5/5 stars for having a drive-thru pickup Chinese Fast Food takeout and for being fast. The restaurant is cleaned and the food is served in the cleaned takeout to-go boxes containers. I came here many times for Wok Wednesday meals and got many good food rewards offers. read more

We came here for lunch on a Saturday, and surprisingly, I was the first one in line. The service started off great right away. The staff member who helped me was Divina P., and she was absolutely wonderful. I ordered three plates with a variety of dishes, including orange chicken, Beijing beef, Angus steak, beef broccoli, and eggplant tofu. Everything looked fresh and appetizing. Unfortunately, I did have to wait a little for the eggplant tofu to finish cooking, but Divina handled the situation perfectly. She was very kind and offered me a free drink while I waited, which was a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Divina was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the short wait completely worth it. Overall, it was a great lunch experience, and the outstanding service truly stood out. I would definitely come back again because of the quality food and amazing customer service. read more

We love Panda Express ! It's nice to have a drive thru option that isn't traditional fast food burgers/tacos. The drive thru makes it so easy! The family meal is a fantastic deal, 3 entrees and two sides. Feeds 5. Always made fresh, hot and delicious. I've actually never had a bad meal here. Our favorites are the Honey Walnut shrimp, Beijing Beef and the black pepper sirloin steak. read more

You can't make this up... this bug was in our food. It's not the first time something like this has happened in Panda Express. This is intolerable and disgusting and they should not be allowed to be open and continue serving and cooking food in any community. I'm about to puke. read more

Pulled up at 10:53 PM, they close at 11:30, and was told they had "nothing left" except fried rice and eggplant tofu. So what exactly are you open for? We were starving so we took it anyway. First red flag, the bag was tied tight at the drive thru so we could not even check our food before leaving. That already felt off. Got home and wow... the bowl was basically a pile of soggy eggplant and random bell peppers thrown together like scraps. I literally got ONE piece of tofu. One. Then we asked for soy sauce and got handed a bunch of random sauces instead. Not even what we asked for. Christian was the one who helped us, and the overall interaction just felt rushed and careless. I understand it is late and people are tired, but if you are still open you should still be serving decent food and basic customer service. This felt like we are done for the night, take whatever we give you. If you are going here late, do not. You are paying full price for leftovers you cannot even check before you leave. read more

This place is awesome. I'm so happy to have a location closer to home and our favorite server from TSJ is there. Bonus! The food is consistently good, and the staff is courteous and fast. read more

Our insights: * Staple food order- (plate) half chow mein and half greens for entrees is the honey walnut shrimp and any beef dish (would recommend does not disappoint) * The cashiers and attendants are nice (my kababayans) attentive and prompt to our orders and shows a service with a smile. * The location got renovated and looks new. Dining experience is awesome recommended to eat during downtime hours so you can pick where to seat. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Brentwood, California

One of the better Panda locations we've visited. Ordering on the app is pretty efficient when they have someone dedicated to handling those orders. The food is pretty standard. They keep the location clean and decor is what you'd expect at a Panda Express. One of the workers came up to us and was very nice and asked us to do the survey on their website. She gave my daughter an activity book and asked us how our food was etc. We will be back. read more

Have been a regular for years , however, they recently did a promo for free delivery, so I placed an order. It was delivered timely. However upon opening it was not my order. Made repeated attempts to call. The auto voice said they were too busy to answer and would hang up. Tried repeatedly. So then tried emails. What a joke. Wrong order still in my fridge, was not anything I. My like realm and still no resolution. Wasted 32.00 Will never use their delivery service again read more

My order was on time. Lilian was very professional and I was able to get in and out very quickly. The food was great

Lilian is one the greatest customer service professionals I've ever in encountered in a span of 30 sec she greeted me helped me bring my food to my car helped a customer by bring a chair over for them I'd have to say that was a very nice service! My food was good nothing crazy fr but the customer service today 10/10 my food 7/10! Well 8 hit my protein goals. read more

They have an AI person taking orders and screwing up the system. Took thirty minutes to get to the window and the guy tried to give us another person's order. Took four tries just for him to hear us we were practically yelling at this point. Finally got my order after showing the order in the app and giving the last four digits of my phone number. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND read more

The food was ok, what do you expect from a fast food place, right? So, overall not too bad. Workers were fast and efficient. The place was busy and clean. Plenty of parking. I like their drive thru. read more

Please consistently have food ready for all guests. I waited in line inside for roughly 6 mins. Watched while drive up and delivery orders were made. I get it. But plan for that. By the time they got to me, there was no more honey walnut shrimp, string bean chicken breast, or teriyaki chicken. I asked how long... 6-7 more mins. This happens a lot and I usually let it go, but it's really frustrating now. read more

I went here for the first time and had ordered with the AI ordering tool in the drive thorough. Ordered chicken friend rice, orange chicken and peppered steak with broccoli. The lady at the drive though was so nice, great service. But, less than 30 minutes of eating my food, it made me absolutely sick. It's been over 12 hrs since I ate. I can't keep food in my stomach or in my intestines if you know what I mean.... Absolutely sick to my stomach and it's been that many hrs. read more

I like Panda and thought because this is new, the food and staff should be good right? Tuesday dinner 6pm and we walked in but the food was sitting for a while. I asked if I could get newer orange chicken and she said no. Cmon it's 6 pieces of chicken right? Also the portions are small. Cmon Panda Brentwood please do better. Yes, I did a the survey. read more

I never really eat at Panda Express because I like authentic Chinese food and panda is like fast food Chinese, but my daughter wanted to try. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a gentleman named Christian J. He was very nice and attentive as I stared at the menu trying to decide what to order for my daughter. Like I said, I never really come here so I was trying to see all the different selections and prices. Christian provided great customer service. I was in a rush, but he was very quick. I was literally in and out within like 5 minutes. The food was good; we both had fried rice and the grilled chicken teriyaki. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce so everything tasted pretty good. My daughter also enjoyed her meal. But the 5 stars mainly for Christian's quick and fast, attentive customer service. read more

These people very unprofessional doesn't understand English good and very very slow taken orders and a little wired.

