Always the same flavor. Always consistent. Love that. I don't care if people say it's not "real" Chinese. The flavors don't change so you're not disappointed when you go. Sometimes the servings can be off, so blah. But it's never not a decent meal for the price you pay. Happy there is one here cause the "real" Chinese places around here suck. read more

Food is always HOT. Best Panda Express I've ever been to. I always get the larger plate all orange chicken and friend rice and I love how much you get for the price. Always worth it. My first interaction with this restaurant was really great. I got a bowl of the honey sesame chicken and super greens. I came back two days later and the protein portion was completely off. They only gave me 3 pieces of chicken which was disappointing considering the price I payed. I tried called the restaurant several times but no one answered. read more

Brand new store! I say that first for their benefit. No Sweet tea! No napkins! No soy sauce! Many entrees are missing (not prepared) on the line. The absolute worst experience at a Panda Express ever. I hope this is management issue and not a corporate issue. I feel that the management did not project out far enough on their product orders. There was also a piece of plastic in my food that the manager said was an outer layer peel of an onion! I am still not convinced as I felt it was very hard to tear but could be wrong. I waited 2 years for this store to open. I have been driving to Louisville or Nashville for my cravings. I WILL be coming back and when I do, I will erase this post after 2 consecutive visits without major incident. I am a BIG fan of Panda Express and do NOT want them to fail here. P.S. I informed the management that my wife had to go into restroom to get napkins. I also told him that there was another couple sitting next to us that he should maybe think about giving them a card for a free entree to make an effort to show his displeasure of his failure. He did NOTHING! He just confirmed that they were not happy and left our presence. UPDATE: We went back and the service and food was spectacular! I knew it was just (hopefully) a one time bad experience. This time they exceeded expectations of service. Thank you for reading. PS. The customer service department reached out to me and offered to pay for our botched meals. I accepted but would love to use them to pay it forward to someone that has never tried this place before. Ordered 1 plate and 1 bowl today and the food was horrible. The fried rice is undercooked, the rice grains were still hard, almost crunchy. The chow mein basically contains 3/4 of vegetable compared to a tiny portion of noodle. I've ordered here many times before and the food quality has been so inconsistent, it's almost as if their cooks were using different recipes for the same dish. I don't think management cares very much about their brand reputation. read more

Very disappointed as they have reduced the size of their servings and not their prices. Their "plate" meals are the size of a small cereal bowl. We ordered 3 plates 3 egg rolls and an apple roll and it was 37$. One meal could not even satisfy our hunger as a dinner. Never again. read more

On a weekday evening after work, i was craving some asian fusion food and picked this gem of a place. I was too tired to pick up the order, so i ordered a take out using Ubereats. The delivery driver was jasmine. I ordered some of orange chicken, pepper chicken, kung pao chicken and sesame chicken. A couple of friends were coming over to hang out and decided to dine in and glad i did ordered. We tasted a bit of everything. Ordered was delivered on time and service was good. Chicken was crispy from outside and soft from inside, the way i like it. Noodles and rice were cooked about right and delicious. Overall a good experience and we couldn't be more happier. It's your typical Panda Express but is still a little on the busier side because it's still so new. Until the newness wears off expect a decent wait whenever you stop in. Edit: After several trips I've noticed some oddities. First off, I always ask for white and almost always get a weird response like "I'm not sure we have any". They always seem like they are caught off-guard by it. Also, things tend to disappear off the menu which is weird considering they haven't been open very long. I went through the drive through today and they had a whole menu board covered with copy paper and tape. I ordered potstickers like always and was told they no longer sell them even though they were still on the menu. read more

