Lady left the counter after I paid. Never gave me a receipt. I left after she never came back. I never got my receipt. Went back to the manager she grabbed my receipt on request and so no free meal because they had it when I came back. They claim their policy is a free meal if they don't give you a receipt at counter when you pay. That's a lie. read more

I ordered thru drive thru and they left out part of the order. I called and complained about the my order being short and the lady said I had 2 weeks to go pick up the egg roll then proceeded to give me excuses as to why the order was not complete, complained about someone who quit. I was upset because I went thru drive thru and they sent me around to the front to wait and wait and wait!! I called out to employee who walked outside and he went inside to get me my food. she didn't like that I told her that is her job to get orders right!! The food is absolutely bottom tier of fast food, only decent when it's fresh which is rare. Constantly "out" of whatever entree i want, and always forget to give me one item or another upon paying. Drive Thru: Ordered Teriyaki chicken and spring rolls.They said they were out of chicken and there would be a 12 minute wait. After about 20 mins sitting in the parking lot, I went inside and they were cutting up the cooked chicken. I was like, cool.. hot and fresh, even after a super long wait, I was still gonna be happy. They put my chicken in the bag and I mentioned that I also had an order of spring rolls Which, like the chicken, they were now currently out of. And would be a 4 to 5 minute wait for the spring rolls. I asked for my money back for the spring rolls which was handed over like it was my fault they were our spring rolls. Stopped here earlier this week...since I did not have my car , the senior employee on duty accommodated me in the lobby. I must say that Jessica was polite , smart , and confident leading her very busy team ...also the food was fresh and delicious and the facility was very clean and orderly. Although there are many negative reviews on this Panda Express, it is extremely obvious that Jessica is making a positive impact in making this restaurant more customer friendly! read more

Worst place to eat, my food was cold, worst customer service from a pandas restaurant

I'd say I come here often enough to write an honest review. I tend to get off and pick up food every time I go just so I can see how fresh the food is but today I happened to go through the drive thru. To start off the woman taking orders in the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious but we let it slide. Pulling up to the window the same girl took our money and gave us our food, all without saying a word or even just smiling. I have not seen her there before so maybe she was recently hired. I do believe her name was Amanda. after laying and getting our food she aggressively placed our receipt and change in the drivers hand. the food is always great but the customer service from that one worker is horrible so we will probably not be going back. read more

Food was on par for panda Express, but I could actually taste the mold from the fountain drinks. Also a couple of employees were sitting on the floor in the drive through area, so hopefully they're either not handling food or actually wanted their hands afterward. Super long wait at the window, and the veggies are always raw. I like raw veggies, but I order them steamed. You could steam 10 pounds of veggies for as long as you sit and wait for your food, so I'm not sure where the problem lies. Even if it was all made to order, it's always undercooked. read more

I've been to this location several times for lunch and it never fails that stuff isn't ready. I've gone at 11:00, 11:30, 12:30 and always a bunch of empty pans. Once they didn't even have rice yet. I've never been to a Panda Express with such few choices, bad customer service and the food is barely warm. At lunch time the food should be hot and fresh. read more
