Great customer service. Emma H was very professional and helpful. The restaurant was nicely kept and clean. Overall a great experience.

Always awesome service at any panda express. Love this location, and the workers are chill! And they give out samples

We had the pleasure of being served reddish/pink teriyaki chicken breast...and to our dismay, the server put it BACK in the container where all the other cooked chicken breasts were. Kind of gross..and to top it off, the server says " oh...it looks like its still raw"...back in the container it went, contaminating all the other meat. Gross. And im bummed because I actually kind of liked panda express. Not anymore... read more

Luis S has excellent customer service skills! Luis definitely made my family and myself's visit the best by far! And we usually don't eat fast food! Good job Luis! Thank you! read more

Our family loves Panda, just not this one. We live close by and we were excited to see it built but the quality quickly faded. We have been sold orange chicken without the orange sauce because they were out and they figured it wasn't important to tell us that before ordering and discovering it when we got home. We steer clear of this one now. My son left his retainer on the table one night so we called to see if they could hold it for us, which they agreed, we went back 2 days later and it had magically disappeared. We filed a loss report with the manager and never heard from them again about it. We find ourselves going to the Redmond one and receiving quality food and service every time. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Horrible service and just don't care about anything. I put my order in ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes just because they chose not to make our order ahead of time. Ridiculous read more

When I go here I always get broccoli and beef and/or the grilled teriyaki chicken, that's all I'll eat. I can't even go anymore because the broccoli beef is literally all broccoli with one piece of beef and the teriyaki chicken is just covered it fat, I have to cut it up when I go home and end up with no chicken because its so fatty. It wasn't as bad when I first started going over a year ago but now its been every time (over ten times) so I'm at my limit and not going anymore. I have wrote them multiple times because their staff is rude too. All around terrible place! Go to another town for it!!! Cause it is delicious food when made/served right. read more

Food is usually pretty good and replenished quickly. The wait in line or drive thru can take a few extra minutes. Especially during busy times. The staff is friendly and accomidating. Gave my son a sample do he was sure he liked his chosen entree. Overall, a good value for fast food chinese read more

The food is always excellent here and the customer service is even better!! The restaurant is always clean and well-kept. Sometimes they run out of something of course but it's never too long of a wait. The main reason I am writing this review right now (on Monday 8-3-15) however is because I am thoroughly impressed... 10 minutes before closing tonight an entire baseball team walks in (20+ people) and all order full meals to eat "for here". If it was me I would've kindly asked them to come back another night at least an hour before close and try to call ahead with such a large party. But the staff gladly opened their kitchen back up (it was all but completely shut down for the night) and kept serving up orders with a smile. That is exceptional customer service in my book! read more

It's rare that I have a positive experience at this location. Most of the time they run out of food or forget stuff in the order. There has been times where I have waited at least a half hour to get my food. They are unorganized and I have been in there were it is busy and people are standing around. I would suggest if you are going to go, make sure it's before the lunch or dinner rush. Otherwise you'll be waiting a LONG time for your food. read more

I've been waiting in the drive-thru line for the duration of six songs. I thought I was going mad.

Food is meh. Tastes great when you've had a few drinks. The cashier one time told us her shift was almost over and couldn't wait to go home, so that was weird. Thanks for letting me know? read more

I'm being generous here. Went in to day and wanted to order a couple of large sides. After waiting for several people in line (very slow and inefficient crew) got to the order taker. They were out of the fried rice and just had a smattering to noodles left. Was told that it were working on the rice and then it would be nine minutes for the noodles to be cooked. The fried rice or noodles comes with every single entree. There are times when you might be out of one and be cooking it but to be out of both before you even start to cook more is incredibly incompetent. The store looked pretty unkept as well. This place has gone downhill badly. I estimate that had I stayed and waited it would have been close to a half hour from the time I came in until I would have gotten my food. If you want fake Chinese food better check out some of the other Chinese places in Bend. Too bad. read more

While the food is pretty good, the way this restaurant is run is it's down fall. Consistently out of the item you order. At times the drive thru is closed. My last visit 9/15/2018 the chow mein was a 6 minute wait and when I paid at the window I waited 2-3 minutes for my change. This was early and likely the till was not set up. I'll continue to go here as I like the food. read more

Terrible. Middle of the afternoon and the selection was terrible. Void of entrees. Staff looking perplexed and confused. What's going on people??? It is progressively getting worse and worse each time I go here. Dirty and messy behind the counter and out in the dining area. Will think twice about going here next time I'm in the mood for this type of food. read more

Both the food and the personnel at this PANDA EXPRESS are EXCELLENT!! Whenever I go to Bend (or Redmond) I always try to stop at the local Panda Express, just before I head back home to Sisters. (It's probably responsible for me almost getting a speeding ticket, I'm in such a rush to get home and sit down to my Beijing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken and Chow Mein noodles. read more

This Panda Express is a JOKE. They never, ever, EVER have Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, their preparation and ability to plan ahead and see when they need to make more food is non-existent. Every single time I have been to this Panda Express, without fail, they either don't have what I want or don't give me all of my food. They also will not give you extra sauce (if any at all), even if they say "absolutely!" when you ask. I have been here many times, throughout all times of the day, and get the same awful experience, and I will not be spending any more money here, as I am fed up with the horrific service. read more

