This was my first "spa" experience and will be my last. They do not honor appointment times, which is something you can consistently see in the reviews. They moved us 30 minutes after our appointment time same day and just about an hour before. The massage was okay, and they really don't let you leave without tipping $10+ in tip. I got the Groupon deal, which tipping was way more than it was worth and expected. They literally pulled me back from the street saying I didn't pay, so I can tip higher. I thought $10 tip was too generous for the work. The whole situation completely took the relaxation away and became stressful. They made it seem like I OWED them more. I highly regret going in the first place. I'm almost 100% sure they won't take accountability for it either. The whole experience from beginning to end was simply not worth the massage, or "spa" experience (there's no spa experience, it's just a massage.). I recommended trying something else. read more

First time ever getting a massage like this and it was amazing ! She massaged me so well ! She used the hot stones and they were perfect temperature not TOO hot. She also made me feel comfortable as you do have to get undressed but nonetheless amazing experience and she was so nice ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Soooo good. Great service and very kind. Soothing environment for a multi-room massage facility. They offer many services. I got the Groupon Swedish massage. They do the full 1 hour, and the massage therapists work hard. They have a sheet over you (keep underwear on) and give a full body rub. They ask about pressure (light, medium, hard) and you can always speak up if you want more/less. If you're not used to massages or are uncomfortable, just know it's safe and let yourself relax. They have hot stones briefly as well. Cannot recommend enough, and reasonably priced. Make sure to tip well! read more

I visited Panda Cozy Spa after receiving a gift certificate via Groupon. The place has easy parking in the rear. The facility is very clean. After being shown to my room, the massage promptly started. The masseuse was nice enough but other than checking if her massage pressure was okay for me, there was no conversation on which areas I wanted her to focus on or what oils I wanted used. It was a fairly aggressive massage and I can't say I relaxed at all during the experience. It was loud in the facility. I could hear other guests talking and walking through the hall and that was pretty disruptive. Upon leaving, I wasn't offered watered but was pressured into tipping. While providing the tip, the masseuse was standing to the side watching me like a hawk. There's also a $3 service charge to use your credit card at this facility. Though I'm grateful for the massage, I can't say this is a place I would visit again as I've had much better massage experiences. I felt like I wasn't truly cared for in the way I have been at other massage places. The true highlight of the entire experience was simply the free parking in the back. read more

Took me three calls to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. When I got there, they had no record of the couple's massage I had booked a week prior. Guy told me he could work us in if we came back in an hour, but when we came back he had triple booked the room for the hour. He told one of the other couples to come back in an hour, and tried to split up me and my fiancée. Why even tell us to bother coming back? Got a refund, but never actually got a massage. Maybe call the day prior to double check your reservation, because their appointment system is just phone numbers in a notebook. The problem is getting someone on the phone... The second time I called to make the initial appointment, I got someone and she told me she would call me back but never did. Just a super unprofessional place. read more

We got a couples massage and it was quite nice. We used a Groupon. The spa was nice inside. Clean and resembles a Thai massage place but wasn't that type of massage at all. They used hot stones and seemed to really be intuitive about what your body needed. I would definitely return. You do have to look for it though- there isn't a sign (as of when we went). There is rooftop parking which you enter on the side of the building. The spa is on the street level of a 2 story center that has a few restaurants and such. Give them a try! read more

Lana and Cindy were both fabulous and everyone was kind and helpful, even being understanding when I was running a bit late, to showing us where we could park.
