food. I don't know who hires these workers but obviously they all need help they can't even get food in and out the window when it's fast food and that's how it should be. This is the 2nd time we have gone here. First time it took forever to get our order. So this time we decided to go in. It was awful. Had to call the cashier to come in from their smoke break. They were not very interested in waiting on us. Took over 10 minutes for two meals to be prepare. Only received 1/2 amount of fries in each bag. Last time I will pay good money. Went through the drive thru last week and ordered one thing. A large chocolate milk shake. There were no other customers in drive thru so I thought it would be quick. The lady taking the order asked me 2 different times at the window if it was a chocolate shake and once if it were large. I get going down the road and discovered I was served a cookies and cream shake. It was wrapped in a napkin so I didn't notice.
