Today…read moreI was driving by, and outside it was advised that they also have samosas, sweets and Indian food. I was hungry, so decided to try it. It's big grocery store, very clean and vibrant. Inside there on the side they have small restaurant with a siting capacity of upto 20 people. I really like their setup. Today I ordered veg Samosas and Saffron Cashew Burfi. This burfi is a dense condensed milk and cashew nut butter based sweet with a flavour of saffron. Prices are reasonable. Samosas were hot and fresh, served with tamarind chutney and mint chutney, we both loved them. They were not too salty or spicy, they had perfectly balanced flavour. Burfi was chewy and had good flavour of saffron and cashews, and was not overly sweet, just the way I like it. Overall a great experience. Will definitely go back to try their butter chicken and tandoori chicken.

They are located on the east side of Kenedy rd just south of Sandalwood as I said in a grocery store. I have been here before to puck up some of thier huge fabulous veggie samosas but today I picked up some goat curry as well ..they carry a huge variety of Indian sweets and have a great hot table with both veggie and meat choices . Food 5/5 the samosas here are dilicious and huge in size filled with patatoe and pea filling and other ingredients just really nice and filling because how big they are...two of these and most people would have there hunger satisfied. The curry goat was really spicey very tender and loaded with flavour the perfect curry to go over some nice rice... Service 5/5 I always have had great service at this place no complaints.

We also bought khaman dhokla - which was very disappointing. Not fresh and also as it was dipped or topped in a sugar syrup. Coming from a Gujarati store, khaman was very disappointing. Same for Khichu - it was so dry and unflavoured. We topped with some pickle masala and still it was not pleasing at all. We bought chappatis and they were absolutely amazing. Soft, fresh and well made and reasonably priced. Part of the taste was because of a lot oil was used when the dough was prepared. Only thing we didn't like is there were no ingredients on the packaging. If management is reading this please add ingredients to as many items that are store made.

Staff are very helpful when you ask about this, going as far as asking inside the meat department. They sell the usual mix of Korean groceries, and also have banchan, rice cake, and bread. There are also specials that are not on the flyer, if something is close to expiration, so check those out too.

Inside, it is more spacious compared to other frozen dim sum stores. Aside from dim sum, you can also find vegetarian food, dumplings, buns, fish balls and even durian meat. Parking was easy to find and I think it's worth a visit if you are in the area.

We tried the Gamjatang and Chicken Deopbap. Both of them came with side dishes - kimchi and pickled radish. The Gamjatang was excellent! It included three pieces of pork bone that were so tender. I also loved their soup broth and the spice level is perfect for me. The Chicken Deopbap was served on a hot plate, keeping it hot and the bottom of the rice was a bit crispy too. However, I thought it had a little too much oil. If you just want a snack, you can also buy bibimbap in the Galleria. I remember they also had a microwave available for heating it up.
