This has to be the nastiest food ever made. I've had boiled water that had more flavor then this place absolutely the nastiest so called food I've ever had. I'd rather have gas station food. How do you make orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with zero flavor? Even with the teriyaki sauce it still had no flavor absolutely the nastiest meal I've ever had. Not to mention the rice was hard as a rock. There is zero chance I'd ever eat here again. I seriously cannot express how gross this place is. read more

Not sure why I bother... wish I could give zero stars. 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Look inside and the employee was on their cell phone, then I get my food and the bowl isn't even half full. Ridiculous! read more

I have been to panda in many cities so I ignored the low rating of this location. That was a mistake. The honey walnut shrimp with chow mein was 80% cabbage that tasted off. The shrimp was fine but too much brown cabbage stem was no good. read more

My sister and I wanted Chinese food today. We walked in behind two guys. There were two emoyees behind the counter. The two guys bought a lot of food and wiped out two of the choices that I was hoping g to get. Although, that was not a major problem. The guys kept changing their mind and took longer than usual to place their order. Not once did the employees make any eye contact with either of us or even acknowledge that we were there. We felt disrespected and ignored and headed yo the door to leave. Only then did an employee attempt to make any contact with us. Too late. We went down the road to a Chinese restaurant and had an amazing lunch. No more Panda Express for us. read more

I have just been blown away by the lack of meat in two dishes I purchased. Bought 2 bowls: chicken with beans and beef broccoli with super greens as sides. Each entree had barely 1/2-1 ounce of meat!!! No where near what is considered a standard portion of 3-4oz of protein. Basically I paid $16 for two bowls of veggies!! read more

I'm not sure why others give it fewer stars, but I was happy with both my food and service. The only issue I had was with the app which they could not help me with but were patient while I figured it out (app thought I was redeeming two offers, but I managed to use the "bogo-free offer" in-store through the phone browser). Slightly busy with a lot of hustle at the counter. Plenty of fresh food at 4:30pm on a Saturday. Ambiance was nice inside with a couple tables with families but not noisy. If I wasn't traveling, I might have sat at a table outside since it was sunny, though cool. read more

Just no!! I keep going, I never learn! From never having menu items, long wait, to wrong orders, now today I get a family meal and open it up and the honey walnut shrimp is only 3/4 filled? The other boxes are filled up but I guess you pay more for less here. Never again Canby!! read more

The attitude of the servers was poor. The service was slow. The portions of the food were inconsistent.

I can't express how bummed I am about this location. The kids who work here are just unsocial and the young cooks refuses to cook the chains recipes. Always different then other locations. I had a horrible experience recently, where one of the kids was witnessed sticking their fingers, into peoples to go containers. . I attempted to inform the manager Jose Santiago but he couldn't be bothered. read more

Panda Express - Food looks like it sat for hours. Ugh - Fast Food Near Me - Canby, Oregon

This panda gives us bad service 95% of the time. It's the closest to us so we frequent often but today was the last time. I was there today 5/4/22 at around 2:50pm. I was waiting for my order to be ready when Mari left the building to deliver a order to a parked car. She came back and went right back into the kitchen to serve another order. She did NOT change her gloves. I commented on it and she said she hadn't touched anything and that she opened the door with her shoulder. She must have strong ass shoulders because that door is hard af to open. Minutes later another lady did the same. Apparently she forgot the persons drink because she came right back to serve the drink with again, without changing her gloves. Changing your gloves isn't that hard people! And it's part of your job. read more

Just got home to find out this is what we got for $32. Pretty sure they messed up our order. We were supposed to get 3 full size entrees and 2 full sized sides. This isn't even close. What a rip-off $15 would be a stretch for this. read more

Always missing my cream cheese ragons! Make sure to always check your order before you leave. Oh and let's not talk about the wait time... it's horrible. Now I know why it's a 2 star fast food place. read more

