So when I finally caught the place open on my last visit and saw there were still treats left. The moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by Jaime (owner) himself, who took the time to kindly walk me through each dessert available. It was honestly hard to choose, they all looked incredible, so I ended up going with two. First, the manchego cheesecake. Oh wow. It was absolutely divine, creamy, just the right amount of sweet, with a crust that had the perfect crunch and flavor. Then there were the guava bars, what a dream. The guava paste had a beautiful, balanced sweetness that made every bite feel like a little celebration and as if you are eating a fresh guava. This place is something special. If you're anywhere near town, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of these amazing desserts. You'll be so glad you did.
