I visited on a late Sunday afternoon yet it was still reasonably busy. I love the huge number of photos of famous politicians and generals (the Pentagon isn't too far away) and I figured to myself ; "If it's good enough for President Bush, good enough for me!". Cutting up the duck is something of a show in itself. Most of my photos didn't come out great, but my server had obviously done this hundreds of times. He knew exactly how to slice and dice, then lay out the tiny bread pancakes like they were on display. That was a treat in itself.