I ordered online. It said on the website to order online, and skip the line. My order confirmation said so, too. I get to the store, and there's a sign on the door that says to pick-up online orders at the drive thru. Well, the drive thru had a line of close to 30 cars! I ordered online to avoid this! I had no time to wait (and waste my gas), so I went elsewhere to get food before my insulin kicked in. Wasted my money on an order that I couldn't pick-up the way they promised. Waiting to see if they'll do the right thing, and refund the order. But silence from the website support so far. If they did make my order, it would have been no good by the time I got through the drive thru. If they weren't going to make it until I got to the front of the long line, then it never got made. Either way, they should refund my money, and turn off their website ordering. read more

I ordered teriyaki chicken through the drive-up. It was so globbed up with fat, I couldn't eat it. I detest chicken fat. Please be more careful next time, or I won't be back. read more

We ate through the drive through and I can't find one positive thing about the horrible service, (no forks, napkins, fortune cookie, nothing! The food didn't even taste like Panda Express, looked like carry over food and tasted like it or the times had expired or not at proper levels. Yes, I was a Taco Bell Manager and I know funky food that's not properly cooked. We had to park and go in for said items. Got no apology. The horrible part was the food. Have repeatedly requested a refund 3 weeks ago with none, not even a response. Corporate doesn't care so now I know why the employees don't care, is there even a DM? Guess not Don't go here with any expectation of good food or service, it's not happening! read more

I wish I could give a lower review but I cant it's awful, the service is horrible AND there RUDE

I've been to this location a number of times, when I was in Canby for the Oregon Renaissance Faire at the fairgrounds. I've always gotten good food, and good service. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly, sharp looking, and efficient. The guys doing the cooking always intrigue me with the way they toss together all the fresh veggies and work the woks over the hot fire. But today was special. I drove up from Silverton for my last minute shopping before Canterbury Faire starts, walked in, and was greeted with the most genuine, cheerful, welcoming, and beautiful smile I've seen in a long time. After I recovered, which took a bit, Alejandra took my order and rang me up, still with that amazing smile. That kind of greeting really makes a person feel welcome, and that's a nice feeling when you're spending three months a thousand miles from home. Yes, I WILL be back! read more

I passed by to get a quick bite to eat but they forgot my spring rolls and when I called I asked them to use the money that went towards the spring rolls to be put towards to charity that they are "collecting" and was told that they could not do that so I just gave the place money for free food was good but customer service was shitty horrible system they have for charity. read more

Panda's is tricky. It suffers the same plight that any buffet restaurant has to deal with. When the food first comes out, it's really good. If it isn't fried then it can stand a little while on the hot line before it looses it's appeal, but if it's fried and it's more than 5 minutes "old", it's appeal has weakened severely. A lot of the Panda's food is fried - so it's almost russian roulette to know if you're going to get the good stuff or the old and soggy stuff. I think they have gone out of their way to shrink the batch sizes of food when they're not as busy and it's easier to find food that has only recently been put out. They are good about giving you a sample if you ask for one so you can tell for yourself. It's just a bummer if you have a yearning for that orange chicken and the free taste tells you that this isn't your day. I do like the times I get the freshest versions of their food. The orange chicken, the kung pao chicken (usually a good bet since it isn't deep fried.) I like having the option of combining two choices between fried rice, noodles and veggies. Generally the food here isn't the lowest calorie food you could find. The staff is on your side though and if you let them know you only want the freshest stuff, they'll help you out. If they offer to bring you some fresh stuff in a couple of minutes, take them up on it. The wait is always worth it. The portion sizes are pretty good for the prices and if you're in a hurry, they are a pretty good choice. For what it's worth, it's one of the few, the proud, the incredible establishments that offer Pepsi products. read more

Panda Express in Canby often gets orders wrong. They leave items out of the bag. But more frustrating is the that they often ask people to wait because food is not cooked and ready. They often state food is in the fryer and will take 5 to ten minutes to cook. This would make sense if they were busy. But it happens even when they are not busy. If you can get to the Wilsonville Panda Express instead of the Canby location you will have a vastly better experience. read more

