Small portions. Overcooked food. Second time they messed up my order. Won't be returning.

Honestly, I've been here twice now and it's been great each time. I'm not a huge fat food eater but this location has great customer service and food. read more

Walked out! stood in line for 10 minutes and watched the workers service all the internet orders. Don't know why I bother to visit this place as it's their norm that they wait on people that are not even present. Frustrating and poor customer service!! read more

Worst panda I ever been to. Sat for half an hour to get my food once I got it it was completely wrong order. The retard who handed me the food walked away before u could say anything tried to get her attention and ignored me. The costumer service at this location is HORRIBLE. The workers have the worst attitude & made us feel extremely unwelcome. Costumer services makes a big difference & we will find a different place for our take out next time. read more

Always a long wait here. And tonight they were nice enough to include someone's hair I. My orange chicken.

We have given this location numerous chances and have finally decided we will not come back. We sat in drive through line for 25 minutes with only three cars ahead of us. The Meadows Mall location is much more efficient. I wish this Castle Rock location would improve. read more

We waited a very long time for our drive through order sitting at the window, only to get an excess of chow mien with hardly any meat.

They filled 10-12 online orders in front of me before acknowledging I was there, then no food. Make sure to order online, they ignore customers standing in front of them. read more

The restaurant is super clean. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the pepper beef. I didn't care for it. I had too much pepper in it and I didn't care for the gravy flavor. It reminded me of pot roast. The meat was super tender and I loved the fresh veggies but for me I didn't care for the sauce. I like getting a panda bowl because it is a great portion and I still couldn't eat all of it. We got there when it first opened so everything was very fresh. I was a little surprise that they had burnt egg rolls. I wanted an egg roll but the pan of egg rolls were burnt. If you burn something toss it away and start again. read more

Panda Express - Peppered beef. Way too much pepper. Wasn't a fan. - Chinese Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

The servings for chicken was super small 80% low mein and they were out of everything. I've machine was out so I paid 3$ for warm soda and this place always takes forever in drive through l. I might just off myself because of this read more

Today we ate at three cr restaurants, McDonald, Taco Bell, and the outlet panda. Panda was filthy as I've ever seen it our server sat down to eat at an alread filthy table and then left it to go back to work. For the hour we were there, no one cleaned tables and the beverage station was dried beverage syrup from the whole day. The glass sneeze cards were dirty too. Same experience we had at least a year ago when I complained about the same issues= shame on ME! $27 for two. Dis-freaking disgusting for that much fast food setting. Does corporate read this shit. I refuse to tell the managers or staff. They should know better and it isn't rocket science read more

Took 10 min of me just sitting there before someone even acknowledged me. Then the guy that was at the window was very rude to me. Was a very meh experience. read more

I feel like I have given this panda so many chances but it's always a bad experience. Drive through is slow and long lines. Workers inside are never friendly and have attitudes and it's dirty in there. Tried a delivery order on their app and after waiting way over the expected delivery time and seeing that it hadn't been picked up I called the store. The girl who answered was rude and told me she couldn't do anything because they don't handle the delivery? Which I get but I ordered on the Panda app so how can their be nothing she can do? I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. She cancelled it and told me I would get a refund but I never received a refund. read more

Pretty disappointed recently with the quality of food and portion sizes. Tonight was pretty much the final try for us - after grabbing food on the way home from work I was sad to see my 3 entree option which included beef & broccoli was pretty much only broccoli and it wasn't warm. This food isn't cheap either. Should have just gone to Chick Fil A - service and food is always on point there read more

Panda Express - Awful portion size .... especially for the price - this is apparently what you get for a beef and broccoli order with a 3 entree meal - Chinese Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

Ignore the old reviews. New panda staff is friendly and I got my food in a timely manner through the drive thru. 4 stars because one of my proteins was slightly cold. Over all good experience! read more

