So disappointed never have had such a bad experience at a Panda Express. I'm from out of town so I know what to expect from a store that I have visited so many times. First of all they were slow and they were out of noodles. Then but the noodles finally came out they were not cooked thoroughly kinda dry and crunchy. I wasn't okay with that but we were so far away and we were feeding six people so that we were not driving back. After a while my niece stopped eating because she found a bug in her food. We have ate inside here as well as go through the drive through and each time we have always enjoyed our food. Is this the best Chinese food? No but it is far from the worst. I love their noodles, which are very good. I also love the packets of chilli sauce they have, very good if you looking to really spice up the food. I have never had a problem with any staff members and we have never had to wait very long for anything we have ordered. I am not sure why so many people give this place such a bad review. If you are looking for Chinese food that is restaurant quality, then go to a restaurant. If you are looking for take out or fast food quality food, then this is more than good enough. read more

We came here on a Wednesday night around 6pm. There was about 5 people in front of us, but they were able to get the line down fast. Another employee from the back came to help because it was getting a little busy. They were really nice about letting us try samples of the different entree choices. I ended up getting the Honey Walnut Shrimp (my new favorite) & Orange Chicken. We dined there, and one of the workers came around the restaurant asking all the guests how everything was while cleaning up other empty tables. On Apple Maps it states that they open at 9 am on Sunday. I drove 40 minutes and they do not open u till 11 am. They're drive thru opens at 9:30. This needs to be stated clearly so people won't waste their time and energy. read more

This is the worst Panda Express I've ever visited. The food was barely lukewarm, and when I asked for fresher food, particularly vegetables, I was told it would be a while before they'd be cooking more vegetables even though the ones they were serving were turning brown. Once I sat down and tasted the rangoons I ordered, I requested fresh ones because they were so lukewarm that the cream cheese was clumped. I was given "fresher" ones from the same lukewarm batch. The only difference was that the "fresher" rangoons had been dipped in hot grease. Unbelievable. read more

Good food poor service and it seems that the black employees at this location seem to only greet white customers. I visited this location on Sunday October,13,2013 with a white friend and he was greeted by a black employee named Crystal but she completely ignored me and this is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. I told her that i was insulted by her clear act of racial bias. There is subtle racism being practiced by black workers toward non-white patrons at this restaurant. The servers, although very pleasant & efficient, should be reminded to let customers know that there is an upcharge on the Angus beef & Honey Walnut Shrimp entrees. I wasn't made aware of this when I ordered my Larger plate with those items & General Tso's Chicken. I spent a bit more than I intended to, even though the food/atmosphere were great! I went to this location 2 weeks prior to date...was told they had to cook whatever dish it was I ordered so I was asked to pull up...it literally took 20 mins! The service was great. The noodles in the dish left a little to be desired as they were partly dry, but the entrees were very tasty, especially the beef in the Angus Beef dish. The young lady at the window was very pleasant and did a great job of taking my order, explaining my options and quickly getting my order to me. Poor service, they took my order, wrote it on the "to go" containers because their was no shrimp and completely forgot my order. I received my order thirty minutes later, when I got home, one order was missing. No one apologized or smiled. The food is tasty but very poor service. read more

Worst experience ever. My chicken was burned at the bottom. I called to complain and the mgr told me it wasn't burnt.. stupid Jedi mind d trick that didn't work since I clearly could see the burned pieces on the Styrofoam container..what it did do was make me angry and insulted. Food is okay, but service is terrible. Bad management. Here on a Saturday at 2:30. Was put on hold at drive thru so waited quite a long time as cashier never came back. Car behind me and myself went inside to find out why. Only two girls running the show. They were apologetic, but it took forever. The girl served me as eat in instead of take out and I didn't have the heart to tell her otherwise. Got to drink station only to discover that no utensils were out. Had to go back and wait forever only to get a plastic spoon because apparently, the forks would not be in until the next day... Really?! Manager, just go to Walmart and buy some for God's sake. How are you supposed to eat large pieces of broccoli and meat with a spoon? This is not my first bad encounter, but the one that finally made me snap. There is one older, black gentleman that works here who is always pleasant, fast, and willing to do whatever is needed, but the other workers really need a class on social skills and basic work ethic.
