Last visit to this Panda. Food was okay. But it was 5:20 and there were less than 5 people in the store. It was filthy, trash cans running over, no paper towels in the bathroom, muddy foot prints and leaves all over the floor. Staff was young, immature and unprofessional. You know exactly what you are getting when you come to panda. Fast food style, they offer you samples of anything you would like. Food was all hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was extremely clean. Was traveling through and didn't want the regular fast food options. They have a tv which is always good for the kids. read more

Very disappointed. Used drive thru and staff neglected to send one entree. Rice was subpar. Called twice to have shrimp taken off my receipt. No answer. Frustrating. Sign notes they are looking for a manager. Hopefully they get one soon. read more

Very bad service and food was dry and over cooked. I took my elderly mother there (she had never been). "Jazmin" waited in her and was very rude and impatient as my mother was trying to understand how to order. I have been there several times and they have issues running out of foods during prime hours when they are not overly busy. Today, as in every visit, they were out of the mixed veggie side. They said they would bring it to my table when they made more. In the meantime they gave me my two entrees. The woman who filled my order put very small portions in the two side compartments of my plate. Normally, you get generous portions, but not today. When I looked at the beef and broccoli, there was barely even two mouthfuls of beef. When I asked her for more beef, she replied without even looking at the plate that "I got what I was supposed to get". However she said she would bring me more. UFB! I hate a smartass employee when I am paying a rather high price for a mediocre and chincy lunch. My advice......go to the local Chinese owned and operated restaurants. They are a better value and the food is better. read more

Service wasn't the best and they got my order wrong. First, I ask for chicken and get shrimp, second, I ask for a small drink and get a large, and last, when I go to drink my Mountain Dew, it is COMPLETELY watered down. The panda came thru! Who cares that the McRib is back, honey sesame chicken breast is back kids! One of my favorite entrees here food is always great at Panda and sometimes you have to wait for fresh food but that's okay it was super busy when I got here but Lacy was all over the place taking care of all the customers keep up the great work thanks for the great meal, the tables could use more frequent cleanings it was kinda hard finding a clean table and the soda machine area also was super sticky sorry im just picky about cleanliness read more

Usually my go-to place when driving through, stopped today and stood in line for 20 minutes while one girl tried to work the counter for the 15+ guests. Got up to order and was told it would be five minutes before the orange chicken was ready so I had to order something different. Guy in front of me ordered the orange chicken and 15 minutes later is still waiting on his food. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or hand towels, garbage a were over flowing with trash and tables covered in food. Staff didn't seem to care people were disappointed or offer any sort of apology. Very disappointed and no reason they shouldn't be staffed better/more prepared on a holiday weekend at this busy exit. read more

Nothing special, but a good, clean Panda. :) Parents, another reviewer mentioned the lack of changing station and no high chairs... I second no changing stations, but the high chairs are hidden under the drink station. If you look under it on the right side there are two high chairs located there. read more
