I had forgotten how big and tasty their margaritas (5/5) were. I'm glad I ordered one. I ordered the carne asada (4/5) and my wife got the enchiladas verde (4/5). Their refried beans (5/5) and rice (4/5) that accompanied both our dishes were delicious. Portion sizes are very large so bring your appetite. While I've only been here twice, both experiences were consistent...good food, good margaritas, and great service. This would be my 'go to' Mexican food restaurant if I lived here.

The fajitas were of decent quantity. We actually had left overs for the next day dinner. Complimentary chips, salsa, and bean dip. Happy hour, but only 25¢ off of bottled beer?!?! No thanks; I am going to the Garage Tap room next! See my other review. Ambiance - Good size location. Main dining and bar area. Cool decor, see pictures. Clean restrooms. Service - 5 stars, from the door greeter to the waiters. They checked on us often. Price - $40 + generous tip. Overpriced for what we got. Well if it was NOT over-salted, then it would have been reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

Would still recommend if you're looking for a place to eat in Klamath tho!

This was one of those random "let's stop here and try it" moments that turned into one of the best food stops I've made in a long time. I walked in as a first-time customer and walked out already thinking about my next visit! Definitely a 5-star experience from me. If you haven't tried this place yet, give it a shot. We had adobada, carne asada, and carnitas, along with rice, beans, and a variety of salsas. Everything was delicious, and they were also able to accommodate our vegetarian guests with their own tacos, which we really appreciated. Edgar was super friendly, organized, and easy to work with. He made the whole catering piece so easy on us, which was especially appreciated with everything else going on with a wedding! We were so busy running around and talking to everyone that we probably wouldn't have gotten a chance to eat, but Edgar actually came out and made sure we got a plate. That little extra bit of care meant a lot to us. The food and service were excellent, especially for such a reasonable price. Our guests loved getting fresh tacos right off the grill, and it was such a fun addition to the reception. We'd absolutely recommend Taqueria Jalisciense for events in Klamath Falls!

Quesabirria tacos are my favorite food and so my husband agreed to eat some since it comes with 3. I did ask for the consommé as well. DELICIOUS!! The flavors were an explosion of celebration in my mouth!! The cheese was that perfectly melty and tasty Mexican cheese I love and the meat was savory, hot and tender. They tacos were so fresh and hot that I had to wait to eat them for a bit. The fresh cilantro, lime and rice was a perfect addition. The staff was soooo friendly and also let us know what was in the consommé that made it so special. If we had stayed here longer we would have gone back for the chilaquiles for breakfast! We stopped in here on a long road trip and were seated right away. The restaurant feels intimate and family owned with a caring personal vibe. The chips and salsa hit the spot and the servings for lunch were very generous. My husband had the appetizer sampler, which was big enough to feed a family, and he took plenty of it home for late night snackage. The carnitas tacos I had were hands down the best tacos of my life... I'm drooling a little thinking about them now. Great place, friendly service, awesome food. We make this road trip to see family about twice a year and this will always be our lunch spot from now on.
