Together, we came up with the idea for a Butter Pecan Caramel cake and worked through the general details. They took that idea and turned it into something truly beautiful. The presentation was outstanding: a tall, elegant cake with beautifully piped swirls, delicate ridges around the sides, and a generous pecan border. Cutting into it revealed lovely layers of moist cake and caramel filling. It was every bit the special creation I had hoped for. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully they brought our idea to life. From the friendly collaboration to the care in the finished cake, this was a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a bakery that listens to your ideas and creates something memorable, I highly recommend Blue Rooster Bakery!

They definitely did not hold back. I will definitely be visiting when I'm in this side of town again. After the meeting we headed over in person to purchase some sweets. The ambiance of the bakery was so cute and welcoming. The customer service was good as well. The staff answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. I will definitely be back.

We have gone through many vendors to have things done in the past and I must say by far this was one of the best experiences that we've had with working with a company for placing a order and having everything executed professionally perfect. Special thanks to Jeanine for being one of the sweetest, most professional and, caring owners that anyone can ever encounter. Thanks for making Zoë's Birthday Cake such a huge success! We will definitely be using you again! Very grateful, Sandra J for

I HAVE to tell you the story about our wedding cake! Tom and Jeannine with "It Takes the Cake…read moreLawrenceville" are SUCH dear people and I could not be HAPPIER that they made our cake!!! --------- 1: Jeannine and I corresponded through email and ironed out all the particulars of the flavors they offer. 2: Tom baked the samples and they tied them up in a ribbon, cupcakes with many different flavors for us to take home and try out. 3: They drove 3 hours to deliver it! I moved to NW GA from NE, and they didn't even hesitate to transport it all the way to where our wedding ceremony was. 4: We left a few flowers on the cake table in a jar and Jeannine decorated it BEAUTIFULLY. I absolutely ~adored~ how it turned out. They are artistic in more ways than one. 5: It was soooooo good. I can't even tell you how many times I have thought about it since. I need to place a continuous order for our birthdays and holidays etc. 6: And extra extra! They didn't depend on us snagging the top layer for the future, they brought us a COMPLETELY NEW tiny cake top, all wrapped up for our first anniversary- that is neatly tucked away in our freezer; we'll see how long it lasts though... Colton wants to save it, but I highly doubt it will still be there on May 3rd of next year, it sitting there calling my name and all... 7:Months later after the wedding - our guests and family are STILL talking about how "out of this world" our wedding cake was... is that even normal??? ---------- Can't recommend them enough! They are dear souls. Every conversation I've ever had with them - I have been lifted up and encouraged in the Lord. Love you guys so much! Senator & Mrs Hailey Ann Moore

And they are so so much better. Soon's Bakery is one of those bakeries - with fun and viral options like the sweet potato bread (mochi-like texture), sweet corn bread and cream donuts, that you wouldn't find at the classic Korean bakeries. I'm also a big fan of their cookies - with my personal favorite, the earl grey. I'm unsure if they still have their brunch menu, but I also really loved their soufflé pancakes. I'm also impressed with their coffee options - much better than the average Korean bakery. Recently tried the matcha cream latte which was pretty much perfect. Creamy iced latte topped with unsweetened matcha cream - perfect pick-me-up. Overall a pretty quiet spot to grab a sweet treat and a coffee in a newly renovated cafe. Definitely recommend if you're in Suwanee!

The cooler on the left has the sandwich's. The rest of the restaurant is just blah. They do have a nice selection of desserts. A bit underwhelming as you drive up and walk in, but don't let that fool you!! There is a great store attached jam packed with a wide variety of anything you could want from a local Polish market. And, I didn't realize they actually have a deli/lunch offerings! The gentleman behind the counter was nice and very helpful answering questions and providing great guidance on other items we picked up. I can't wait to come back and try all the food they have to offer! BUT ..... I was on a mission for the bakery, and specifically, lots of poppy seed!! They were a little short on fresh goods given it was a Sunday afternoon late in the day but I will return to get my fill. After all this, did I actually buy anything?? YES!! I had a great poppyseed roll and the best rum ball EVER! The rumbas was substantial in size, definite rum flavor comes through, and the texture was so much better than any marble size candy balls places usually try to pass off as a rum ball! I can't wait to go back and continue my edible delights journey at Grand Polish Bakery!!