The drive through took 37 minutes for 8 vehicles to make it to the window. Then another 10 minutes to wait for the Beef and broccoli to cook up. And guess what was missing from the order that was delivered to our car, as we waited up front... yep. No broccoli beef. The widow guy threw the manager under the bus, saying the wait was on him/her. But he's young, so no biggie. Everyone knows it's the management of any restaurant that makes or breaks it. I'll be back in a couple of months to see if they have smoothed things out. This used to be an amazing place. It will be amazing again. But you might want to avoid the drive thru until June or July. The food, btw, was great. That one star I gave it was earned by the food. read more

I ordered through grub hub. The grub hub driver didn't take the whole order. I had to order again the worker or manager not sure who noticed I ordered again and gave me my whole order again. He called to apologize even though it was grub hub that was in the wrong. He even called me to apologize. That is true customer service. I will forever order from there :) wish I got his name he was so kind read more

We have tried so many times. You know people will order the chow mein - it's the main dish yet they never have a decent batch. Every. Single. Time. We are getting what seems like the bottom of the bowl. Not so much noodles as over oiled soggy veggies with a noodle placed here or there. We end up throwing it away after we've had whatever chicken we ordered on top. There are a billion hamburger places. Why can't someone creat another "fast food" Chinese restaurant and do better - it wouldn't be that difficult. Craving Chinese? Get a burger instead. read more

I have tried this Panda Express 2 times now. Order broccoli beef both time and teriyaki chicken. Out or long wait for chicken broccoli and beef Each time it has been less and less. I had 3 pieces of beef last time this time it was barely anything hidden under broccoli. I gave it another try and my mistake will not get my business again. Customer service is great but for portion for price is horrible. read more

Panda Express - Broccoli and a piece a beef. - Chinese Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

Went in just now at opening and was told they didn't have any sides or entrees only orange chicken. And told us to come back in 20 mins.

Grossly overpriced Chinese fast food. I ordered a side order of shrimp in a tiny box and paid $7.50.

Just annoyed that I got no beef with the "broccoli" beef. I've come here before but never received such poor portions as this. read more

My son and I like Panda Express. It's our fast food chinese. But 'he' doesn't like chinese so I was surprised when we drove by and I said it's open that he wanted to have lunch here. So we did. I think I messed up on checking in here and selected dine in was available but I was distracted by him asking me a question. Oh well. Only take out available. Not sure if they deliver. We went in and ordered. Picked fried rice and king pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. He had chow mein with Beijing beef. The kung pao chicken had no peanuts in it and I don't know if it's because of allergies that they took it away or if they didn't scoop any for me. I didn't like it. The shrimp was ok. The tempura was soft and I prefer a more fried version. And the honey walnut was too sweet for me. He liked his dish ok but wasn't impressed. So we probably won't come here again. Masks required and servers wear masks. read more

Pros: we didn't wait long at all, the food we did receive was warm, drive through operator was quick and on top of it. Cons: ordered a plate, a bowl and two orders of cream cheese ragoons (6 ragoons total). We only received 4 ragoons and no sauce to go with it. The ones we did receive were soggy. The window operator seemed annoyed they had to help us even though we went an hour before close. If there was a 3.5 star rating, that's what I would select. The only "negative" I've found at this Panda is the wait time. Other than that, the food is delicious. They do a great job overall. The staff is typically in a great mood with smiles ready to serve you! Sure, I have to wait about 10 minutes, but it's better than cooking at home when we choose to eat out. So I'll call it a win win. read more

What is the magic word to actually get a response from the location management itself?!? I've been to this location several times and had the worst experiences but I keep giving you the benefit of the doubt. I went again today. I ordered a bowl with fried rice, beef with broccoli and a med lemonade. I got a message lemonade with NO DAMN STRAW AGAIN. Then I received my bowl with fried rice and some god awful spicy CHICKEN. Chicken when I ordered beef. WTH?!? No more. I made a complaint the last time to corporate, they stated they would have the location management talk to me. It's been MONTHS.
