Today we ate at three cr restaurants, McDonald, Taco Bell, and the outlet panda. Panda was filthy as I've ever seen it our server sat down to eat at an alread filthy table and then left it to go back to work. For the hour we were there, no one cleaned tables and the beverage station was dried beverage syrup from the whole day. The glass sneeze cards were dirty too. The restaurant is super clean. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the pepper beef. I didn't care for it. I had too much pepper in it and I didn't care for the gravy flavor. It reminded me of pot roast. The meat was super tender and I loved the fresh veggies but for me I didn't care for the sauce. I like getting a panda bowl because it is a great portion and I still couldn't eat all of it. We got there when it first opened so everything was very fresh. I was a little surprise that they had burnt egg rolls. I wanted an egg roll but the pan of egg rolls were burnt. If you burn something toss it away and start again. read more

I feel like I have given this panda so many chances but it's always a bad experience. Drive through is slow and long lines. Workers inside are never friendly and have attitudes and it's dirty in there. Tried a delivery order on their app and after waiting way over the expected delivery time and seeing that it hadn't been picked up I called the store. The girl who answered was rude and told me she couldn't do anything because they don't handle the delivery? Which I get but I ordered on the Panda app so how can their be nothing she can do? The drive through took 37 minutes for 8 vehicles to make it to the window. Then another 10 minutes to wait for the Beef and broccoli to cook up. And guess what was missing from the order that was delivered to our car, as we waited up front... yep. No broccoli beef. The widow guy threw the manager under the bus, saying the wait was on him/her. But he's young, so no biggie. Everyone knows it's the management of any restaurant that makes or breaks it. I'll be back in a couple of months to see if they have smoothed things out. This used to be an amazing place. It will be amazing again. But you might want to avoid the drive thru until June or July. The food, btw, was great. I ordered through grub hub. The grub hub driver didn't take the whole order. I had to order again the worker or manager not sure who noticed I ordered again and gave me my whole order again. He called to apologize even though it was grub hub that was in the wrong. He even called me to apologize. That is true customer service. We have tried so many times. You know people will order the chow mein - it's the main dish yet they never have a decent batch. Every. Single. Time. We are getting what seems like the bottom of the bowl. Not so much noodles as over oiled soggy veggies with a noodle placed here or there. We end up throwing it away after we've had whatever chicken we ordered on top. There are a billion hamburger places. Why can't someone creat another "fast food" Chinese restaurant and do better - it wouldn't be that difficult. Craving Chinese? Get a burger instead. read more

I have tried this Panda Express 2 times now. Order broccoli beef both time and teriyaki chicken. Out or long wait for chicken broccoli and beef Each time it has been less and less. I had 3 pieces of beef last time this time it was barely anything hidden under broccoli. I gave it another try and my mistake will not get my business again. My son and I like Panda Express. It's our fast food chinese. But 'he' doesn't like chinese so I was surprised when we drove by and I said it's open that he wanted to have lunch here. So we did. I think I messed up on checking in here and selected dine in was available but I was distracted by him asking me a question. Oh well. Only take out available. Not sure if they deliver. We went in and ordered. Picked fried rice and king pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. He had chow mein with Beijing beef. The kung pao chicken had no peanuts in it and I don't know if it's because of allergies that they took it away or if they didn't scoop any for me. I didn't like it. The shrimp was ok. The tempura was soft and I prefer a more fried version. And the honey walnut was too sweet for me. He liked his dish ok but wasn't impressed. So we probably won't come here again. If there was a 3.5 star rating, that's what I would select. The only "negative" I've found at this Panda is the wait time. Other than that, the food is delicious. They do a great job overall. The staff is typically in a great mood with smiles ready to serve you! Sure, I have to wait about 10 minutes, but it's better than cooking at home when we choose to eat out. Pros: we didn't wait long at all, the food we did receive was warm, drive through operator was quick and on top of it. Cons: ordered a plate, a bowl and two orders of cream cheese ragoons (6 ragoons total). We only received 4 ragoons and no sauce to go with it. The ones we did receive were soggy. The window operator seemed annoyed they had to help us even though we went an hour before close. Will try this location again as maybe this was an off night and it was our first time visiting. read more

I got a grand total of 3 pieces of the sweet fire chicken breast with my grilled terriyaki chicken and super greens.