I love that Yelp gives you the option to order online, but the employees there won't end up making your order. We sent an online order in two hours ahead of when we were going to pick it up, when we got there the orders hadn't been done because they ran out of noodles for the night an hour before close, and couldn't fathom how to get past that. Instead of calling and asking if we wanted anything else, they just let the empty containers sit in the counters as they continued to break their kitchen down to clean around them until we got there. Again, an hour before closing. We not only had to wait 20 extra minutes, and change our orders since most of the food was gone, but had to go back in after receiving our food because the order was still missing items. I've worked in smaller kitchens, with far less people, and much bigger orders. There's no excuse for crappy customer service when it comes to ordering, especially with a team that large, and a dinning room so empty. It was just a lack of care for customer service. Your cleaning job is important, but so are returning customers. read more

The crew was very fast in fixing the orders and was very friendly. I had to wait for my friend who ordered in store and not on line, it still only took about 5 min even though he was waiting on spring rolls. read more

my family and I went through the drive-thru for a quick dinner got the orange chicken teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken and the next day all of us had food poisoning and that was the only thing that we ate that day from a fast food place it was the worst experience I have ever had at a Panda Express I will never go back. read more

Shitty drive thru service. Waited for 15+ minutes in line, get home, and discover they didn't even give us half our food...

I went thru the drive thru on 5/9/2016. Cashier dropped me receipt and some change. My order was wrong when I got home. Talked to owner manager, he said they would replace my order. Went back today and they said I missed my 30 day time period.6/13/2016. Never mentioned a 30 day time period. WILL NEVER GO BACK! What a dumb way to do business. read more

Lisa is the sweetest!! Great service, super yummy, and always so nice. Give Lisa a raise.

Went here a few days ago, wanted to go through the drive thru so I didn't have to get out but they had a sign blocking it (second day in a row) so I had to go inside, the food was ok but the staff was incredibly rude and rushed me and when I got to the register the guy asked me if I needed anything else and I said "no thank you" to which he replied "WHAT?!" Very disappointed won't be back for a long time read more

They do not wash there hands after handling money very rarely do they where gloves and when they do they still don't take them off after handling money. There was a hair in my food! The restaurant is dirty for being fairly new. It's strange as others are a lot nicer read more

If your hours say that you are open until 10, stay open until 10. That is one of the most frustrating things in a business. You just had 3 or 4 different groups of customers leave because you closed at 9:30. You had the chance to make money, you lost it. read more

Walked in from the cold wet weather, my boyfriend and I wanted some fresh hot panda. When we got to order, I had asked for fresh Kung Pao Chicken, one of the cooks had asked "why". I love Panda Express and been going for years, this experience was pathetic and disgusting. After being served cold food, and being rather underserved, we will tell our friends of our time at the bend Panda Express. Tbh ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO REDMOND read more

As long as they keep weighing their food and giving us less and charging us more I will never walk through those doors again .... today I walked in seen the manager with a grump look on his face open a plate of food weighed it and started putting food back after it was already completed... I walked out... if you get cheap quality service then the food will suck and Panda will fail read more

The girl working the drive thru was so rude!! Every time we go there she gets our order wrong. Today I went into the store to let them know our order was wrong and wouldn't you know it, she knew she was wrong and then decided to talk crap with another girl who worked there through their headsets. Don't go to that store, horrible customer service!!!! read more

Horrible food. Bad service. From fishy smelling atmosphere, to the fishy tasting food. I would declare this the most rotten food I've eaten in months. read more

Absolute worst service ever! I usually go through the drive thru, I quit going for about six months cause they always screw up my order, so I decided to try it again over the weekend and guess what? I got home and my order was screwed up! Surprise! Surprise! read more

The worst customer experience ever I waited almost 30 min in the drive through for them to say they were out of all 3 items I asked for, them I told them I would wait for them to make more and it was about 13 more minutes until it was ready. Kinda greasy, but yummy and cheap. I go here all the time to get to-go food for dinner. It's super easy. I try not to get too much greasy/carb stuff, and then I have to try not to overeat too. It's hard. read more

I think that this is the worse Panda ever! I don't know why my family and I continue to go back other than the fact its the only one in town. The food is great for a drive through Asian food restaurant. I think it is better than some of the sit downs. Only problems, is sometimes a long wait, or not getting the orders correct. Always check your order before you leave to be sure they got it right. read more

We have been eating at Panda Express for years. We like that they are consistent in their cleanliness and great tasting food. We were excited that one opened in Bend and have been regular customers since it opened. We are very disappointed in how this location is being run. First it is almost always dirty. The windows are dirty, the food counter glass is usually dirty, the tables and floor a usually dirty. I might add we usually get there when it opens so there is really no excuse for this on opening. The service is also lacking. They are often under staffed and very slow. There system is not working to best serve the customer. And last they do not consistently serve the same size portions. One person gives a nice portion and another you get half as much. I would like to know how much food I am going to get when I go somewhere to eat. Overall we are very disappointed in this location and I am still giving two stars because we like the food. read more

Straight up worst panda Iv ever eaten. I got a bunch of fatty nasty chicken, it took FOREVER, and I didn't get my raggoons. I won't be going back there. read more

I've visited this location many times and some times ...not so good but I have always found the staff to be upbeat. The food is great and the price a super. I find some of these reviews rather harsh. If the food looks old ask for fresh, they will make it. You will just have to wait a little longer. Good things come to those who wait! That's your Panda Express fortune cookie for the day. Keep up the good work PE and maybe pay your employees a bit more! read more

Best chinese food in town. Which is sad, if you think about it. Veggies are crisp and bright, never overcooked, rice is never dried out, food is flavorful and colorful. Only chinese place in town that DIDN'T give me the trots. There is even stuff my kids will eat. It's a miracle. We've always had friendly servers, and have never been treated rudely. One time we got a wrong meal, it was promptly replaced and we were comped a free meal for a later time. The broccoli beef IS more broccoli, less beef, but they put in more beef if we ask. Bummed they don't do potstickers anymore, though. read more