This review is about a pick up mobile app order efficiency. Please Consider this as constructive feedback about their efficiency as it is very new location. Scheduled for 7:15 pick up and got there 7:10 to get it nice and hot to drive home. In the pick up area there is a convenient digital queue board to show your order in a red, yellow and green status (pictured at 7:15 in yellow status!) I sat near the pick up area to watch, maybe it's almost done or it's on the shelf already. Saw few employees assemble my order that SEEMED efficient. Then my order showed completed as GREEN status with 7:19, not the target of 7:15. I didn't see it in the pick up shelf at that time. Instead, I see it behind the shelf in the prep station WAITING to be tied up, utensils added etc. The gal I saw who put my order IN the bags straight walked away, abandoned it. Not sure what happened.. but wtf. Had to bug the cashier next to the pick up area to check where my order is, and thankfully she wasn't swamped with a line. She double checked the order TWICE (literally) to make sure it was accurate. I asked her if I could see it but she said no, it was complete and accurate. Completed the bag and tied it up. Food quality was fresh. But side dishes were sloppy and meek! Barely got any super greens, no broccoli! Was there a shortage? See pictures. I think that's why the cashier had to double look twice. I'm sure this place still needs more time as it is only couple weeks old. If I had more time I'd talk to a manager. But maybe will do the survey on the receipt. Lone tree and Balfour are the veteran locations and always give adequate proportions. read more

This is a new Panda Express in Brentwood California off Sand Creek. I really don't like this Panda because they don't give you the quality ingredients that we come to expect for example when I order the broccoli chicken it's mostly broccoli maybe two pieces of chicken and when I ordered the mushroom chicken it was all mushrooms I don't even think there was one piece of chicken in other words someone there is instructing their Cooks to use less meat I guess to save cost on food at the expense of the experience of what their food should be so that's why they are getting one star and until they fix this problem and retrain their Cooks to make it the proper way then one star is what they'll be given every time sorry to say read more

The bad: 1. Drive through order taker was very rude & rushed through the process & then got irritated with me when I slowed her down to ask for the sweet/sour sauce & other items they forgot to put in my bag. 2. Spring rolls were disgusting. Threw in garbage. 3. Crab Rangoons were over fried & had obviously been sitting in the heat a long time. Threw in garbage. The good: 1. Orange chicken + beef broccoli + fried rice was good and typical of this chain. read more

Terrible service. The girl at the windown gave us a major attitude when we asked for utensils and sweet and sour sauce. They took 10 mins to take our order in the drive thru while we were the only car waiting . The portions are a joke bearly any food for 2 entrees and chowmein. I'm never ever going back. Whoever that girl on the window needs to be nicer to customers. Otherwise, stay away from the window. read more

I give up with this new location. Tiny portions. Their "chef" needs training. Inedible onion skins, tough stalks of broccoli, tasteless dry rice and chow mein and when DoorDashed no soy sauce, forks, napkins, fortune cookies. Nothing! NOT a good Panda. Going to other location from now on. Given them 4-5 tries...no improvement. DONE! read more

Ordered through App for a Family meal and other items and app said it would be ready at 530pm so I made arrangements to pickup at that time. I arrived at 530 to find out the food had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Then when I got home we where missing our chow mein and fried rice which was part of the family meal and the food was cold and did not taste good. This the second time I have had issues with this location. I sent a message to their customer service and it's been 2 weeks of no response. I will not be returning. It is not rocket science to check an order before you bag it. It wasn't even busy when I picked it up!! read more

First, they gave me a small percent of noodles and rice, most of the vegetables Were disgusting! They didn't even asked if I wanted some vegetables in my noodles and just put it inside! Instead of putting orange chicken, they lied that they didn't have orange chicken, but with my two eyes I saw that they had a full bowl of orange chicken... The elderly person behind the counter was very rude, and there was no music at all! They were rushing us to finish eating when we wanted to take our time, and the elderly person next to us told us to hurry up, because more people needed booths, but there was clearly 5 more! read more

I don't know why I can't find a panda that's food taste decent not over cooked and tasteless used to be better

This location in particular never has any items ready. I've been here a few times and not once have I been able to order and leave. It's ALWAYS a wait. The drive thru is so narrow good luck if you have a large vehicle. There are car marks all over the retaining wall from people hitting it. The food is garbage. I know it's panda but I'm not sure it's even real meat they are serving at this point. read more

Service sucks. Portions are little. The chowmein and kung pao chicken doesn't taste right. Very poor customer service,

Had a great experience from beginning to end! Ordered at the drive thru and food was hot with well served portions. The girl that took our order was really nice and made sure our order was correct. Will definitely be going back to this location. The drive thru is a plus. read more

We were so happy to see a Panda was opening closer to our house and couldn't wait to try it. We have since given it a try 3 times now and have been very disappointed. After the first and second time we thought, maybe they just needed to get the kinks worked out... After the 3rd time I now think they need a training lesson. Our first and second time our orders were definitely not regular size orders. It almost felt like they didn't have enough food for all the orders at the time so they skimped on full portions. The third time we ordered online pick up and got home with the wrong order and it was also not a full portion. After taking it back they said, "oh sorry" and threw in a free egg roll (which we don't like). Also, when we walked back in to tell them about the wrong order the employees were sitting around eating (big plates of food) I think we may wait awhile to go back to this location. PANDA, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM read more