The food is above average as usual no complaints but this is the second time I've ordered ice tea and it be bad apparently they use the same containers for fruit tea or fruit drink than they do for tea. We waited in line for literally 45 minutes total...no white rice...no cream cheese ragoons... no string bean chicken...ordered and paid for chicken egg rolls and got ZERO egg rolls. I hated to waste another 45 minutes going back to get a 1.95 egg roll. The chow main noodles were almost cold and tasted like they had been in a warmer for about 6 hours...the teriyaki chicken was in a huge chunk not sliced, not sure what happened there. I ordered a Family Feast thru the Bowling Green, KY drive-thru on Monday, June 29. Almost $50 spent. When I got home, we were missing one of the large entree's. I called once I got home to tell them of the error. The person who answered was very apologetic, and offered to credit me for the mistake, and asked my name to post on their board that we would receive two free appetizers on our next visit. He was very helpful. I gave it several days, and a credit was never given for the missed entree. I returned on Friday, July 10 to once again order a family feast with appetizers included. I told the person at the drive-thru my name, and the story. He got his manager involved. My name was not on their "board" and I was flatly refused anything to recompense me for their mistake. I asked him if losing a good customer for life was worth his not making good. His answer was if your name isn't on the board, we owe you nothing. I told him I'd spread the word. I don't like being stolen from. Do not go to Panda Express in Bowling Green. Ethics is not a virtue of theirs. I'll post this on every social media outlet I can. read more

The Resturante has the worst drive through service. Orders wrong they tell to pull up NO place to pull up to. The drive through attendant 2 days In a row got food wrong. I called to speak with management they never picked up called 15 times. Their on line system to give feed back is such a long survey and ask way to many personal questions. I like going here to eat but I went to the drive thru last night and ordered three meals. I am upset with the portion sizes they provide. I ordered a broccoli and beef with white rice and only got broccoli and white rice with 3 little pieces of beef. Can the employees be mindful of what they scoop up in the dishes? My other order was a plate of mushroom chicken and super greens, I also only had a small amount of chicken and a lot of mushroom. Since we were in the drive thru, I could not watch them put the entrees in the bowl/plate and correct them directly. Just please balance the portion between the veggies and meat read more

We have been disappointed since their opening. All three times we visited, no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. What's up with that? Fried rice has been cold 2/3 times. Employees are nice but they need more training. read more

I went tonight at 9:30 due to the website saying they were open u till 10. I tried to go in and an employee in the parking lot told me the lobby was closed but the drive through was open. When I pulled up at the drive though I was told they just closed. I informed them what I was told in the parking lot and he informed me they were closing at 9:30 and said sorry. If you're going to close early change your website data off and remember to turn the "drive thru open" sign off as it stays on for several minutes after I left waiting to pull out. read more

Starting with staff, ignore people and then jump over people in line to wait on others. I told the Male that first time I didn't know what I was doing and could be help. He said can you read the board it tells ya, started order he set the bowl down and went to next person stuck was our friend, then someone took over for him and finished the friend's while mine sit and I got chow main noodles is all that was in mine because he never finished it and cashier rang it up and asking for money. My husband got skipped over and they waited on 2 other people and he walked out. What food I did get was dried out and expensive. Will not be back and Dont recommend it. read more

Ordered through GrubHub. Food was an hour late and cold. Portion size so small! Something has happened to this restaurant. Maybe they have new management? The food is the same as any other PE. The problem is that they are super busy. I'm leaving this review from the drive through. I've been trapped in line for almost 30 minutes. Still haven't made it to the point where you place your order. The way the drive through is set up, once you're in line, you're stuck...I would have rather gone to the mall food court...if the service was faster, this place would be fine. read more

The panda express on campus is much better. Granted, i bumped this review up a star because they did just open, and they're probably doing a lot of training still. However, the people who work here have always been nice to me, it's the food that i don't like. the chicken here IS NOT white meat, which i personally think is gross. I know that's just a personal preference though, but i made myself eat it anyway, and i had to spit it out because i got so many like "joints'" and chewy parts, it was disgusting. I highly recommend only eating the veggie options. (the rice, cream cheese Rangoon, noodles, etc are pretty good!) read more
