The karaoke performers have a stage with a dance floor so it's a good setup! There were a variety of age groups in the bar so we felt welcome and not out of place considering we are in our late 50's! Beer was cold & free shots were given to the singers each time they performed. A DJ plays great dance music between karaoke so this way it doesn't get monotonous of cracking voices trying to be Celine Dion! Yes, I recommend this place for a fun time!

It wasn't crowded at all, but this *was* the night before Thanksgiving, so that made sense. That said, there was a decent group of regulars that seemed to love the place. And we can see why. As the other reviewer mentioned, this bar caters to an older crowd (baby boomers with a sprinkling of Gen X), which isn't to say that younger people wouldn't be welcomed ... but the shenanigans that sometimes comes with being younger would be out of place here. Don, Jared and the Konspiracy was the band last night, and they did a fine job of playing classic rock standards that kept the dance floor busy. The food at the back (jambalaya) was a really nice touch, and the bartender did a wonderful job of keeping everyone topped up with good cheer. We're glad to have discovered this locals hangout and we'll definitely be back.

I will say, that the bartenders take too long, because it shouldn't take 10 mins to make 2 drinks.
