One star less since the lobster sauce was a bit bland but the people working there were very nice and packaged our meals up accordingly.

The entry foyer has a nice zen garden display, and is neat and clean. We were promptly greeted and seated in the small but stylish seating area. The menu was a little smaller than some prior posted menus, but still a nice variety of dishes and a selection of sushi, sashimi, and rolls. We had an appetizer of egg drop soup, which was nice with plenty of egg filaments. I ordered a General Tso's Chicken with white rice. It was very nice, good tang, and a subtle heat that grew on you. My spouse had the chicken Lo mein. Her only issue was too few vegetables in the mix. The service was good, the food was good, and the place was nice. Overall I'd say a solid four stars. I'll definitely keep Rice Fusion in mind when I travel near Dover.

First we ordered the calamari, all of them were the same size which tells you it's frozen not made fresh and it tastes frozen and rubbery. Awful. We ordered two of the special sushi rolls and they looked beautiful. As soon as you start to eat them you realize they are drenched in Eel sauce ! Way too much. So much that you can't taste any of the other ingredients in the roll . We did not finish our food and my husband was so hungry. It's not like him to not eat sushi. We took the remaining food home and threw the calamari and sushi in the trash. Go to Chaiyo on Forest. FAR BETTER food and atmosphere!

The order had several special requests. The person taking the order was happy to accomodate all of them. When we picked up the food it was ready and very affordable. Everyone was happy with the food and we ate all the leftovers for the next 2 days. The restaurant itself is nothing special. It is just a small place with a desk/pick-up area with a register. But the food was a big hit with all of us and would recommend take out for here if you are in the area. Don't forget to ask for any extras you may need/want. Ex. Duck, Hot & Soy sauce. They don't include it if you don't ask. But are happy to provide whatever you need.

The server had a major attitude when I asked about the food offered. The dirty dishes sat on the table for way too little long before being cleared. Something easy to warm up. Then I pulled into the parking lot... I saw the words "Happy Fortune". For some reason I decided to check it out and see if it's a Chinese restaurant. As I entered the building, I saw a white man at the counter. I have never seen a white man at the counter. Kids... yes. But never a white man. I was doubtful of ordering. ... I wasn't sure what to get. So I decided to do a simple order of fried chicken wings and fried rice. Before leaving the parking lot. I opened the order and was greeted with goodness. I normally eat half of my order then eat the rest for later. My big back self. Ate the whole thing. I left a few grains of rice and bones. Safe to say. It was one of the best meals I've had. The wings were so so crispy. I could hear every crunch in every bite. I will come back and get some more.