Panda Express - Canby, Or Panda Express - Fast Food Near Me - Canby, Oregon

So we went online and placed two orders for Plates at the Canby location. We placed the order at 5:15pm for pickup at 6:15 on the same day. I arrived at 6:16pm to pickup my order and there it was...two styrofoam boxes sitting along the steam table waiting. I asked what we were waiting on and was told Beijing Beef. OK...I asked if it was being made. I was assured it was. No action for awhile. I finally asked the two people cooking if they were making Beijing Beef. All I got for that effort was two blank looks and they went back to BS'ing with each other. Finally...action...my boxes moved. Then they stopped. I asked what the holdup was. Now we're waiting for Sweetfire Chicken. Same process...deja vu!! Finally, my order emerged at 6:30pm. Used to be you could count on your order being ready on time. My last two visits to Panda have gone this way. The one prior to this one was 30 minutes late. Seems like they should know what needs to be ready for dinnertime. Data is a wonderful thing!! The other problem seems to be an inability to manage a balance between walk-in customers, drive-through customers and online orders. Seems like all of us are pissed off. read more

We came through the drive thru and I must admit, I'm pretty picky and expect my order to be the exact way I order it; which usually doesn't happen lol Well today (receipt says ) Yadira M. Thanks Yadira read more

This was the 1st time we have EVER had a bad meal at Panda Express. We both ordered the teriyaki chicken rice bowls. There was a ton of chicken, but it was so fatty that it wasn't edible. Panda Express - The goods so hot so fresh so tasty - Fast Food Near Me - Canby, Oregon

This place is awful. I had placed an order online as to avoid waiting in line when I arrived to pick up. The food was not ready at the specified time and they kept telling me 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes... it ended up not being ready until 35 minutes after it was supposed to be. I had to ask to speak with the manager on duty 3 times before he finally came to talk to me. He offered to refund my order... I accepted and left. A week later I had still not received my refund... I tried calling multiple times on Saturday and Sunday and no one answered. I finally spoke with the store manager on last Monday and he advised me that the refund had not been submitted. He said he would contact the correct department at corporate and have the refund processed. He said he would follow up with me on Tuesday he never did. He also offered a free meal but I was left with no. Lue how to go about getting that. This place is trash. Panda Expeess can eat shit. I sent a message to Panda Express customer care via the website last week and did not hear back from anybody. So thanks Diego for the suggestion, I beat you to it, and still no reply from them. Thanks. read more

I have gone to this location multiple times trying to give them a fair chance, but I just keep getting disappointed. First off it's the crappy and slow service. One time I was in there I got a chicken egg roll and I get back to work and there is no sauce for it? Doesn't it come with it? Every other location I've been to you get a sauce with your egg roll. I was bummed, but yet I have it another shot and ordered one again and this I was determined to get that sauce and I didn't see them put one in the bag so I asked the lady if she'd look to see and if I could get one. You could tell she was annoyed with looking in my bag to see if it was there and it wasn't. She rudely said to me "I'll just give you one!" Digs around for one and then also rudely hands it to me and says "Here!" Ummm....what the heck!? You're supposed to get s sauce with it lady! Then that same order I wanted something they told me I would have to wait 10 mins for, and I'm on my lunch break so I just ordered something different not mad about it. I got broccoli beef instead. Get to work and it's all broccoli and just 2 very small pieces of beef. I mean if I wanted to eat just broccoli I would have ordered JUST broccoli, ok. I have heard my coworkers complain about there lack of service and poorly cooked food as well. So I don't think I wanna pursue going here anymore. You lost this customer!! read more

