It had been along time since visiting Taco Bell. Positives: Efficient, affordable Negatives: Their food quality has slipped. Not as much meat, speed has overtaken treating the food with care. read more

Went through drive thru - ordered $40 worth of food. They did not give me my steak chalupa supreme or one of my steak burritos supreme. No one answers the phone when you call the number from the receipt. The phone number that comes up when you Google can be Taco Bell does not work. There were two guys standing in the drive-through window. One of them was doing absolutely nothing and apparently checking the order before handing it to people. It was too much to ask. read more

I usually have a good experience, but this time was different. I asked for a NACHO and they gave me chips and cheese.

I don't understand the low reviews. The food is good, basic, tasty food. The food is well prepared and good quality. The service that I see is excellent! Especially from Inty. The orders are done correctly and quickly. It's FAR better than any other Bell I have been to (you want a crummy Bell experience, go to Oregon City...sheesh!) The people giving this Bell low marks are nuts. read more

Food smelled poisoned and service was at a fuse. I recommend new ownership that will improve the community and nearby institutions

Absolutely the slowest Toco Bell ever must of waited for over 5 minutes for 2 burritos nobody in drive thru one person already eating in the restaurant not to mention the burritos were not even folded correctly almost half of the burrito fell out on the 1st bite this is hands down the worst Toco Bell ever I will not come back here ever again there not even cheapish anymore 9 bucks for 2 crappy burritos eff that bs read more

I ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito. I asked for them to swap the avocado ranch for the normal chipotle sauce that comes on it. They subtracted the chipotle sauce and added avocado ranch, wanting to charge me an extra $.60 when I asked why they couldn't just swap out the sauces I was simply told that's just how it is From my location that typically gives me good food I left disappointed. read more

I had placed an order online, hoping that they would get it correct this one time we had ordered. ( mind you every time we've ordered the past couple times they've gotten everything wrong.) Today we finally had enough and had to call complaining about every item we had gotten was wrong. We thought we were in luck with someone who was willing to help us out. But when we received our second bag of food, they only corrected two things out of eight. very disappointed with the service. read more

I would suggest that you check your food before you actually take a bite. I just received a crunch wrap with mold on it. When I went inside I was told there is no way there was mold. Showed him and he offered to make me another one? Really ? I don't think so, I doubt I will be eating there again. read more

What a cluster f*** this place is. It's a brand new building, yet it's the same old substandard experience. We came through the drive through and ordered a half dozen items and the 5 we received were pretty sad and mostly cold. When we discovered the missing taco I took the receipt in and asked to have it. Nearly 20 minutes and 3 people later I left to eat my now stone cold food with a hot taco for my wife. Once done I dropped the paper in their garbage, used the restroom and nearly lost my long waited for lunch as it appeared someone had chosen to shave what appeared to be pubes into the sink ... wtf?? I'm not coming back... read more

I love there Mexican pizza but I think it is out of season. But go two Order is the cravings box

I order the simplest thing on the menu; a chicken quesadilla. three ingredients: tortilla, chicken, sauce. and time after time i get it without the effing sauce. EVERY TIME and whenever i complain or try to order the quesadilla WITH sauce i get attitude and am told oh it comes with the sauce, to which i respond "do your workers know that???" tired of having to drive back every time .. it's not that hard. idk maybe they need a refresher of what goes on what. read more

We went in and placed our order through the kiosk. As I stood waiting for our food, I watched a worker eating chips with his gloves on then making tacos with those same gloves. This during the time we are all cautious about Corona virus! I asked for the manager and explained to her what i saw. She went back and talked to th worker, he then turned around with the same gloves and made our food! The last time we came to this location the worker kept running his hands through his hair then making food. Now today I see the store is closed due to a coronavirus outbreak. Im not surprised....We wont be back to this location. read more

Messed up nearly everything on the order. Had to go back up about three times to get what I ordered. Didn't put cheese in between shells on my or my sisters cheesy gordita crunch. Mexican pizza was just sad. read more

Taco bell needs to fix what they are doing. Every time something REALLY good comes out ( Such as the loaded grillers and the Mexican pizza ) they remove it. Its almost like they are trying to degrade their restaurant. If the whole community buys an item, ALOT. Then it must be good and they probably shouldn't remove it. But, then again, just my opinion. read more

Eric at the drive through literally huffed when I was asking about a cheese beef potato burrito for my autistic child. He said the name of something with Chipotle sauce and those ingredients. We asked for that without the Chipotle and he again scoffed at the request. Ask for a chapula, change my mind and ask for a chapula meal less than 10 seconds later and he goes seriously into the mic. Then says so you want a number 6, if I knew the menu well I wouldn't have asked for help. I also couldn't see the menu numbers. I don't know your menu, Eric, I don't work there. So rude, left out of line and will be telling my friends to steer clear. Never had a bad experience at a taco bell before moving here and both times it was Eric's nasty attitude that ruined it. Customer service isn't your calling, Eric. read more

I honestly don't think A single employee at the canby location has half a fuckin brain. I don't know what's goin on at this location but the managment needs some serious fuckin work. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I love Taco Bell. The service is fast, but the food is awful and seems almost in edible. I've been inside once and it was gross, not very clean. So the food reflects that because it tastes stale and old. One of my tacos even had hard cheese and yellowish lettuce. Stay away if you don't want to lose your love for Taco Bell. read more

