I usually have a good experience, but this time was different. I asked for a NACHO and they gave me chips and cheese.

Went through drive thru - ordered $40 worth of food. They did not give me my steak chalupa supreme or one of my steak burritos supreme. No one answers the phone when you call the number from the receipt. The phone number that comes up when you Google can be Taco Bell does not work. There were two guys standing in the drive-through window. One of them was doing absolutely nothing and apparently checking the order before handing it to people. It was too much to ask. read more

I don't understand the low reviews. The food is good, basic, tasty food. The food is well prepared and good quality. The service that I see is excellent! Especially from Inty. The orders are done correctly and quickly. It's FAR better than any other Bell I have been to (you want a crummy Bell experience, go to Oregon City...sheesh!) I ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito. I asked for them to swap the avocado ranch for the normal chipotle sauce that comes on it. They subtracted the chipotle sauce and added avocado ranch, wanting to charge me an extra $.60 when I asked why they couldn't just swap out the sauces I was simply told that's just how it is From my location that typically gives me good food I left disappointed. read more

What a cluster f*** this place is. It's a brand new building, yet it's the same old substandard experience. We came through the drive through and ordered a half dozen items and the 5 we received were pretty sad and mostly cold. When we discovered the missing taco I took the receipt in and asked to have it. I order the simplest thing on the menu; a chicken quesadilla. three ingredients: tortilla, chicken, sauce. and time after time i get it without the effing sauce. EVERY TIME and whenever i complain or try to order the quesadilla WITH sauce i get attitude and am told oh it comes with the sauce, to which i respond "do your workers know that???" tired of having to drive back every time .. it's not that hard. idk maybe they need a refresher of what goes on what. read more

We went in and placed our order through the kiosk. As I stood waiting for our food, I watched a worker eating chips with his gloves on then making tacos with those same gloves. This during the time we are all cautious about Corona virus! I asked for the manager and explained to her what i saw. Eric at the drive through literally huffed when I was asking about a cheese beef potato burrito for my autistic child. He said the name of something with Chipotle sauce and those ingredients. We asked for that without the Chipotle and he again scoffed at the request. Ask for a chapula, change my mind and ask for a chapula meal less than 10 seconds later and he goes seriously into the mic. It's been awhile since I had Taco Bell, even longer since using the Canby location. Yes they built a new building, it's nice, but bland. I didn't come for the building Esthetics though. We just wanted a quick simple meal, and we were served disappointment. Let's start with sauce packets, if you say yes it should be safe to assume you'd get something... 0 zilch nada. When you order, pay and verify the order with them you assume it's in the bag. No we in typical Canby Taco Bell fashion we're shorted an item. Hence the husband and went into the new building to get missing item... 12 minutes later, I'm thinking bad thoughts, and worrying that perhaps he's finally unleashed the hounds of hell in reasonability and is giving some lost Blue haired teenage soul, some common sense what for. . So I walked in only to find a family and two other customers soulfully mournfully waiting for their orders as well. It appears the workstations that used to be in the old Taco Bell have been minimized and there's a lot of people doing a groovy dance trying to fill orders... in short it is chaos. 15 minutes later with one spicy potato taco we leave that dirty dingy brand new Taco Bell only to enjoy our now cold food with no sauce packages. Now the spicy potato taco is it pretty OK, it's made exceptionally better with that Taco Bell sauce packet so a little more misery a lot more disappointment and a manifesto in which this family will likely never go back to the Canby Taco Bell. I'm a taco bell lover but I will drive to Brooks if I want it now. For past 8 years I've gone, but during this last year the food and customer service is no longer there. When crew are wearing dirty uniforms on regular basis, and having poor attitudes makes it uninviting. I've had to go inside and get my order replaced because of brown lettuce and the guy said, "well my job isn't the food, I just take money" this is a result of poor management. On my way to West Linn, I stopped by Taco Bell to visit the drive through and grab something quick to go. I ordered a double-decker taco and a Doritos Loco fiery taco. The food was the same as it is at any Taco Bell. My comment here is aimed at the service - it was about 6:00 and despite a half-empty parking lot service and just a few cars ahead of me in the drive through, service was very slow. After placing my order, the cars ahead of me did not move for at least 5 more minutes and I was asked to order a 2nd time ("already ordered", "okay, sorry"). Just not well run, but then again, it's little different from most Taco Bells in the area. read more

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Oregon. Being from Cali, I make a special trip every time I visit. The Volcano Taco is to die over but when I thought it couldn't get any better, the geniuses at Taco Bell go and add a Dorito taco. I can't say it is better than the Volcano, that would be sacrilege, but it is exquisite in its own right. The only problem I have is that TB doesn't offer Coke; I am not a big Pepsi fan. However, this is easily rectified with a quick trip to the McDonalds drive thru next door and makes for a wonderful pairing. Ole!! read more

Some staff and one particular manager here is rude! Also won't give me the receipt because they don't want bad reviews to be seen by their district area coach. I went to Taco Bell on National taco day there wasn't any mention of it , no discounts or two for one nothing. My taco and burrito supreme was not supreme there wasn't any sour cream and no meat just sauce and a thick tortilla. The little bit meat in my taco, did not have any seasoning ,and had a handful of cheese and tomatoes that was it. It was a huge disappointment.