I went to Panda Express tonight around 9:20 and and ordered my food and they informed me it would be about 10 minutes for my food. I said no problem! I got my food and went home and am just now getting to eat my food and BOY MUST I SAY!!! My food is absolutely amazing! They cooked everything fresh!!! And because of that my food was still somewhat warm when I finally got to eat it. I havnt eaten here in about two months and most times I go mid day and the food is alright but never super fresh but still good I can't complain but today they did a fantastic job! So if any of you see this that work there please know I love the pride you take in your job even though I really know you're just doing your job needless to say I appreciate you! read more

The team working on 01-22-2021 need more training. All of them. They gave me the wrong orders on each plate (got 2). They didn't give me my kids drink nor the extra side I ordered. This is the second time they do this. They honestly suck at doing their job and shitty service read more

I went to this drive thru - while the person who helped me was lovely the food was not. The walnut shrimp (extra charge) was soggy with the sauce all having soaked in and there was a definate lack of walnuts. The orange chicken was so dry it had to have been hours old - again there was no sauce and the flavor was very off putting due to the age of the chicken. The chow mien had noodles that were black on one side - obviously they were not tasty due to this burned flavor. So, basically I wasted 8.95 for food that went into the trash. I have been to many Panda Express locations and this is the first time I have felt the food was inedible and bad enough to spend time writing a negative review. read more

I overall enjoyed the service at this location but one employee in particular betzai was unnecessarily snarky and rude she basically rushed me out and when my order was wrong I came back in and asked for them to change it I took into consideration that they were probably busy and it had been a mix up but when I asked her to fix it she continued to tell me how I was wrong and that it's what I ordered rolling her eyes before I even had time to give her my receipt she took my order back and changed it eventually she basically shoved it in the bag and walked away read more

Please don't throw your hands up in a tiff when I pull in the drive 10 minutes before you close I can clearly see you and I'm pretty sure your franchisee owner would not appreciate seeing this either. I wanna apologize for being that asshole that showed up to your work on a Saturday night before you closed. I'm empathetic to you having a busy, long - maybe even complicated day with rude customers or problems at home. But at the same rate your customer service was so bad that the lady on the intercom was sighing and huffing and puffing her way through my first plate (we had three people in the car). I wasn't ordering your entire menu but I wanted some decent food. I have been weary about this place in the past, from my experiences going here for 12 years of my life as I've seen the customer service just plummet and quite frankly the food quality too. My kid wanted panda so we drove 20 minutes just to make it here in time for you to be pissy about my order. I'm not writing a review to the public, I'm writing a review to the staff that worked closing shift on 12/18/2021. You are pathetic in your lack of customer service. It's really sad, even if matters are stressful the customer is always right and you guys chose to work here. You lost money tonight and clearly lose it often based on the reviews I read this evening from recent. To the lady who half-assed tried to take my order: I didn't even let you finish your sentence and drove off because of your attitude. Excuse my rudeness but if you see this you know who you are and you just lost a customer. To put it blunt, Canby Panda Express sucks. Like a lot. read more

Agree with other reviewers that when they are busy its usually fresh and hot and pretty good but there is a dark side...if you actually walk into the place to order your food they will leave you standing there waiting to order or waiting to complete your order because all their attention AND all the food goes out the drive thru! It is positively MADDENING! There can be a line of people in various stages of the process just standing there while car after car gets their orders. People have gotten so incredibly lazy that they have to order food for 20 people in the drive thru? Oh Come on! I've also noticed that the portion sizes have decreased. We used to get food here weekly. The Food was fresh and tasty but the quality has gone down hill and we've only been here about twice in 2 months. Tonight nothing was very good...Disappointing but may return at some point to try again. read more

First time I've been to a Panda Express in years. I've been craving Chinese food for awhile so I drive to Canby from Woodburn. I was quite surprised with the generous portions in the large plate I ordered. I did not care for the Grilled Teriyaki chicken. Instead of the chicken being sliced like on the menu, it was pulled then covered in teriyaki sauce. The other entrees I ordered were excellent. I will definitely return. read more