The food is great. The staff needs some major attitude adjustments. As a former fast food worker who also worked the drive thru window, I get it: we all hate our lives when we work fast food. But this location, they don't even make an effort to try and hide the fact that they hate everyone driving through, which is very unprofessional. It makes the experience of having to talk to them for even a few seconds miserable read more

I have always wondered why the owner thinks he should charge more than what is advertised on TV, $5.49 for the $5.00 box or $1.29 instead of $1.00 on the advertised chicken enchilada burrito. I have loved taco bell since 1965 but this just pisses me off. read more

The worst drive through experience. Waited 10 min for food. Wrong items, missing items and even tossed sauce to me. My dew blast freeze half full. Stay away from drive through. The phone number on receipt is disconnected. Manager was unresponsive and clueless. The 1800TACOBELL did not provide refund. Had to contact my bank! !!! read more

The girl who took our order was really nice her name was Desirae D. She gave us free drinks too!

Total garbage. Today they charging FULL PRICE for their meals HOWEVER THE DRINK MACHINE IS BROKEN....You get substitued water instead which is always free, however they won't discount the meal for lack of proper drink. CANBY OREGON read more

Aside from the parking lot being full of pot holes, this TB is just fine. The 8 of us ventured here together for lunch (yes, I know), and we all ate for around $33.00. The one perk-this place was loudly jamming the 70's Muzack station and the ladies all enjoyed signing out loud. read more

I'm a taco bell lover but I will drive to Brooks if I want it now. For past 8 years I've gone, but during this last year the food and customer service is no longer there. When crew are wearing dirty uniforms on regular basis, and having poor attitudes makes it uninviting. I've had to go inside and get my order replaced because of brown lettuce and the guy said, "well my job isn't the food, I just take money" this is a result of poor management. I've been a lobby customer and a drive thru. I have them chance and chances again. read more

its a taco bell, what do you expect? this location is pretty clean, seems pretty safe, and the food tasted about average for a taco bell, 3.5 stars read more

It's been awhile since I had Taco Bell, even longer since using the Canby location. Yes they built a new building, it's nice, but bland. I didn't come for the building Esthetics though. We just wanted a quick simple meal, and we were served disappointment. Let's start with sauce packets, if you say yes it should be safe to assume you'd get something... 0 zilch nada. When you order, pay and verify the order with them you assume it's in the bag. No we in typical Canby Taco Bell fashion we're shorted an item. Hence the husband and went into the new building to get missing item... 12 minutes later, I'm thinking bad thoughts, and worrying that perhaps he's finally unleashed the hounds of hell in reasonability and is giving some lost Blue haired teenage soul, some common sense what for. . So I walked in only to find a family and two other customers soulfully mournfully waiting for their orders as well. It appears the workstations that used to be in the old Taco Bell have been minimized and there's a lot of people doing a groovy dance trying to fill orders... in short it is chaos. 15 minutes later with one spicy potato taco we leave that dirty dingy brand new Taco Bell only to enjoy our now cold food with no sauce packages. Now the spicy potato taco is it pretty OK, it's made exceptionally better with that Taco Bell sauce packet so a little more misery a lot more disappointment and a manifesto in which this family will likely never go back to the Canby Taco Bell. There's not much else in town unless you really keen on pizza but it's probably worth the wait comparably. read more

On my way to West Linn, I stopped by Taco Bell to visit the drive through and grab something quick to go. I ordered a double-decker taco and a Doritos Loco fiery taco. The food was the same as it is at any Taco Bell. My comment here is aimed at the service - it was about 6:00 and despite a half-empty parking lot service and just a few cars ahead of me in the drive through, service was very slow. After placing my order, the cars ahead of me did not move for at least 5 more minutes and I was asked to order a 2nd time ("already ordered", "okay, sorry"). Just not well run, but then again, it's little different from most Taco Bells in the area. read more

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Oregon. Being from Cali, I make a special trip every time I visit. The Volcano Taco is to die over but when I thought it couldn't get any better, the geniuses at Taco Bell go and add a Dorito taco. I can't say it is better than the Volcano, that would be sacrilege, but it is exquisite in its own right. The only problem I have is that TB doesn't offer Coke; I am not a big Pepsi fan. However, this is easily rectified with a quick trip to the McDonalds drive thru next door and makes for a wonderful pairing. Ole!! read more

Taco Bell... This place is a nice little one. You have to specify that you want mild sauce otherwise you will leave with none if you go through the drive thru. read more

WORST TACO BELL EVER! it never fails that they give me the wrong thing or they don't give me half my order. this taco bell has gone down hill. not to be rude but really taco bell? you have to put the one employee that speaks the least amount of english on drive thru? its impossible to understand if they're even getting your order correct. which is a HUGE part of the problem. i'd rather waste gas and just drive to the wilsonville store. read more

Some staff and one particular manager here is rude! Also won't give me the receipt because they don't want bad reviews to be seen by their district area coach. This one manager told me to get my food and get out. Awful customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Granted I know not all staff is that way, but the crappy ones really brings the place down. I won't say names because of slander laws, but if that manage doesn't like you personally, she will treat you rudely at here as well. read more

Juan was working drive thru and had terrible customer service. Absolutely rude. Will not be returning.

I went to Taco Bell on National taco day there wasn't any mention of it , no discounts or two for one nothing. My taco and burrito supreme was not supreme there wasn't any sour cream and no meat just sauce and a thick tortilla. The little bit meat in my taco, did not have any seasoning ,and had a handful of cheese and tomatoes that was it. It was a huge disappointment.
